Not your average Coffee Bean shop! The menu on the wall is not reflective of the kiosk. Grumpy workers.... didn't greet or even make eye contact with you. Drinks were delicious, but not what I wanted. Because it's an airport location, your rewards or any gift card can't be redeemed here. Kiosk also does not issue out a receipt. Airport is very loud and workers were laughing and talking amongst themselves. read more

Stopped here for a quick coffee while waiting on a long layover. I got a basic iced latte and enjoyed it. It was definitely on the sweeter side and probably sweeter than I normally prefer. But it was still good though definitely not the best I've had by any means. If you're just needing a decent caffeine fix this isn't a bad stop. read more

You'll find this location in Concourse A at gate A11 and 12. This little coffee and tea shop is counter ordering, To -Go only. They have a variety of coffee and tea drinks served hot or cold. While waiting for a layover flight in Atlanta, I stopped by this location for coffee to help me stay awake. I ordered a regular hot coffee and a caramel ice blended drink. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The staff member was in the back eating and took some time before attending to us. Once we placed our order, it took longer than expected to prepare. My sister planned to order the same blended drink a few minutes later but was told that no more blended drinks would be made for the rest of the day--at only 5 PM. I'm not sure if there's an official cut-off time for blended drinks, but this was frustrating. The staff was unfriendly, unprofessional, and seemed uninterested in providing good service. I decided to give it a shot since it looked promising. The ordering process was fairly quick but the service could be a lot better - the two cashiers were playing uno with each other while taking orders... I ordered an iced chai latte with oat milk and instantly regretted it once I saw my drink. They took approximately 30 seconds to make it. I took one sip and threw my whole drink away. It was SUPER watered down. I pretty much paid $8 for a cup of water with a slight hint of chai. Never again. I would not recommend ordering here. Yes spots are limited but there's a better stop just a few sections down - smoothie/ açaí bowl spot! read more

Unfriendly, incompetent employee. I asked for some milk to pour in my cappuccino and I was looked like I asked the moon. Of course the employee did not even answer to me and went back to get hot steamed milk. When I asked for cold milk the reaction was even more surprised... Just put the milk on the counter next to the sugar like it is supposed to be! Moreover, teach some customer service to your employee, meaning when a customer asks for something reasonable... at least answer to him, don't just ignore him and then act all bother by his request. read more

I was in a rush to get to my next flight in Atlanta and had to grab a tea, so luckily The Coffee Bean &Tea Leaf was right next to the Gate. The woman who took my order was nice, but had a bit of an attitude. They were busy and were rushing, so I could sense the frustration among the staff. I wanted the jasmine green tea, but they were out of it, so I ordered the Moroccan Mint Green tea instead. It was very good and tasted amazing. The barista who fixed my tea was very nice and wished me a good day, so that made me feel good. The ambiance is nothing to get excited about,because it is a kiosk at the airport, and you are just ordering and picking up from the staff. The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is a great coffee place to grab a coffee on the go before your flight, so I do recommend stopping by here if you are in the Gate A terminal at Hartsfield airport in Atlanta. Although the beans are usually stale tasting they are consistent. I'm a coffee snob and accepted this latte Counter Girl was friendly and fast, and the coffee bean vanilla powder recipe for vanilla latte is above average. Not my go to roaster but ok in a pinch traveling. Better than a headache at 6pm from no coffee that day. read more

If it's good enough for the flight attendants, it's good enough for me! I was pleasantly surprised with the dirty soy chai (usually I just get a normal chai) - one of the best tasting dirty chais I've had! I reserve dirty chais for the fancy non-chain coffee shops, but they certainly delivered! 03/19/2024 around 7:30 pm: stopped in Atlanta after a 10 hour flight. Waiting in line to get some coffee. Cashier was leaning against the glass by the register chatting with the barista saying something along the line "I like them thick juicy lips" obviously referring to another passenger. Anyways she barely made eye contact and when we wanted to place our order but not sure if she was ready she was like "I'm listening" . Just saying how unprofessional and bothered she seemed. Bad coffee and bad service. If you like rudeness a latte - meaning a tiny bit of coffee and a large amount of milk- maybe this is the place. Very disappointed with the service here. I understand that it is a busy airport and mistakes happen, but I ordered a peach orchard green tea and confirmed with the cashier that it was the peach tea that I would be receiving. She assured me it was. I received my drink and immediately realized it was jasmine tea. The employee that made the drink ended up telling me that it was jasmine tea when I came back and asked. They failed to tell both me and my friend that they were out of the item we ordered and did not offer us a comparable replacement tea. Mistakes happen, but to not tell a customer you are out of the item ordered and to give them a completely different item is inexcusable. read more
