So as the Dubai chocolate viral candy bar trend continues, Starbucks came out with their own drink version called the Iced Dubai chocolate matcha; honestly? Loved it! If you haven't had those pistachio chocolate bars, it's essentially a liquid version of the candy. They use unsweetened matcha, so the drink itself wasn't overly sweet because the chocolate cream foam brings enough sweetness nice in with the pistachio syrup used that has a slight nutty after taste. My friends and I tried it and we definitely enjoyed it. Highly recommend it this drink for any chocolate lover and get it now because I heard it's a limited edition drink! Service at this Starbucks was good. Barista was friendly and staff seemed pretty efficient with their work. Conveniently located within Target to walk around and shop. read more

This isn't my regular SB in the Augusta area. But it does just fine in a pinch. There is plenty of parking as well as a drive thru. There isn't ton of seating inside and relatively limited seating outside. Most importantly, they've always gotten my order correct and my drink has tasted great. This location is most convenient for me and it's very busy most of the time. I've never had a bad experience here and the staff is always friendly, even when being overwhelmed by orders and in store customers. I don't think some customers realize how many online, door dash, in store and drive thru orders are processed at this location. Sometimes they don't have the staff to process your order in the time frame you desire. Not to mention the crazy TikTok and other complicated special orders some customers request. I frequent this Starbucks on my way to work when I am working in the area. The service is pretty good when I am dressed in clothing that displays my profession, educational credentials, dress shoes, etc. However on two occasions when leaving the gym on a Saturday morning, the service has been horrible. No hello, no welcome, no thank you. Cutting me off in my order, and overall lack of customer service. Honestly, I felt like my presence was a nuisance, however I did not see other patrons being treated this way. I am not sure where the bias lies, classism, racism, or the weekend crew just doesn't care as much as the Mon-Fri crowd but this must be addressed. Very conveniently located in the Augusta Exchange, this Starbucks gets the job done in a decent amount of time. Each time I've used the drive-thru (and I've been through it in various times from rush hour to being by myself), I've been treated well by the employees and have been served quickly. The interior is rather cozy but they do have a nice outdoor seating area. I haven't received an order that had been made incorrectly yet so this Starbucks will be staying on my list of routine coffee places! read more

This is a handy location on RCD Parkway. I usually do the drive through thing and have had very good and prompt service every time. One complaint I have is that a medium, or as the call it "grande", latte is $3.96. That's on the high side of what I am willing to pay. Is hot milk really that hard to make? This is a Drive-Thru and cafe Starbucks near the Robert C. Daniel Target shopping area. This Starbucks has been around for at least ten years, so business must be doing well. I have always thought that the location was very odd because it's sort of on the edge of a parking lot, next to a busy main street. I would not go out of my way to come to this Starbucks unless I happened to be in the Target area, and even then, there is already a Starbucks in the Target. There is plenty of parking around this store though. Service was good, very standard. There are bathrooms here available for use too. read more

This is a great place to breeze through to get Starbucks on the way home. The staff are super friendly and even when there is a line in the drive-thru I've gotten through pretty quickly. I haven't had a incorrectly made drink yet and I'm always changing my order up to find the "perfect" thing so I'm super thankful for them. I haven't gone inside yet but there always seems to be a crowd in and outside (the outside seating is super cute) and even still there is always a ton of parking. They are located in a great area for that I think. read more

Generally, I care more about product and minimally about service, but on this visit they were both outstanding. While chasing down the challenge stars for "Starbucks for life" I hit up a mobile app order to this store. Upon arriving, my drink was not made or started which was semi annoying. Then after thinking for a minute I asked which store this was and realized that I am a moron and had gone to the wrong Starbucks. Clearly, I needed coffee. Instead of laughing about it the barista asked what I had ordered, made it, and didn't charge me. A. Unexpected, and B. Possibly the best tasting beverage I have had in this city. Stopped here on the 2nd half of our road trip to Virginia Beach from Atlanta. Have our 5 pound service dog with us. Manager brought him a cup of water to drink. Hubby bought a coffee. We sat outside to enjoy the sunshine and then I was brought an ice tea without asking. Being from Massachusetts, we appreciate this southern hospitality. A coworker and I were in Georgia and South Carolina for a business trip, and we stopped at this Starbucks on our way back to the Atlanta airport from South Carolina. We used the WiFi and prepared for the rest of the drive. Convenient location for us, lots of parking, very friendly employees, and fast service. Only complaint? I never write negative reviews, but this one was a long time coming, so here goes... I will start by saying that the staff at this location is always friendly, which is great, but I have reached the point where that does not supersede the negatives. I stop in every week day on my way to work. I work at 6 am, and this Starbucks location is conveniently placed along my commute, so that works out perfectly. I typically roll in around between 5:35 am and 5:45 am... I always get the same thing; I order a simple "venti dark roast" coffee. I add half-n-half, a little sugar, and go on about my day. Quick and easy, no muss, no fuss, right? Wrong. They NEVER have half-n-half ready on the condiment bar. Well, I take that back, the ONE time I walked in and the store manager (who is super friendly) was there, they had half-n-half on the bar. Aside from that ONE time, I have to ask for them to put out half-n-half every single morning... not once a week, not twice a week, but EVERY morning! I usually have to wait an extra 2-3 minutes a day just for them to put out the half-n-half. Now, I know what you're probably thinking, "this guy is just being high-maintenance... 2-3 minutes is no big deal...", but if you add that up conservatively, I wait 10 minutes per week on them to put out half-n-half. That equals roughly 8.5 hour per year waiting on creme for my coffee. SERIOUSLY!!! 8.5 hours of my life (per year) waiting on something that should be readily available on the bar... ESPECIALLY in the morning!!! I have been considering writing a semi-negative Yelp review for weeks now, but what happened this morning is the reason I chose today to write this review. This morning, I walked in and one of the friendly baristas actually knew my order before I ordered it... "venti dark roast". Awesome. But that's where the "awesome" ended. Why? Because they were out of half-n-half!!! Yes, OUT of half-n-half. They had NO creme. They had NO breve. Nada. None. Their only solution was that they offered me whole milk. REALLY?!? I am headed to work on a Monday. I haven't had coffee, and you offer me whole milk?!? Let me say again: I HAVEN'T HAD MY COFFEE!!! Disappointing someone who hasn't had coffee is the equivalent of poking a bear... probably not a good idea. The next thing uttered by the barista running the cash register was, "do you still want it?" REALLY?!? Ugh. Every other time I have been this annoyed and inconvenienced at Starbucks, they at least offer me something as a consolation. A free drink voucher, or simply free coffee on the spot. What did they offer me? A big fat nothing! I mean, I'm certainly not there for a handout. I go in there to purchase my morning coffee to start my day. It's worth the money, and worth the time (typically). But in this case, I am past the point of frustrated. I will likely continue going there to give them a chance to fix the problem, but I may eventually consider a different location if this isn't addressed. read more

I am sure there are thousands of reviews about Starbucks..I am going to review the "pumpkin spice latte".... I heard so many good things about the "pumpkin spice" I tried it for myself. It wasn't all that it's hyped up to be to me( and I am a serious coffee head)! I actually get my coffee beans from Starbuck's I think they provide the best coffee beans ( Dark French Roast is my current favorite), I should get a job so I could get me free bag of beans!. Starbuck's is a great place to get a cool gift for those that love coffee and tea in cute cups and mugs. I like coffee mugs and things of that sort, so I frequently visit for those things and not so much to buy a drink. They have a great atmosphere and the location is really good. I think the shop should be a little bigger to accommodate all the people that are looking to study, meet up, drink coffee. Back to the spice. I Was looking for more of the pumpkin taste and it just didn't deliver, maybe I should try another location. I also would like it if they asked if you would like whipped cream, but that's no reason to give a bad review. I must say I do enjoy the lemon pound cake( it is delicious) and the chocolate chip cookies are just up the diabetic alley, but good! This location has reasonable ways to come in and leave from the street though there is a bit of a choke point where cars leave the drive thru so watch out. The wait was too long for the amount of cars in the drive thru and people inside. It took 5 minutes to get through a line of four cars and the inside was not busy at all. The other issue I have is the drive thru window where they hand the coffee out. the window seems good for a big truck or suv but for a small car I can easily see someone spilling coffee on themself since the edge of the window was at the top of my window opening. making it worse for someone who may be short as well. read more

I have to admit, I have tried this Starbucks over and over again, because it is within walking distance from my home and I keep hoping it will be better, and have constantly been disappointed. Almost every single time they get my drink order wrong, or it doesn't taste like the drinks I've gotten at other Starbucks. I'm a gold member, I drink a lot of the same kind of coffee, specifically a Carmel macchiato and I can't get it here because it tastes much more bitter than anywhere else I get it. Also, I have had to email the corporation a few times because I leave and have the wrong drink and the company is great and always credits me back the money, but this is kind of unacceptable, as seriously on my free drink for my birthday if I order a grande Carmel macchiato and get an Americano there is a problem. If I could give zero stars I would! My kiddos and I went in for the buy one get one free fraps...and we will so disappointed! Not only did we wait for 15-20 minutes but my Frap was disgusting...I couldn't even drink it...and because of the wait time I didn't want to stick around and ask for them to remake it.
