Although not a enormous fan of Starbucks coffee being a coffee snub, they are super convenient. This particular Starbucks is located within the Westin Riverfront Resort, making its location, you guessed it, convenient. It's small relative to others, but the patio is awesome offering great views. I've been here multiple times and the service is always friendly. They do accept the Starbucks rewards card. There's limited seating inside, so don't expect to linger all day, especially with COVID restrictions. They offer a full compliment of baked products and drinks like most Starbucks locations. Slowest coffee shop I've ever been to. Barista's were young but walking around like frail 90 year old women. Zero awareness of the line out the door. Lots of people coming back up to the counter saying "this isn't what I ordered". read more

Can't go five stars because this location doesn't support app / web ordering. During covid, you don't want fifteen guests trying to space out while waiting for orders, and that's exactly what happens during busy ordering periods. In any case, the convenience is incredible; it's in the hotel lobby, adjacent to the ski gondola. The staff were all very nice, orders always accurate, and the taste is consistent with every other Starbucks (whether you like that or not lol). Personally I love Starbucks iced coffee, so it was really great having this option available every morning. read more

This Starbucks is very conveniently located. It's right next to Beaver Creek sports and off the lobby at the Westin. We stopped by every day during our stay, sometimes twice. They hardly ever had a wait. I thought it was cool that all of the baristas had their favorite drink listed on the wall. I'm a basic white girl so I usually just get a caramel latte but I tried the pumpkin cream cold brew and it tasted like a pumpkin pie with hints of a coffee aftertaste. If you're staying at the Westin the location is perfect, just off the main lobby near the walking river trails and ski lift. Unfortunately my egg and spinach breakfast sandwich was cold in the middle which of course was gross. I should have known better than to order something that goes from freezer to micro in two minutes but we were hungry and in a hurry. Sometimes places with a captive audience (think airport food) are a little lax on their standards because there is little if any competition. That's the beauty of free market economics of course is that competition makes us all better at what we do. Sadly, this Starbucks was a let down. 5 out of the 5 drinks that we ordered today were wrong... im pretty sure they put whole milk when my friends had asked for oat milk...and when we asked for a refund they rolled their eyes and said they couldn't because they rung it up wrong, (rung it up wrong as in they charged my friend twice for the entire order). we did end up getting a refund but it was all in cash. it was overall kind of disappointing and annoying, hopefully i'll never have to go back to this starbucks again read more

Super unprofessional, all of the pretty simple drinks in our order were made wrong and when we tried to get a refund they rolled their eyes at us and told us we couldn't get a refund because it was "rung up wrong" it took another attempt for them to finally give us our refund after charging us twice. The Westin Riverfront Starbucks has the perfect location for some prime views and a beautiful property next to the Gondola. Flowers and Art surround the property during the summer, I can only imagine how breathtaking it is during the winter. read more

This is one of my least favorite types of franchise locations. You are able to accumulate rewards point here but they will not allow you to redeem any rewards here. I was super excited to get a message on my Starbucks app while on vacation letting me know that I would be eligible for a free coffee on my birthday. I proudly strolled over to this Starbucks, ordered my coffee and when I went it was time to pay I showed them the message on my Starbucks app, and then they proceeded to crush my birthday spirit by telling me that they would not give me my free coffee since they weren't "that type of Starbucks location." came here and ordered very simple run of the mill drinks and all 5 of our drinks were made wrong some way or another. there were 7 people behind the bar and they still struggled. they were rude and unorganized and when we asked for a refund they told us it was rung up wrong and it wasn't in their system but we didn't only get charged once we got charged twice. they also ordered domino's and this bar doesn't have a back room attached to it and they were going back and forth to eat their pizza. read more

Worst Starbucks service ever. The barista doesn't know how to make the drinks right, she also talks back when you wanna add or change something, I'm paying for it, that's how I want it and is your job. I've been ordering these drinks for years, and suddenly this person has a problem and can't make it happen. Also, she refuses to let me pay with my Starbucks rewards. Horrible service, I'll recommend you all to go either Hurd lane (which you can order through the app and just pick up) or go to City Market, their Starbucks ppl is so much nicer.
