Overall, pretty disappointed after coming all the way here from Philadelphia. Coffee also tasted watered down and diluted, even though I got three shots.

The Starbucks looks huge from the outside, but the inside is too small. You can never find a seat, let alone a table. I run in and grab coffee and leave. I wouldn't go here to use their WiFi and try and do work. It's impossible. I thought with the remodel they would have made more space for tables and chairs. read more

This is in a small strip center ( in front of the Self Storage tower) with a few yet-to-be-leased storefronts and a Geico office. We went through the drive-thru. When we asked for decaf, the staffer was a bit distressed. Sorry, but they didn't have any ready. But I need decaf and hubby needed his Regular. We asked " do have you any you can make?" He hesitated. Thought we'd back down I guess. But it was 40 mins. before close, not close enough for them to fight it. So the staffer agreed as long as we knew it would take longer. Yet, it didn't really take long-only maybe 2-3 minutes longer. We are plain drip coffee people, so I can't tell you how well they do their Cold Brews or Caramel Iced Macchiato. And we didn't get food this visit. Store inside was fresh and clean when hubby went in to grab my decaf. Donuts were displayed in a case and looked pretty fresh even after 6 pm. Not at all. The customer service was AMAZING. You would never have known they were closing in minutes. They welcomed us, took our order, and treated us with the same care and hospitality you'd expect if they had hours left. And the COFFEE?! I consider myself a bit of a coffee shop connoisseur, and lately my wife and I have been making our own specialty coffees at home with homemade syrups because, honestly, we've started liking our home creations more than coffee-shop coffee. But The Comfy Cup's drinks tasted like the kind of bespoke coffee we make at home, rich, flavorful, perfectly crafted, and SO good. And then there's the aesthetic.
