I had a $20 gift card that my friend got me for Starbucks. I am an avid coffee drink and matcha drinker. I heard of a new matcha strawberry drink and had to try it so I came to my local Starbucks on Sherwood. I attached my order to the images for the review. I got the matcha latte cold with strawberry puree, caramel, and a lot of other things added per the YouTuber video I saw. My drink was delicious. It was sweet and oh so good. It was the perfect drink to energize me and get me going before work. The service was great and fast. The ambiance of Starbucks is nice and cute. There are plenty of tables to read or work on your laptop or complete some assignments before class. read more

The location is great. Service was prompt. I must say the app for this location is very deceiving. We came here because the app said they had the reindeer cake pops and the sugar cookie almond latte. That was not so true. They were out of the reindeer and the snowman cake pop and the almond milk for the latte!!! Do the kiddos settled got the birthday cake pop snd I got 2% milk. We stopped by Starbucks to grab a quick treat as we hit the road to Birmingham, AL. We were greeted by a very peppy and outgoing staff that were busy not only taking orders in person, on drive thru, and the baristas busy making everyone's coffee. My grandson ran up to display case and said I want one of those please to the lady that said, "Welcome to Starbucks". She okay, just a minute. She handed him one and he said Thank you! What is your name. She said Shay. He then asked her if he could take a picture with her and she said, of course! This was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I've been here before and for the most part my experience has been the same. It's a super busy location so they need more staff at least during busy hours. Also, the long drive-thru line will block in parked customers so be prepared to deal with grumpy people in the drive through that don't want to let you out. I have to give love to the places I frequent to use as my "satellite office". This Starbucks is wonderful! The staff is always so friendly and I have always been greeted by a warm "hello" or "good morning" during my visits. The coffee is priced slightly less than CC's. I am not picky about my coffee, I just want decent cup in the morning and Starbucks always delivers a quality product! I love that they have other healthy snack options rather than getting a pastry or a cake ball; they have bags of popcorn and whole grain bars. I rely on coffee shops to go that extra mile because I spend so much time in them during the week. There was a time my biggest complaint about this place was the ample parking...they eventually corrected that problem and created more parking spaces across from the ones they already had! This is by far the most disorganized Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I waited in the drive through line for 29 minutes. They are understaffed or need new staff; I don't know. The woman who handed me my coffee looked so confused (like she might have been giving me the wrong drink) and then forgot my muffin and only realized because I was sitting there for a minute after getting my coffee. Bathroom: Not clean. No paper towels in the dispenser, all thrown haphazardly all over the floor like there had been a giddy paper wadding tournament just before I parked and walked in. Oh and no wall air blowy thing on the wall either. So yeah, nice start. Staff was okay. Even though I was eyeing them and trying to figure out who instigated the paper towel war in the men's restroom. It wasn't busy so they did not ask my name. I liked that. Weird look with nonfat milk + whipped cream though. Starbucks is all about the weird orders - get used to it. And put some caramel on it while you are at it! And if you are traveling like I was ... this thing is REALLY far off the highway. Keep driving a little further and you can find something literally right off the highway. I usually stop by this starbucks location on my way from the vet I see. Today I ordered my latte and an oatmeal. The guy taking my order said that they didn't have all of the toppings, so I decided to pass on the oatmeal. As I pulled up to the window he passed me a bag with the oatmeal and the topping that they did have. A note on the bag said "Sorry! Happy Monday from the Sherwood crew!" They were rude when I was ordering my drinks, told me they didn't do matcha powder in the cold foam even though I get that every single day? Then I asked for almond milk in one of my drinks. This Starbucks has the tendency to get my drink wrong 9 times out of 10. This will probably be my last visit. Target on millerville as well as highland road Starbucks is pretty good. They even use a shaker to evenly distribute the matcha powder than having clumps. I know my drink is wrong just by looking at it and sometimes I fuss and sometimes I don't. But I think baristas need to be retrained sometimes. :( read more

Since I have to pass directly in front of this location into work, it is hard to pass up. The drive through can get jammed even after the revamping of the driveway since there are two entrances. The cafe mesto and Americano are my drinks of choice on those lackluster mornings that I need a little extra to get me going. They remodeled the interior and now has a long, counter height table with seating and just a few smaller tables. They offer outdoor seating as well. I appreciate their drink reward program and their mobile app to make purchases from my phone. read more

The price for their breakfast sandwiches are a little steep, the appearance did not appear to be that appetizing, but surprisingly it tasted great. My drive-thru experience at this Starbucks yesterday was definitely a good one. :) I was ordering a drink I'd never tried before, and the barista was great about answering my questions! As a previous reviewer stated, this Starbucks is frequently busy, so be prepared to wait a minute for the barista to get to you once you get to the window and then again for your order. It doesn't take an unreasonable amount of time, though. I've also gone into this Starbucks, and the service inside is the same - nice and friendly baristas but a bit of a wait. This location is totally off the freeway for a I-10 sign to direct you to it but I will travel for a clean bathroom and had my venti double insulated cold cup ready to clean out before the car even stopped. Terrible service. Took forever to get a double espresso. Had to drink our coffee outside while the kids were occupying the tables playing games and doing school work of their computers. Paying customers should have a place to sit and enjoy their coffee. If you can afford to go to school you should be able to afford wifi. Won't go back. read more

This was the absolute worst service and the employees were horribly rude! My family were the only customers in the store and there were two cars in drive thru. Took forever to acknowledge us and the barista was bluntly rude taking our order. One employee sat on a stool at the drive thru window and never moved. Worst service at any Starbucks i have been to nation-wide. Waiting half an hour in drive-thru just to receive the wrong drink. I pulled back into the parking lot and parked. Since I have to do drive thru because of COVID-19 I called the store, and told them the situation to which I was then transferred to the manager. From there the manager told me I could wait another half hour in drive thru, and refused to bring my drink out to me. Can't go into the restaurant because I did not have a mask on me, and she refused to bring the drink out for her own employees mistakes. Second time this has happened. read more

This is my favorite Starbucks in town! When we closed the 7 locations a few years back I was glad to see that this one made the cut. Noel is my favorite barista. The staff really cares about the craft of the drink; I'd know this as a former employee. The store is always clean. It's a great place to study and meet with friends.
