So nice & clean! I chose this location as my office for the day, and from the time I walked in I was greeted so politely. The lobby area was clean with ample seats available that had charging areas. I had the king cake hot latte, which was sweet enough to where I didn't need to add any sugar. I later got a free refill of medium roast coffee as I finished up for the day. Theres low music playing with many elderly chatting to college students studying. the staff was delightful & even training someone, which was great to see how positively they communicated amongst themselves. it's definitely a well oiled machine of a crew.. Admittingly, this has not always been my favorite location. It's a bit out of the way for me, but it was convenient for a visiting friend of mine. I did forget about parking because if you park alongside the building, you will encounter trouble if the drive thru line is long. Some people are plain rude before their morning coffee and will not let you out your spot. So park in the front if you can. A design flaw, but with limited space, I'm sure the architects did what they could, or maybe they just didn't care. Upon entry, the staff was friendly and quickly greeted me. I did witness another guest enter who was not greeted, and unnecessarily so. The staff was cutting up with either a friend of an employee or with an off-duty employee, so had I been that guest, my initial impression would be slightly off. I could tell she was a little confused about the wait, but she remained friendly. I don't love "fancy" or high maintenance orders, but I wanted something a little more than regular coffee, but that would fit into some new dietary restrictions I have. (Honestly, the variety of choices unnerves me sometimes.) My barrister was kind and walked me through a good order. So be sure to ask and hopefully you will have the same kind and friendly assistance I did. I did notice the prices of their drinks has gone up about $2 since the last time I made a comparable order, but that's the sign of the times, I guess. My order was out fairly quickly which was nice considering I was watching the drive thru line grow. There was a larger group at a corner booth/table with children who had pastries and drinks. The children were essentially lying on top of the tables and dirty fingers and crumbs were left on those tables and seats. They left shortly after my arrival and I definitely avoided those tables. I was there visiting for about two hours and never once saw anyone go clean that area. Given the need to continue to maintain cleanliness and disinfection practices at this time, that was disappointing (and a little cring worthy). All in all, an okay trip with a chance to catch up with a friend. It was early Sunday, so the crowds hadn't quite picked up yet. Again, with this location being so far out of my way, and with the growth of many new little local coffee shops, I envision my return only to happen when my friend visits again. read more

My first time at a CC's just stopped by after an appointment. Staff was exceptional when it comes to customer service. I ordered a chai tea soy latte and being the complicated person I am, I always need green tea with my chai. I was offered an array of green tea options and once I decided my drink was delivered piping hot and I was told I could re up my tea at no extra charge. It was nice to see the other customers treated with the same degree of courtesy. I can tell why folks are regulars here. My only gripe was the only non-milk option is soy, I personally prefer almond or coconut milk, But it IS organic soy so #score read more

My first time at CC's and the guy at that register was very nice. He even almost spelled my name right so I was impressed right there. I tried the Mardi Gras Mambo flavored CC's Mochasippi and it was delicious! If you like chocolate and coconut as much as I do, then you'll love it! read more

After driving into 2 separate lots trying to access I had to go back to the main road and U turn twice to get there, only for them to be out of all cold brew coffee.... nothing cold. This is a coffee chain. Not much more to add here except...the butter rum muffins are light years better than any muffin I've had. If you like my taste then eat one in there and you let me know what you think. There's a 95% chance you will buy another one. The holiday drinks are also good. The peppermint drink was my favorite. I was up in Baton Rouge for a photo shoot and we decided we needed some coffee to get through the long day. We stopped in here for coffee and a bite. This is a really cute coffee shop and the iced coffee is just as fabulous as it is at any other CC's. They have a variety of pastries, including stuffed croissants that they are happy to warm for you. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is nice if you need to get some work done. read more

This place has the best baristas in town, you guys; they're always a pleasure to chat with, and they always get my coffee right!

The drive thru service has gotten worse and worse and the class of employees is bottom of the barrel. These people are clueless. It's very frustrating to WANT to enjoy this local Louisiana legend coffee house. The coffee drinks can be delicious when made correctly. Unfortunately, most of the time the service is inconsistent because they make the wrong drink or the drink just tastes bad. Why is the drive thru ordering process so confusing for the employees there? You place your order at the speaker and then when you drive up to the window they don't know what in the heck you ordered! They have to ask you again what you ordered as they stumble through all the orders searching for the correct one. My experience with this location of CC's on Coursey has become tedious and I'm really dissatisfied with the way they are serving their customer. Please get a grip and tighten up the ship! read more

I've been coming to this CC's for sometime when I'm visiting from out of town. This last time I came here I was a bit surprised that the café latte I ordered did not taste that good, it was very disappointing. The other thing that surprised me and someone else talk about this in another review is that the barista helped himself to my change as a tip. Not cool in my book. I'm a coffee addict to say the very least and CC's rarely disappoints. They are pretty efficient and their coffee gets the job done. The only reason it's not 5 stars is because I always order almond milk as a substitute and at times they have used regular milk instead. Being lactose intolerant and vegan, it's pretty important to me to not have that mistake made... But they are always more than willing to correct any mistakes. read more

I would have given this place 5 stars as I go here very frequently and almost always receive exceptional service. However, this morning, I ordered two cold brews that were definitely not cold brews. I got home and realized my drink was the most watered down 'coffee' I have ever tasted. My husband's was the same. I'm not sure what happened but I sure hope it doesn't happen again! I really love going to this location. I used to frequent a different one, but that one went downhill and the cleanliness and service here can't be beat! I can tell that the management here really cares and it shows with every interaction I have. This place has really picked up since last year, whatever they changed since then needs to stay! The staff is so friendly and the manager (I assume based on the different shirt?) is always behind the counter and involved in the staff's success. I went there and asked for sweet and condense milk to be added to my 22. I know it comes in the 504, but I wanted espresso and not coffee. I was even willing to pay for it. They refused. The guy said it doesn't come in my drink. But other people can add what ever they want to a drink. What makes it so against the rules to add my request when I'm willing to pay for it. This is the second time I was confronted about my request. I thought we can get a coffee the way we want it. Well I went home and added some myself. They guy said oh I will do it for you this one time. He acted like he was doing me a favor. Why can't you full fill a customer's request? Poor customer service. read more
