Favorite place to stop at when by the government area! Menu is super diverse and can literally find something for anyone. A lot of places to sit, which made it comfortable to catch up and have conversation.

This is such a cute little coffee shop! I got the NOLA coffee, which was bomb, and the smoked salmon toast, which was also pretty good. Prices are decent, but the young lady serving people there was just the best! Very attentive. I will be back to study!

One of my favorite coffee places in LA! Such friendly service and coffee drinks for everyone. Absolutely love their iced coffee...it's so rich and creamy and the chicory gives it a little extra something that's out of this world!

build a biscuit with egg and bacon (no cheese) (tastes way better than it photographed today)

build a biscuit with honey butter is always amazing though the texture of the biscuit changes from day to day. coffee is solid with the best ice. this coffee shop has great service and just a good energy. one of my favorites. Really all of the food options taste great, you can't go wrong. one of the better yogurt bowls in the city too. plus their scrambled eggs rock. my go to drink is a whole milk latte unsweetened but my friends love the iced nola. I you french truck!

Stopped for a light breakfast with my friend. This place is a cute addition to mid city and it's pretty busy every time we come in! We ordered the Goat Cheese Pecan Salad and the Caprese Sandwich with fresh fruit. We also ordered a iced tea and a iced coffee. The salad was legit the best I'd had in a long time! The candied pecans were so good. Definitely add chicken if you get this salad. We both cleaned our plates lol!

Yummy coffee and freshly made breakfast options.

Delicious! I tend to come here during the weekdays and in the weekends. I ordered the Waffles with fruit. They gave me pineapples, apples, grapes, and strawberries, which were all super fresh. Outside they grow their own produce(which is really in shape) and plants! They have a nice outside area with shade where you can sit. The food was delicious, and came fast. I definitely recommend this place for a cute little breakfast spot!

Ambiance is nice. Very modern and relaxed. Arrived around 1p on a Thursday. Some students were around and the courtyard across the street was a nice backdrop. Employee who took our order and brought out our food and drinks was friendly and helpful when I had questions about the menu. She offered suggestions and was kind. Food was pretty good. Definitely recommend the grilled cheese and tomato soup (when they have it). Friend also ordered a turkey sandwich with chips and said it was good too. Coffee drinks were good. A little more milk than we were hoping for in our hot and iced lattes. However, I should have asked for an extra shot of espresso. Seasonal syrup was delicious (Pumpkin Praline) not too sweet. Also ordered an iced oji drip and it was delicious.

Based on the reviews and seeing that this place roasted their own coffee I was very excited to try it but it left much to be desired. Walked in to a very lively coffee shop, lots of students and they had a very nice sized space. Service was bleh, not very friendly just kind of like "what do you want attitude". Not sure if the college students employed are a little stressed out but you are in the service industry, give people a good experience! Ordered a pour over and an oatmeal cream pie. The pour over was good! Whoever is roasting did a great job highlighting the origin flavors of that coffee and it was brewed well thanks to the automated brewing system they had. The oatmeal cream pie was nothing special. A little hard and couldn't tell if it was old or just a recipe used that made it dense. The worst part for me was at the area you pick up drinks, it was messy and because of that mess there were a lot of little fruit fly looking things flying around. Not the best look for an establishment serving food and coffee. I really wanted to like this place. My coffee was great but a coffee shop is more than the cup. It's the whole experience and unfortunately, it was lacking. If I'm ever back in the area I'd give it a second try to see if it was a one off or not.

They even offer a private room. I love the education of coffee and coffee regions it has on the wall and educational decor. They have your classic latte, along with their own signature drinks. Which are phenomenal. The staff is kind and can help you make recommendations. The coffee is made perfect is not bitter or acidic. Go check them out. Yes it is a college town, but worth it.

It means so much to have found my new go-to coffee spot when I'm back in BR. The space itself is perfectly warm, clean, and welcoming. Everything is curated to make you feel like you belong. The coffee, tea, and food choices are perfect. I grabbed an espresso shot and cinnamon roll to stay and an iced matcha latte to go. The espresso was nicely dialed in, the notes were present and the barista served it wonderfully. The cinnamon roll was warmed up and freshly iced before being served. The matcha was so good, and a great choice to takeaway as a treat. The staff here really goes beyond to provide excellent service. This is my new go-to coffee spot in Baton Rouge. Thanks Coffee Joy!

Every table has outlets for devices, the space is open and well laid out with a mix of tables and comfortable couches that invite you to stay. The lighting is soft and warm, and gentle French music in the background creates a charming atmosphere. It's so comfortable it genuinely feels like a home away from home. The menu is thoughtfully curated, featuring seasonal items, genuinely fresh pastries, and excellent savory options. The equipment used to prepare both coffee and tea is top-of-the-line, and the quality shows in every cup. The olives pogača (pronounced pasha in Turkish), topped with sea salt, is truly unique--fluffy, rich, and deeply satisfying. The baklava is served warm and is remarkably soft and easy to enjoy, unlike the usually firm, layered texture you expect. There's also an impressive tea selection with real flavor, loose-leaf options, and specialty coffees, including French press with a choice of beans. Honestly, this place feels like a luxury for this town.
