I picked up a mobile order at this Starbucks. When I walked in all the baristas behind the counter blankly stared at me and said nothing. I grabbed my refresher and saw it was a little over halfway filled. Since I was going straight to work I didn't have time to say anything or ask for it to be remade. When I got to my car and took a closer look, I saw the lid was dirty and sticky with what looked to be caramel and cold foam. Written on the cup was "enjoy this.". My first impression was the inconvenience of the placement of the store. The car wash and drive thru being so close together makes it so that the drive thru lane blocks off the majority of the parking lot. So you either have to wait in a fairly long drive thru lane or, park further away and walk in. This leads me to the next obstacle, I ordered one drink and egg white bites. It took 14 minutes for the egg white bites to comes out and 27 minutes for the drink to come out. Mind you there are 6 people working behind the counter, and the appeared to lack eagerness or efficiency . In addition, I found the store itself to be dirty and disheveled. I ordered a peppermint mocha, there was no peppermint in it and it just tasted like steamed milk. I recommend this store read the book the effortless experience. read more

This is definitely a busy little Starbucks right across from the Greene and next to the car wash and AtHome store. Depending on what time of the day you go, it'll either be dead - and you'll get really fast service - or it'll be busy and you can expect a 10-20 minute wait. They're processing cars through the drive-thru decently fast, but it's just such a backlog. There's usually 5-6 people working in there during peak times. What other people say is true, though. The parking lot is HELL when they're busy. 85% of the parking spots back into the exact spot where the line for the drive-thru goes. There are five parking spots that don't back into the line - I genuinely recommend you try for those when you can. I've seen people park at the AtHome parking lot and walk here when the drive-thru line is backing into the road. This is NOT a Starbucks I would ever recommend for staying in and doing work unless you enjoy waiting 10 minutes to be able to leave when hoping a good person will let there be a line in the drive-thru line to give you space to back-up. It's good for drive-thru, but going inside is intense. Drinks are usually pretty accurate. Drinks usually taste about the same every time you come here. They have a habit of running out of things (like drink stoppers), but it's usually fixed within a few days. Staff is friendly - even when backed up to kingdom come. I'd honestly recommend mobile ordering - just to avoid the lines - but then you still run into the problem of lack of parking. The location might consider a well-placed parking spot or two just for mobile orderers. read more

I'm at this Starbucks almost every week and sometimes multiple times a week! Love that they open early at 5:30 and fuel me for my long drive to work. The staff is so nice and my (sometimes complicated) orders are always made perfectly. If you don't come at an off hour, expect to be waiting in line both in the drive thru and in the store for a WHILE! It's the only downside of the location. read more

The food is always good hot ain't never had anything to complain about it but I wish they wouldn't put so much ice in it. We got through the line of neon green cones quickly. The ordering process was seamless. The strawberry lemonade açaí was sweet, tangy and properly made. The salted caramel nitro cold brew was a total disaster and disappointment. It was warm to the touch, overly salty, and the cream refused to mix into the never in any discernible way. WORST Starbucks I've ever visited. Probably the WORST fast food experience I've ever had. I just looked at other reviews and it seems like I shouldn't be surprised by the employees. I tried to order a snack box for my toddler at the drive up and asked for the one with grapes and apples. The employee told me with eggs and I said no it has crackers. Another employee jumped on the speaker over the first and aggressively yelled at me that both have grapes and apples!! I couldn't believe how I was being attacked over a snack box , standing my ground I firmly asked if they had 2 sausage breakfast sandwiches and the second employee jumped back over the speaker and told me to be nice!!! I told them they were rude first and then they started really yelling at me!! I left and called corporate. Looking at other reviews maybe this location will get new ownership or close. Horrible customer service two young girls were rude and of course when we get up to order in the drive thru they are out of the drink I wanted and didn't offer to take any money off even though I was stuck in line and had to settle for a different drink. Two girls were rude about the milk I asked for "soy" and then once I got up to the window to pay make snarky comments when I asked about the calories and condescendingly said "well I don't memorize the calories" and told me to to "just look it up" so disrespectful and disgusting that people are allowed to work with this kind of attitude and get paid to do it.. I go to this location once or twice a week and always use the drive through. The staff is always welcoming, positive, and kind. Even though I have a very short interaction every time they are always so pleasant. They truly make my day so much better every time! I've never had an issue with a drink being made wrong, either. my mom and i came through and the girl at the window, Grace was amazing!! super friendly, energetic, and they were out of the one other thing i wanted and she gave me multiple options to choose from to replace it. my mom and I talked about her energy for a good 5 minutes after we left. Not one of the better Starbucks in the area. Many Starbucks suffer from poor planning in their parking lots. It's like whoever makes the decision of where to build a new store doesn't even consider it. The one on Indian Ripple Rd is one of the worst. The inside of the store is spacious but the parking lot has space for about 12 cars to park. It's like building a ship for 600 people but only providing 200 life preservers. Plus they wedged it next to a car wash and and there is little room to back out of your space without risking hitting someone pulling out from the car wash. And there is no extra space to go around those in the drive-though lane, leaving only one way to enter and exit if you choose to park and go inside. It's a nightmare. I usually don't have a problem with my order since I usually only get a latte, but today I ordered a food item as well. I waited an extra long time to get my food order. Two people that ordered after me received theirs first, both requiring heating like mine. I got some excuse about a shift change or something. I try to avoid this location but because of it's proximity to The Greene it has a convenience factor if that is my destination, as it was today. read more

I go back and forth on what I think of this Starbucks. I have good and bad experiences. This is based upon a poor experience I had this morning. I always Mobile Order for this location to pick up on my way to work. When I ordered at 7:40 from my home it said it would be ready in 4-8 minutes. I get to Starbucks and stand around until 7:55 when my order is ready. 15 minutes!!! That is ridiculous. What is the point of mobile order if it isn't ready when it says it will be?? This isn't the first time I've experienced this. They are good sometimes and sometimes they're not. They're too inconsistent for a good rating. Not to mention, the parking lot at this location is terrible. This is an update to my original update: I have had a terrible experience two additional times and this place is a lost cause. One time I wait for 15 minutes and find that they do not even have my order and then again today I wait 15 minutes for my mobile order. Might be the worst Starbucks I've ever encountered. The inside layout is ok, high ceiling, decent light and lots of tables. BUT: there are 10 parking spaces, they share lot space with a car wash and there isn't Ben Pugh room to get your car out of the space of there are any cars in the drive through. Love the staff, love the coffee, all the feels when I am at my "local" Starbucks. The parking situation can be a little sketchy sometimes but if you have patience it usually works itself out. I highly recommend asking the baristas for their suggestions on drinks as they always have some really good combinations they have worked up! I'm lactose intolerant and I depend on my baristas to put soy in my drink when I ask *and pay for it* and it's very frustrating when someone takes it upon themselves to use dairy milk because they think someone is ordering soy to "be a hipster" or because they otherwise judging the consumer. I cannot afford to go home sick from work after drinking my morning coffee every day. I will not be returning to this Starbucks. Why would I pay an additional charge for an alteration to my drink that I ask for for medical reasons, if you won't even provide it. I'm incredibly disappointed. Don't go if you are in a hurry!!!! Worst parking lot ever! Combined with slower than mud staff and the drive thru line and car wash being packed, and it was a nightmare. I went inside to order while my husband was stuck in the drive thru line with no way out. After 20 minutes trying to order one drink with the line not moving up one person, I went back outside and my husband was still stuck in line. This used to be a decent Starbucks even though it has terrible parking due to its location next to a car wash. For the past few months it has steadily degraded to the point I will now avoid it at all costs. The store is crawling with flies, including ones landing on the mobile orders. The staff is perfunctorily courteous but you can tell they are just going through the motions so the vibe isn't all that pleasant. My breakfast sandwich (which took 15 minutes for them to ring up and 20 minutes to heat) was cold as ice-- partially frozen still. This has happened the last two times I've been here. I am really liking this Starbucks! Unlike the one on North Fairfield the inside is more the spacious and so far it isn't too insanely busy (both inside and at the drive thru). Beware of this Starbucks. Worth the drive to go somewhere else. I was standing at the counter as the barriers made my tea. He heated milk, filled a drive through order, and then used the rest of the milk to fill my order. When it only filled us less than half of my cup, he put the lid on and handed it to me! I asked if he can you fill my cup and he said, "oh yeah, sorry about that." Totally knew what he was doing. This is the second and last bad experience we have had at this Starbucks. Open your cup and make sure you aren't not getting shortchanged. I received less than half and had to ask to have it filled. read more
