Even if the customer knows what they want, it seems like the drinks must be nested a bit in the online terminal as it takes the employees a bit to put everything into the system. Once drinks are made, as this location is brand new, it also seems like they're still working out the kinks on delivery and how to keep everything organized too. That being said, the employees are very friendly and helpful (and patient when the customer is the one who doesn't know what flavor they want). Got a bigger cinnamon roll donut which would have been good if it was not hard and dry, even warming in the microwave didn't help, ended up throwing it out. Peanut butter donut was ok. Donut selection was low, which was expected since I went around 10:30am, but I did not expect to see the donuts sitting out in the open and not in a closed case. This would probably help with keeping the donuts from drying out and becoming hard. All in all, donuts are ok, would be better if they fix how they are stored. I don't think I'll go again though.
