I have two issues with this location: wait time and order correctness Wait time: the time is so bad I have to order at least 15 min in advance and I still find myself waiting. This past weekend. I ordered 15 min early as usual and found myself waiting an additional 30-40 min after I arrived. They either work at a slow pace or they are severely understaffed. And when someone complains about waiting on an order, they will push theirs ahead of yours. Not considering if someone who isn't complaining has been waiting longer. Order: I order the same exact drink 95-95 percent of the time and it's never right. I only get one add on and I often don't get it. Not writing this review to gripe but instead hoping that the staff can make some adjustments with their services. read more

I've put in mobile orders two times here. And showed up at the expected time (it tells you how long it'll be when you order). Both times I waited a LOOONG time after the estimated time given to me by the app. And when ever someone walks in they ask if you have a mobile order. They did the same thing with mine. My order was made AFTER I arrived and AFTER the people that arrived before me rather than in the order the orders were placed.... Also one time I got a venti drink with the cup 2/3rds full. Bad service. It took over 30 minutes to receive our drinks (only 2 drinks and 1 brownie). When we pulled into the drive thru, only 4 cars were in front of us. It took almost an average of 8 minutes per vehicle to serve their 1-2 drinks. To top off the icing on the cake, the drinks were wrong. Today at around 12:15pm me and my family went into this Starbucks and one specific worker stood out to me, his name was Darius! He was soo kind, friendly and funny, and my mom is doing keto diet and wanted her drink made with heavy cream for her keto diet and he knew exactly how and what she was talking about, and not only that but he also made us feel so welcome and he had such great energy and he was just so friendly and had such a fun and nice chill vibe and definitely wanted customers to be satisfied and have a nice experience, AND he made my drink really well! This is by far the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to. I mean, the SLOWWWWWEST ever (Notice the extra W's?). Well, it IS in the South... I drink Starbucks like it's going out of business. I do love trying independent coffee shops, but when traveling, I can count on Starbucks to deliver the same product wherever the road takes me. This location is conveniently right off of 20, on Airline, with a drive-thru. Keep in mind, if the drive-thru is seven to ten cars deep, as it usually is, you're better off going inside. On multiple occasions when we opted to go inside to place our order, we still waited anywhere between 10 and 20 minutes for our lattes, but beat the cars we would of been waiting behind. So only choose the drive-thru if there is under three cars. This Starbucks is convenient and clean, but make sure you're not in a time crunch, or you'll be disappointed. read more

I spent 2 weeks in Bossier City in December and gave the drive through as well as the inside many chances to prove they operated as a Starbucks normally does. Pros: clean, friendly, decent coffee, parking ok Cons: SLOW drive thru, poor lighting at night in parking lot, steep entrance from road, and lastly the one and only reason I never buy from this Starbucks... The DAMN BUSHES by the road. I am forced to enter a busy road blind because this place can't trim a bush. Anyone who sees this bush might even say they don't trim it on purpose. All the other bushes get trimmed. I can't freaking see and it scares me. OMG it gets me so worked up just thinking about it. The overgrown bush cost this Starbucks two stars easy.
