Ordered a strawberry refresher & it tasted very watered down. I asked to have more ingredients added. He was very nice & remade the drink but unfortunately still too watered down & with very little strawberries. Coffee was good. Promptly delivered order. Got the order right. However, my crescent was scorched. I ordered on my phone and picked up at the window so didn't see it until I was at the office. Buyer beware. Buying breakfast here is a crap shoot. read more

One star totally based on incredibly poor customer service. We stopped on our way back home to Mississippi from Austin. Just getting into the parking lot from the interstate was difficult. Went inside and saw 5 or 6 people waiting for their drink orders. This was around 3 in the afternoon and there were 4 employees working behind the counter. We placed our order and then my wife and I went to the restroom. When we came out, the same 5 or 6 people were still waiting. The servers/barristas kept switching out as to who was doing what: while we were there, the person who took our order also prepared a drink for someone in the drive-through, also was the barrista for awhile. One of the women who worked there seemed most displeased with everything. We got our lattes (which by the way were good) after nearly 30 minutes in their restaurant. Needless to say, we'll just get lattes at McDonald's next time through. read more

Super very fast service coffee was excellent. Clean store very clean restrooms. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Slow. 15 minutes for an Americano, a coffee and a tea latte (and they forgot sweetener). Also, very dirty- trash all over the floor and out of many items on the fixings bar. read more

1st time ever I was not greeted when walking into a Starbucks staff was not very nice. Coffee was good but not impressed with staff. Tried asking about products that were sale got no engagement what so ever. Poor service was pretty disappointed. read more

WOW!! ...they have one Barista here who certainly earned her customer relations ghetto style. No courtesy whatsoever and loves to bark commands at the customers rather than "ask". One of the worst Starbucks location. read more

This was a great location. I went in around 9 and was a little intimidated by how large the parking lot was...and it was full! I thought...oh great a massive line! But I walked in, was served almost immediately and was out the door in about 5 minutes. The barista was very nice and my brewed dark roast was piping hot just as it should be. read more

I visited from Waco, Texas this Starbucks on a Sunday afternoon. They were packed! Long drive thru line, full cafe', long cafe' line, yet my husband and I waited only 2 minutes at most for our order! There is a $3.00 sign for the Wall Street journal on the stand. When I get to the register, they ring up $5.00. I explain to them that the sign clearly states $3.00, which they refuse to look at. They tell me that the manager stated that it's $5.00. I don't know why the manager could not talk to me. They need to take the $3 sign down if they are not going to honor their price read more

Went in to order my usual coffee because the drive thru was packed!! Got inside order my breakfast sandwich and grande coffee (did not receive my receipt). Waited 10 minutes to get coffee, sandwich was placed on the counter and other customers touched my sandwich because the rep didn't speak loud enough to let everyone hear who name was being called!!! I can't believe that the regional manager isn't reading all of the negative reviews and making the appropriate changes!!?? It is extremely apparent that this is one of the busiest locations and not enough people working each shift to get the people through quicker?! They apparently could make twice the money a day as other locations because they are right off the interstate but poor management is preventing that from happening. The customer feels disrespected by the staff and the lengthy wait. The staff maybe feels overwhelmed? All I know is that Starbucks has always had a top product. It sounds like the management and all the staff members from this location should have mandatory meetings and discuss how to make things run smoother for the staff members and the customer. Also, management should take heed to the customers complaint about not being able to see over their bushes when trying to exit this Starbucks and get back on Airline Drive. Honestly, I can say this is the most honest Starbucks I have ever visited. After a family member forgot her purse there, they were kind enough to hold it until we remember to call and ask if it was there. The coffee had to kick in you know.... The service was great, and not too many visitors inside, as it is known for its drive-thru. A parade of late model SUV's in all colors. I give them a 5 star ranking, because in February they rocked! Made my tricky picky drink to a tee, too. read more

Love having the ability to order straight from my phone and my order being ready when I walk in the door.

This morning, it took 13 minutes to get my drink. One drink. I chose to go inside because the drive-thru was wrapped around the building. Guess what? The drive-thru line made it through in half the time. I watched. Here's the problem. This isn't a one-off situation. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME at both locations in Bossier City. The other one is REALLY bad, but this one seems like it's trying to catch up. So, there are two cashiers taking orders, which tries to make it seem like they're doing you a favor. In reality, they're not. There are 20 people standing around waiting for their coffee, and not one single "help wanted" sign in the store. CLEARLY they need help. CLEARLY they need baristas. You know what really sucks? There's no competition in the area, so there's no real reason for them to get any better. We are slaves to the slowness of your Bossier City locations and it's maddening. Never once have I seen a manager in that store trying to help things along. Never once have I heard, "sorry for your wait." THIRTEEN MINUTES IS TOO LONG. Figure out how to get better, Bossier City, Starbucks. We spend WAY too much money for you to treat us this poorly. read more

Slowest place that I have ever been to. Staff spends more time talking to one another than helping and serving drinks. Drive thru moves even slower. If you pull up to find three or four cars in front of you, plan on spending 20 minutes in line. No parking lot lights so at night the parking lot is as dark as can be. read more

We go to this Starbucks whenever we need a good cup of coffee or tea. The staff is very friendly and when I left my purse behind tonight they promptly secured it until I came back to look for it. Thankful for friendly honest people. read more

I love this Starbucks. For those who complain about waiting...Starbucks is not a fast food (or coffee) place. The staff is pleasant; they smile and make waiting ok. If the drive through is busy, walk in. I don't mind waiting, the product is fresh and made just for me. If I am running late it is my fault, not theirs. read more
