This might be one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. It's the closest to my house by they are not consistent. They can't seem to get a mobile order correct and they really skimp on filling the cup. I had to send an image to corporate of the second to last time I was there. It's like they put a tall in a venti cup. Corporate apologized and comped me so I gave them another shot. The next time the drink just wasn't made right and the manager didn't seem overly concerned. I had a very rude staff member at the drive-thru. She rolled her eyes as she stomp away to fix a mistake in my order. She argued and rolled her eyes when she came back with the corrected order. Ordered 3 drinks, barista deleted my second drink, and I had to repeat it. I ordered my last drink and I asked for a Venti mango dragon fruit refresher, she deleted that item as well, so I repeated my self and she order me a grande in my drink. For how much I go to starbucks, this establishment disappointed me greatly. The staff has gotten a lot friendlier over the past 2 years I have been going here. I used to tell people that it was worth the drive to the Bradley one, but since the have had a huge turnover in employees and their wifi doesn't work, I don't recommend that anymore. Also, they just remodeled inside this location and I think it is awesome! Just what they needed- now there is more seating and more outlet access. It's busy on the weekends especially, when Olivet students aren't able to get to the library or don't want to make the trek to campus, but other than that this is a good meet-up or study location. read more

Same starbucks as everywhere else. Difference here is the kind staff. Cleaner than the average starbucks even when in a rush. Love the extra space for sitting and typing notes. Music is too loud here like every other starbucks. Staff also know soecial drinks I like such as con panna. Would go out of my way to come here over another location because of the welcoming nature. This was the first time my boyfriend and I came to this location. We ordered our drinks and got them promptly. The staff was friendly. However, both of our coffees tasted terrible! His coffee was mostly water, and my White Chocolate Mocha tasted nothing like it is supposed to. Unfortunately we walked out having only taken a few sips of the coffee. This is a great Starbucks! I have been inside and gone through the drive thru without any problems. I actually prefer the drive thru because there is often a cheerful barista who says, "Welcome to your favorite Starbucks!" Why yes, this IS one of my fave locations! The Staff here is friendly, but for some reason the service is very slow. I went through the drive thru, yesterday morning (sun) at around 645 am. There was one car in front of me, and I waited 15 minutes to pull up to the window and receive my drink. This is not the first time, I've waited 5 min plus, with 1 car ahead of me. The location on Rt 50, I never wait longer than 5 min with multiple cars in front of me. It's not fun, when you have an early destination you have to make. read more

I drive out of my way just to go to this location - best Starbucks in the area when it comes to quality and customer service. Friendly staff! Conversational with and appreciative of their regulars. This Starbucks is amazing. The staff here are absolutely incredible! I was just sitting at one of the tables doing homework, and I saw one of the workers dealing with a lady who was throwing a ridiculous tantrum over ice. The barista, Kat, handled the situation with a smile on her face and managed to calm the customer down considerably. I was so impressed that I decided to write a review about this location and the barista. Before this altercation, I also saw her in a hearty conversation with another customer while making their drink. I hope she gets some sort of recognition or something, or at least gets a raise for just being a fantastic employee. read more
