Definitely the most flies I've ever seen in a Starbucks. First item I ordered was a bacon Gouda sandwich. I sat and waited 20 min just for them to tell me they messed up and didn't put that down even after I repeated my whole order bc it seemed like she didn't quite catch my drink. Then asked if I wanted to order something else. Who's at fault here? Should they have compensated for my time and their misunderstanding? Perhaps. I usually never goto Starbucks their customer service is not very attentive or welcoming. Maybe hire people that have smiles on their faces and customer service skills. read more

This location needs major help. They are always super backed up every time I'm waiting a half hour for mobile orders. I've actually had to cancel an order after waiting over 20 minutes because what should have been plenty time to stop and grab a cup of coffee was going to make me late. I barely received a sorry and not even an offer to get my order done quickly. It could have been done by the time the cancellation and return was made. Disappointing! My daughters went inside, because the drive up was ridiculously long. The crew seems to concentrate on the drive up window, and disregarded the walk in people, 3 to be exact. The order was placed, one for her, and one for myself. They got the order and one was wrong, my daughter tried to tell the barista, but she immediately turned around and took off. My order was one of those green tea frappe and this is what they gave her (see photo) the green tea drink poured into a cup of ice! Mostly ice! It tasted watered down like watered down milk! You know how sometimes your Friends want to go somewhere... or do something... and you just agree to it and go anyway? Well that pretty much sums up my visit here. I came here with some friends that were back in town for the weekend. They're wasn't anything bad about my visit here... it was clean, the staff was friendly, you know. Nothing was "bad". It was fine. The drinks that we ordered came up quick and tasted fine. No problems there. But god almighty I cannot stand the smell in this place. I do not understand how every Starbucks on the face of this planet has such an overwhelming odor of burnt coffee. It's kinda like when you go to the carnival or the state fair- by the time you leave you've smelled so many funnel cakes and deep fried twinkies it almost makes you want to throw up. Now that being said, if my friends want to come back here, I probably would. I just have to prepare myself for the "odor" that comes with visiting a Starbucks. read more

They need better help at this location. The girls were not able to handle a rush whatsoever. We waited in quite a long line to order and another long line to wait for drinks. The drinks were watered down with too much ice, so we were instructed to get back into the register line to tell the cashier to send a ticket to remake the drink. That is ridiculous! After three lines...I wanted a refund and no drink. This is the last time I come to this location. Hire more people. read more

Very cozy and studious environment. I saw people in here for interviews, study groups, and individual study sessions. I personally went here to get some work done for business, and although there were so many people there, it still felt like a library setting and I could still concentrate on getting my work done despite the amount of people that were there. I loved coming here for my first time. I also tried the iced caramel flan, in my opinion, not the best, I will stick with the iced caramel machiatto next time. read more

Stopped in recently after work hoping to grab a quick cup of coffee for the drive home, and another drink to bring home. First they were out of Apple juice, and then after ordering with only 2 cars in front of me in the drive thru it took 10 minutes to get my drinks (black coffee and carmel macchiato). I thought maybe they were busy inside so I drove by the front window, and it appeared there was only one guest inside with 5 people working. On top of that I did not even receive an apology for the time that I waited in the drive thru line. This is a new location so maybe they are still working on speeding up orders, but next time I want something quick I am going to pass on stopping at this Starbucks. Fast service! I ordered one of their new, limited-time Mocha Mint Madness frappucino on the Starbucks app. I ordered it to the customizations that I wanted, like no whip, and almond milk instead of 2%. I love that Starbucks will make your drink to your preferences. A lot of other places don't have nearly as many choices. I paid for my order on the app and a few min later, walked in and waited a couple min at the pick-up counter. One of the baristas called my name and said it was a mobile order. My frapp was made perfectly! Will def visit again and def use the app. It really simplified and streamlined the process for me since I have certain customizations that I want. read more

Nice people working, but similar to other reviews, they are pretty slow. Ordered a tall ice green tea, took about 8 minutes even though the place was empty and the the drive through had about 2 cars. I had enough time to even catch some pokemon on the new Pokemon Go app while waiting. Also the internet here is pretty slow in comparison to the Bourbonnais Starbucks. read more

I and my husband went through drive thru. He ordered large vanilla bean cream frappechino and it came out so much quicker than my green tea frappechino. Turns out , whoever made it filled good 2/3 of the cup with whipped cream and put a tiny bit of actual drink on the bottom ( he was saying the drink was really light weight when he got it for being large size ) we are going to turn around and complain but the line was so long so we just left. It's Starbucks. Their coffee is the same everywhere. This particular one has mostly bar tables, up high and uncomfortable. I was there about 1:00 and it was about half full. No line so I was served quickly. But the wi-fi really sucked. I kept getting dropped. Pages wouldn't load. read more

Agree with earlier comment; tall bar tables not too easy to work on. He service was extremely slow. When I inquired about my simple iced tea (after 10 minutes of waiting) I was told "it's coming. I have lots of cafe and drive thru drinks to take care of". Not my problem and far below Starbucks usual "over the top customer-friendly service". My daughter ordered her special birthday drink and asked for it iced . It was given to her hot. When she pointed it out, instead, again, of the Starbucks standard, they casually dumped it into a cup of ice and handed it to her. She asked for a triple shot--certainly didn't receive that. I usually go to this location when I'm doing my shopping around the area and have never had a problem. Food and drinks have always been correct but never had a great experience with the staff. Today I ordered a Venti Iced Tea and was told they didn't have any venti cups left and they offered me a trenta instead. I assumed they would still sell it to me at a venti price instead of the trenta price but the staff would not accommodate. Others Starbucks have always been accomodating to me. read more
