This location is always super busy, but the baristas are always on point. Last Sunday the line was almost out the door. We had to wait for our drinks for a few minutes. No big deal. The barista working the front gave me water and was awesome. They also have a nice outdoor seating area complete with Adirondack chairs.

How can anyone ever really give Starbucks a bad review? Of course everyone has a sour experience at a big chain coffee shop like this once or twice but if you really think about it... it's worth the 5 stars. Also - if you're really on yelp looking at reviews for a Starbucks I'm a little confused. Just trust me -- it's going to be okay and I'm certain that you'll leave satisfied. If anything just grab a cold brew and you'll leave bouncing off the walls with tons of caffeinated energy. My suggestion is this, head to this local Starbucks, choose something off the menu that looks somewhat appealing and take your leap of faith. Pro tip: being an excellent book or a great friend to pass the time with. Talk to a stranger about how their day is going (maybe even buy their drink). Overall -- spending a little bit of time here with a nice beverage will definitely change the direction of your day. Take a breather at this Starbucks and enjoy!

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.

When you first walk in, there is an array of pastries and sweet treats. I opted for the raspberry cream cake but was disappointed. It was dry and bland. My friend ordered the Biscoff cake that came in a soda can and hers was delicious. I probably just picked a bad one that day. The coffee was delicious and the latte art was very cute. I would like to return and try other pastries!

Also an everything bagel with cream cheese, lots of cream cheese, warm and wrapped up well. More like a denser style bagel- not hard. Very good. I got chocolate in my Americano, the standard amount they put in was perfect. You can taste the chocolate and the coffee, not too sweet! Seating area is small and cute. Perfect for two people to sit and chat. Not good for a family or children. We did have our three year old and new born. We had never been here before and had already made our toddler wait to get a croissant so we had to make it work. If you know you know. But he is well behaved so it was fine. I would definitely stop here again if I didn't have kids with me or even to have a one on one date with my son.

Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

I had specifically made the stop here to grab a quick coffee & a breakfast "sang-which" on my way to run errands; only to find out upon arrival they offer no food here. ONLY COFFEE. Kind of a bummer. Due to busy Main Street in Williamsville and parking difficulties don't know if I would stop back because they don't have any food to sit and enjoy with your coffee. Seemed popular, long lines waiting to be served. Posting an updated menu on Yelp, as coffee shop has no paper menu (to-go menu) and they also do not have a website displaying their menu online for customers to view. That would be a nice update.

One of the staff that helped me was Kaymya. She was amazing - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful!. She made this a fantastic first experience for me. Everyone was kind and seemed genuinely interested in their engagement with customers. It makes a big difference and is a huge reason I'll be a regular. The coffee - I got both an iced latte and a hot latte- I did marshmallow and vanilla in bit and the hot was sugar free and the iced was regular sugar syrups plus whipped cream. Both were delicious! The brew itself is smooth and a solid medium blend I'd say - not watered down or bitter. Very easy to enjoy. The sugar-free didn't have any odd aftertaste at all and I usually can pick those out right away. The whipped cream tasted homemade to me. Yummy As far as value goes, I think I paid the same or similar price for both and the iced latte was much bigger. But that said, the large hot latte was in a cup that probably rivals the Tim's XLarge. So the value is really good all around. I've been waiting to go because they e been pretty busy and I was so happy I finally made it. Saturday at around 6:45 andI was in line for about 15 min which was quick moving. Every step of the process was smooth and moving along well. There is a website where you can collect rewards too. And I read that certain days have better deals. Looking forward to adding this to my routine. Nope you go soon and enjoy your brew!
