Very understaffed. I paid and the barista put my cup under the Pikes Place dispenser and it filled up. And it stayed there. People came in and it stayed there. I had to go ask for it. 4+ minutes. Time to get so more help here. read more

We have all been to many Starbucks and seen good service, but when I ordered a refresher I watched them make it closely and noticed the manager dirrecting an employee to add extra ice after he had not made enough drink, I had asked for light ice, drink was watered down after paying like 7$ for their smallest size, like come on? read more

So proud of this location! It's nearly ALWAYS busy, and somehow the team there still keeps calm, clean, and going! I've seen them under staffed, in the past, where they still kept it together! This location isn't idea for parking & or drive thru but it still is busy always... so why change it! If I could give Zero stars I would. Customer Service is severely lacking. Today was the 2nd time in the last month I've encountered bad customer service there. When my order was handed to me which was a cold brew, it looked like a latte with milk in it. Upon asking if they gave me the correct drink, the girl just stared at me. No reaction. No response. I just got a blank stare. I had to ask again and push for any response. Her response finally was "I don't know ". If you can't speak to people properly you have no business working in this service industry or at the to-go window. Do better Starbucks. read more

The barista was too busy socializing with other coworkers and working on drive through orders to remember that I placed an order for coffee in the store. I had to first remind her to make it and then had to ask for it when it was done and had been for 5 minutes. The store manager needs to retrain the baristas on paying attention and customer service. When I asked if she forgot (which I could tell from the facial expressions they did) they just stood there and and didn't apologize or say anything and I get an excuse of I wanted to make sure it got done. Probably nothing will get done about this because customer service and common sense do not exist anymore but I can hope that one day it will. read more

Wanted to place an order for a frappe. Special order instead of milk I wanted heavy cream. Instead of frappe roast I wanted cold brew. Refused to make my drink. Subbing one ingredient for another. This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. First time took me nearly 30 min to get through the drive through. So I tried again but came inside hoping for it to be faster but no. Been standing inside waiting for 20 min....they need more people on staff here to handle the demand. read more

They changed the interror. Chairs nail the backs of your legs when scooching in. OUCH! Hard seats abound. It's now super cramped. Be prepared to sit within 2 foot of strangers. I've lived in the area for 8+ years. The employees are incredibly nice (especially the ones who have been worked there for many years). But my drinks are pretty regularly messed up. So often, there is something wrong with my drink, whether they didn't know how to make my drink so they just winged it, or they put in the wrong syrups/creams, or totally mess up the ratios. It's usually due to a new barista making the drinks, but seriously? Train them better or let the employees who know what they're doing make the drinks. Also, don't go on Sundays. The Sunday crew is unbelievably slow and will definitely mess up your drink. There honestly are a lot of great employees at this location, many of whom are great baristas. It's just unfortunate that there as so many bad new baristas to make the experience very unpleasant. read more

Let's chat about Veterans Day coffee, shall we? Came in this afternoon. Was first in line, no baristas made eye contact, waited patiently until someone acknowledged my existence. Everyone seemingly "busy"... yet a line is forming and those standing around continue their busy work. Ordered my daughter a cake pop and a free Vet coffee. Then waited another 10 minutes watching everyone get their orders that came in after me. I finally spoke up and so did another gentleman that was waiting for his drink. They finally gave us our drinks after a 13 minute wait; his was presumedly much longer. Both of us were Vets. Coincidence? I think not. Well played, Starbucks. Well played. read more

This has got to be the most frustrating Starbucks ever! Time for a management shift or refresher training on customer service. I've been to this location a few times and every visit has been unpleasant. First time in, there were 3 female baristas working and not one of them acknowledged my presence. After patiently standing and waiting for 10 min, one hesitatingly walked over to the register and asked me what I wanted. . Today, I went through the drive thru and after several minutes, I was told it would be a minute. After 12 minutes, the line had not moved and nobody got back with me to take my order. There were 4 cars ahead of me ‍. I'm done. I'll go to Quik Trip for my coffee...they're much friendlier and quicker. read more

I just started going to this SB and don't drink coffee too often but I do love White choc mocha. NOW that being said 5 times they got it wrong and sadly one of the times i complained when back for a make up and they STILL got it wrong. Yes they have great customer service at the drive through but what good is that if your coffee doesn't hit the mark. This location has gotten lax in carrying whether or not your drink order is correct. Use the app, drink order is the same every time. The service here is definitely improving! There's a really friendly older lady who works here and she always makes it a point to talk to and reach her customers. The customers really seem to enjoy her. The staff seems to have been updated and drive through orders have been much faster--even on Fridays when the lines are long. I witnessed the store manager Carley or whatever it is, Telling the employees that they were out of dress code and was loud about it in the middle of a busy time. While she herself was wearing leggings.... No apron on, hair was down and trying to "help with drinks" while just standing around texting on her phone while customers are waiting in line to order/receive drinks . Very unprofessional manager. This store needs to fix its management. employees are great, drinks are made well. Just saw a piss awful manager treating employees like s***. The food and coffee are good, as always. However, if you're in a hurry, I suggest ordering ahead online otherwise you'll be waiting for an absurdly long line. This morning I stopped at Starbucks after I placed my mobile order. The gentleman making my drink double checked with me to see if my drink was supposed to be iced or hot. He also went out of his way to make sure I didn't want whipped cream on it. I don't normally order on the app due to mistakes I make not realizing it. read more

This location is either very good or very bad, there's really no in between. You just gotta test your luck when you go. Compared to other locations, this one is pretty skimpy when it comes to adding cream. Don't get me wrong I love me some strong coffee but I want what I ordered.
