Every time I get coffee from this location it is horrible! The espresso tastes burnt and just plain disgusting. If I'm going to pay over $5 for a coffee I'd expect it to be good. I do not recommend this location. read more

How do you mess up coffee? By being a store full of jerks, minus one nice guy at the window. Approached the counter, not one of the 5 employees acknowledged me. Seriously stood there for a minute maybe when the drive thru guy turned around and asked if I'd been helped. Ordered two tall decaf at around 1pm and the only thing the guy said was "that will be a pour over so it could take a while". Luke warm coffee and rude service. This is one of the best Starbucks I've been to. Unlike the typical Starbucks with grouchy baristas, who roll their eyes at your order and feel the need to correct those that don't speak Starbuckian, this place is staffed by friendly and happy people who look like they genuinely are there to help you. Whatever is in the air there, it works! It's always busy, and the parking is a little hard, but the staff make up for it. read more

I've been going to this location pretty regularly for the last several years. Recently, a lot of the regular baristas left and things have gone down hill since. I always order one of two drinks and they're never right, at least very seldom. Either wrong drink over all, like todays, or too sweet or not sweet enough. There isn't any consistency to the drinks anymore. It's frustrating! I'm getting tired of giving them the benefit of the doubt and giving them another chance. I feel like today's mishap, a white chocolate mocha with raspberry and it's not even a white mocha, let alone have any raspberry, did it for me and I won't be going back anytime soon. read more

Disappointing when the barista ignores a simple request of no foam. It was also bad when apparently I needed to inform the barista to not include foam when ordering hot chocolate?!?! FYI - foam is a light delight, but drinks made of mostly foam when they are not part of the recipe becomes a cup worth of disappointment. read more

Spent $35 on stuff that wasn't even made very well. My green tea that I asked to be sweetened wasn't even sweet (I'm not even sure it's green tea to be honest), the cake pops weren't very good, and their cheese and fruit protein boxes seemed to be a little old. What lousy service this morn, 26 Jan, around 8am. There are 4 people in line, you have 4 or 5 people behind the counter, and three of them are having some discussion over at the pastry oven. Typical Starbucks so you get what you expect. Service is okay and place is clean. The only issue is limited parking. If it's busy, parking can be a nightmare including the drive-thru. Half the times I get coffee elsewhere or park in front of the other businesses like Autozone. read more

They make the best drinks hands down. Better than any other Starbucks I have ever been to. San Antonio, California, Florida, doesn't matter, they win it. The staff is always super nice and helpful. The only thing I don't like is they don't carry a lot of food items. read more

We really like the drinks, food and service at this location, but parking has become a huge issue here. 4 stars because they are good in every other respect...BUT, driver, beware! It can be downright hazardous to park, back out, or get in and out of the parking lot, IF there is even a parking space available. And, even then, pedestrian and drive-thru movement is so busy and sporadic, it can be dangerous. As a result, I will no longer visit this location unless they move to a building with adequate parking for their clientele. read more

This particular location is great. However sometimes the experience is very uncomfortable because of this tall blonde lady. I'm guessing she's the manager? Whenever I'm in the cafe, either waiting for my coffee or sitting down on my laptop, I always hear her yapping at the employes. She's very rude and gets on them or mad when they aren't doing anything wrong. It is very unprofessional to do such in front of customers. One time I had gone through the dive thru and this sweet girl was giving me my drink she started yelling at her to talk to me right in front of everyone which made it very awkward and uncomfortable. I felt bad for the poor thing. The rest of the staff is great, just wish I didn't feel uncomfortable every time I come here. read more

So it deserves negative stars. 20 minutes to make one Carmel macchiato! I walked in to get one quick drink on 12/30 at 4:15pm. Drive through customers getting served quickly. Manager was extremely flustered, "just give me a minute to get my mind straight." Huh? I've been in MUCH busier stores that were able to efficiently expedite their orders with good service. One of the baristas just left so there was no one making drinks at one point. Waste of time and money. One of the best businesses is town. It has well disciplined workers and is not ruled over by a bunch of teenagers with bad attitude. The place is actually clean unlike certain neighboring businesses like Sonic and Subway. And who can live without coffee. read more

I go to this Starbucks once a week at least, and pretty much always use the drive through. I am always greeted with a "smiling" voice to take my order. And I have never had an order wrong. The parking is not the greatest at this store, but it is manageable. The drive through usually goes pretty quickly. read more

I just left this Starbucks extremely disappointed (and without a coffee I paid for). I asked for a tall blond. The lady stated they didn't have any brewed and would I like a "pour over". I said "no I'll wait for it to be brewed". She ignored me and did a pour over anyways. It tasted like water, so I kindly took it back up to the counter. She was irritated, took it from me and poured a pike roast. She didn't ask if I wanted that, but did it. It was cold and equally as watery. I threw it out and left. I frequent this Starbucks 1-2 times every few months and leave with bad coffee more than I should. I won't go back, and I love Starbucks. read more

I have been to Starbucks all over the state of Texas, ordering the same coffee. This Starbucks location has the absolute slowest service imaginable. I waited in the drive thru line for over 15 minutes, from ordering to reaching the window. Once at the window, they had to start making my coffee because they didn't make in the 15 minutes I already waited. Then to top the whole experience off, the baristas moved as if they were trapped in slow motion. They walked slow, they spoke slow and even slowly handed me my drink. Never again will I go to buy a coffee from this location! read more
