This locations drive thru is ridiculous. Every time i come to this location I sit in the drive thru lane for at least 25 mins. I don't think the employees have a sense of urgency when working. Hopefully it gets better. read more

This is probably the slowest moving Starbucks I have ever seen. I come all the time and last Thursday they took 25 minutes to make my coffee and this morning it took them 20 minutes. This place is supposed to be a quick stop for coffee on the way to work, not make me 10 minutes late every time I come. read more

Hands down best service I have ever received at any Starbucks location. The door hadn't even closed behind me upon my entrance and Jacob was ready at the counter with a friendly greeting. He was very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my transaction. I received my blonde roast coffee in less than 10 seconds after ordering. Very pleased that Starbucks chose to hire someone who values the importance of customer service and a friendly smile to cheer up anyone during any kind of day they are having. After working at Starbucks all through college, I can honestly say the people here are a poor example of baristas. Last night my drink was so bad I had to ask a refund- the drink was weak and the milk wasn't properly airated- aka sour milk. Also, when I asked for Soy they were out- but the fact that there is an HEB across the street they could easily get more from makes this inexcusable. Also, I've never been greeted when I've come here and they always seem to be rude- seriously this is Starbucks, nothing to be snobby about. Why is it that this Starbucks cannot make constant drinks. Depends on what time of day and who is working. I went in at 9 ordered a Trent's cold brew with cream and sugar and basically got coffee flavored cream. Went back later that night ordered the same thing and got coffee with almost no cream. 12-02-2014 Update. I got the correct coffee this time. However this establishment is still as dirty and unkept as last time. Is Starbucks will not even brew a poor over in the afternoon of dark roast because their anniversary blend is the coffee of the day I do not like anniversary blend and they refused to do a pour over. Every other Starbucks and then to will do a panel for whether it be morning or afternoon or dark roast, this Starbucks however will not do it this week. Out of all the Starbucks in the area, this location is by far the best. The baristas are friendly and the orders are usually correct. I've only had a problem twice in the 5 plus years I've been going there and both times the manager was very pleasant and took care of the situation. The customer service today was a 5 out of 5. They were out of apple juice and that is the main thing I order when I go to Starbucks on cold days, the Hot Apple Cider. I asked the lady what does she recommend since I do not like coffee base(I didn't get her name). She had so many suggestions and I ended up going with the White Hot Chocolate with Caramel Drizzle. I agree with others...the drive thru is horrible! Takes them forever to make drinks. I've even avoided drive thru and ended up stuck inside and it takes them even longer. No one was in front of me and it took them 18mins for one drink order. I would prefer to drive all the way to the Everman exit one than the Burleson Starbucks. The only plus is that the staff is very nice and polite. read more

Ordered through the app like they always encourage you to do. We ordered 5 drinks, showed up 15 minutes after we ordered, pulled up and the first thing they tell us is that "the order just came through" and we "didn't wait long enough." We let this go and happily waited another 5 to 10 minutes. When we got our drinks you could tell most were rushed (skipped the whip which we asked for) and at least 2 for sure were completely wrong. When I went into the store to ask them to fix just one of the drinks which was undoubtedly the wrong drink they gave us some bs about how we were misconceived. I'm sure there have been times customers have made the mistake but this was so obvious that it was the wrong drink I was taken back. We ordered the nitro cold brew with dark cocoa and this drink had no cocoa in it whatsoever. I get this drink a lot so I know what is looks like and how it tastes. It was a plain almond milk cold brew, for sure. It wasn't worth fighting with the employee who was being dishonest, who seemed to put way more effort into covering a simple, understandable mistake then her job, so I left. It's sad, I just wanted what I ordered and over paid for. Probably never coming to this Starbucks again. No reason to when there are much better Starbucks establishments close by. read more

Terrible service. Very unprofessional. I went to this Starbucks during their Frappuccino special in July. The discount was not applied to my drinks, and I asked the lady at the drive through about the price and she told me the discount was applied. I was not offered a receipt. I went inside to ask the cashier if I was overcharged, leaving my drinks in the car. Eventually a lady who I assume was the manager came and I was given back the money I was overcharged. By the time I got back to my car the Frappuccinos had melted and I was not offered anything in return. Such a disappointment. read more

My boyfriend and I just went through the drive-thru and ordered a Vanilla Latte, when I received the drink it was way too milky so my boyfriend went inside to ask if they can fix it and they said yes. One of the lady's had to make a remark and ask him if he knew what a latte was, explained it to him sarcastically like if we don't know what a latte is, as I order this drink daily. Then told him for future reference tell me to add an extra shot if I don't want it to be so milky! Obviously i didn't add an extra shot because I didn't want one!! Other Starbucks I go to make it perfect. I don't appreciate her for making him feel stupid for asking to remake drink. Maybe for future reference learn how to make a drink!!! read more

Yikes sucks I have to even put one star on here. Drove up to the line and it was wrapped around the building so we decided to go in. There was nobody in line so we thought perfect this should be quick. A big NOPE. the employees here are super nice and super sweet and friendly, pero lets talk about the drive thru. this location is the only starbucks close by to where i live and that isn't completely out of the way from my job or school. and everytime i come here, it does not matter what time of day it is, there is a line backed up all the way to the road. every time. maybe service inside is faster, but unless you have 25-30 min to spare just from sitting in the drive thru lanes, i recommend getting your coffee somewhere else. read more

*ABSOLUTELY Horrible Customer Service Burleson Starbucks* It was 4:59a less than 30 seconds before they were to ACTUALLY open at 5a. My vehicle window was down and the very unfriendly employee was at the window - an employee inside said - there is a customer at the window and she said, "I dont care!" and laughed. I drove around to the door and walked in... I go to Starbucks all over the Dallas Fort Worth area and sometimes arrive at 3 minutes till 5a and have ALWAYS been greeted with a smile and excellent customer service.
