This Starbucks used to be my go-to spot, with plenty of seating and a welcoming atmosphere. After months of waiting for renovations to be completed, I was excited to return, but unfortunately, the experience left me disappointed. The space feels completely different, and the staff seems inexperienced and unfamiliar with the menu. I ordered a non-dairy vanilla sweet cream cold brew, but it took two staff members to figure out how to ring it up and what goes into the drink. I even had to explain the ingredients to them. While waiting, I overheard the baristas discussing how to make my drink, and one of them instructed the other to use regular cold foam--which I hadn't requested. As someone with a dairy allergy, this could have been a serious issue if I hadn't overheard and intervened. Additionally, the seating area has been significantly reduced, making it less inviting than before. The lack of training among the new staff and the diminished ambiance have made this once-favorite location a place I'm hesitant to return to. Disappointed doesn't even begin to cover it. read more

I've been to my fair share of starbucks and this has to be one of my fav. This one tends to be on the crowded side but i still manage to get my coffee within 5 mins (that includes waiting in line, ordering and having the drink made) The staff here is pretty friendly and tends to remember most of the regulars orders. read more

We picked a couple of comfortable seats near the entrance and watched the constant flow of customers come and go. Around 9a.m. it looked like a bus load of high school students were dropped off at the door. Ha! Not an actual bus, but that line was long. This is a great spot for a variety of coffee drinks, pastry, sandwiches and meeting up with friends. The neighborhood clearly agrees.
