Customer service is terrible here. There was nobody in line when I ordered. One of the items that I ordered was a "Tall Decaf Caramel Frapp". When I got my drink, it was a "CREAM" frapp without any coffee. So I let one of the baristas know and she told me that it would be runny if I had it with decaf coffee. I said "Yah, I wanted decaf in it." Then she said, "We don't actually put coffee in our frapps here." I became confused and said, "Why not??" Then she continued, "Because they get runny." Then I said, "But I've always ordered it this way at other Starbucks without any problems." (This time, with a slight attitude not understanding why they wouldn't put coffee in their frapps). Then she finally understood and said "Ok." Any of that didn't make any sense. And while the other baristas were making the coffee, they would chat, stop, and chat some more while the customers pile up waiting for their orders, without any sense of urgency to work faster. So overall, I would highly suggest to order your Starbucks at the other store nearby. read more

Girl with long dark straight hair on the register was very snarky. I was ordering 3 drinks and kept jumping in to tell me the total. Was awkward to tell her that I wasn't done ordering. I wasn't ordering slow either. Just everything she said was with an insane amount of annoyance for no reason. Also got my drink wrong I assume they work for GWL instead of Starbucks so they aren't held to the same standards. read more

We came here for my son's birthday awhile back and I ordered a water and egg white bites. Should be easy to pop in the oven real quick. I watched multiple people that ordered after me get their drinks before mine. It was not very busy and I was waiting right there in front of them. I kid you not 45 minutes passed by until I finally got my order after having to say something. I patiently waited until nobody else was being served and they still didn't even acknowledge me. When I said something the employee, (I actually think she was the boss) was very snarky and said "we're working on it" until she "checked" and came back apologetic and asked me what I had ordered because their receipt machine supposedly stopped working. And then she put it in the oven after those 45 minutes standing there.. pregnant and hungry with a kiddo waiting to hit the water park. Terrible customer service read more

Pretty unusual for me to give a 4* to a Starbucks, but after two long days of super noisy activity with the kids at the great wolf lodge, I think this place deserves a decent review because of its healing role when it comes to tired and bored adults. I got the same thing twice from two different people at different times and the drinks were consistent! I asked for a short latte in a 6oz cup filled halfway, made with half and half. Got what I wanted and cofffee did not taste bitter as it usually does at Starbucks, it was actually pretty nice! In the morning it was kind of slow and crowded, but overall it was a good Starbucks experience. read more

UGH. At first I really thought having a Starbucks inside of GWL was a GREAT idea (because it is) until I realized how awful this location is. For starters, they're terribly slow. It took like fifteen minutes to get through a line of four people ahead of me - somehow, the drinks came quick which was nice because I was expecting that to be ANOTHER fifteen minutes. And then... *drum roll please*.... THEY DON'T HAVE A FREAKIN' OVEN. What? They don't sell their breakfast sandwiches (obviously) because of this, but they have pretty much everything else. So, I got to eat my chonga bagel cold (bleck) and my boyfriend had a cold, dry ass morning bun. I realize this was probably the whitest of white girl reviews, but I'm still heated over it. I'm going to counter the poor reviews here. I arrived around 6:30am in search of a venti iced soy latte, and I got a venti iced soy latte with a quick conversation and a smile. It cost only 50¢ more than the at home or down the road. It tasted just right. Sure, there was a short line at 8am, but that should be expected. My tip: go early. Starbucks - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Centralia, Washington

I was recently at Great Wolf Lodge and excited to see Starbucks. Given the choice between Starbucks and single serve coffee in my hotel room or burnt coffee sitting on a hot plate in the restaurant, I'll choose Starbucks. The prices are higher here compared to other Starbucks. I didn't ask but I think this is the equivalent of grocery store Starbucks where the employees are actually employees of the location and not Starbucks corporate. The employees were nice but slow. Working in downtown Seattle and having access to 10 stores within walking distance, I know how tight an operation can run. Two of the female staff members were nice - one was taking orders and the other was making drinks. There was another female employee walking back and forth but for the life of me, I could not figure out what she was doing. As a gold member, my pet peeve is when they cannot scan my card because they lack the software. What's even worse is when the can't swipe the gold card. I find both of those things infuriating. Usually, they take my card and manually enter it. This time, I was asked to read out the numbers for the lady. Really? It's like 50 digits (not quite but it's at least 16). If you buy a drip coffee, you can get a refill for a dollar all day. That's totally worth it if you drink coffee and don't want to break the bank. Oh, and there is no real seating in this place so pick up your goods and keep moving. read more

This is the Starbucks at the Great Wolf Lodge. I love the fact that there is a Starbucks here but they are not a "real" Starbucks (but it looks real). They finally started taking Starbucks cards - however there prices are 25-33% higher than a "real" Starbucks and there employees could use some of the real Starbucks training.....They only reason they get 3 stars is that there is no other Starbucks close by...... read more

Sad to say I was greatly disappointed in this Starbucks. There are only ever 1-2 staff members working which is WAY too little for how busy this location is. There was Always a wait. And pretty poor customer service--which I can't exactly blame them because they must not enjoy their job when they are scrambling all day long & short-staffed. But after having already waited 20 minutes in line & finding my drink wasn't right I stood for another 7 minutes & the barista kept ignoring me so I had to interrupt the next customer so she would fix my drink! The prices are also ridiculously astronomical! I get that it's inside the Great Wolf Lodge & is more convenient than having to leave but come on they already take enough of your money charging for every little thing you do there anyway. Wish they would at least hire more staff to decrease the wait--they can afford it with the prices they charge. read more

Worst coffee I have ever had. Over inflated prices which given that it is at an attraction I expect and am okay with. But I don't expect the quality to be so poor. Dark roast tasted like watered down brew. I had to have my husband taste it. He said if tasted like they forgot to change the brew filter and double brewed. With an initial purchase we were told we could refill for a dollar. We couldn't stomach it enough to refill. read more

Are you a Starbucks or not?! They don't honor any rewards (and I had a free birthday drink I wanted to use). Prices were about 50% over any other normal Starbucks! Wouldn't honor any free refill for gold members... Won't be coming back here. Either you're a franchise or your not! read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Save yourself the HIGH prices of this location at GWL Centralia. The "FREE" coffe in your room will be better. Ordered a breve dry cappuccino, got a 2% latte. I watched her make it, thought it had to be for another customer. Told her it was to "heavy" a dry cappuccino should be light. Tried to tell her how I WANTED MY DRINK MADE, she huffed off and turned her back on me. She made the 2nd one with 1/2 and 1/2, but got it WRONG again. She said it was half filled with "milk" and the rest foam. NO IT WAS NOT!!!!!!!!! She NEVER once, used a spoon to hold back the foam and then scoop the foam to my drink. Starbuck TAKE NOTE!!!! I NEVER get a true cappuccino ANYWHERE, that's why I quite giving my $$ to you. RETRAIN your people. Very few of your barista's anywhere know how to make this drink. I have a 20 year old Barista at home that I make much better drinks with than any Starbuck I sometime go to. Barista's think they can make a Latte and call it whatever they want. And the over inflated prices at Great Wolf, another fine example of greedy corporate America. read more
