Tucked away in a non-descript strip center on Mentor Ave. in Painesville, Ohio; this beautiful Middle Eastern cafe/bakery/coffee shop is a real jewel. And it has some of the most amazing offerings you will find outside of the Mediterranean community. My wife ordered an iced coffee with a pastry that was a combination of chocolate fudge and pistachio cream topped with a drizzle of caramel. So decadent... so wonderful! I had a fantastic Pistachio Latte (amazing) with something I have never seen outside of Sicily - "Frutta Martorana". It is a fabulous Arab/Sicilian pastry treat designed to look like real fruit.
