The staff was so friendly and helpful, and they had a good variety of bagels. I got a BEC on a Spinach Bagel and it was delicious and filling! They do not play with the bacon, there's a ton. The bagels are a little smaller in general (that's my opinion, i'm originally from NJ) but they packed a lot of flavor. I got a French Toast bagel with their house made strawberry cream cheese and it was incredible. I was really impressed. Recently I went to Ground Up coffee in Cheshire and finally had a bagel that lived up to that standard -- They told me that they sourced their bagels locally from Shef's Bagels! I decided to go directly to Shef's on Friday morning around 8:30am. They had already sold out of cinnamon raisin! That's how good this place is. I opted for a French toast bagel which had that subtle hint of maple syrup sweetness (not too overpowering). I guess you really have to get there at 6am when they open to get your pick of all of the bagel flavors. Their cream cheese is also delicious! One final tip: CASH ONLY! (There is an ATM inside) This place is no-frills but has such a nice hometown feeling when you walk in the door. I love supporting this local business!

Wet reasonably priced and just a an overall great place. The staff is all wonderful . The only thing I wish is that they stayed open a little later than 3pm . They have some seating within the mix of the giant coffee roaster area. There were a few people hanging out and people coming and going. The shop was cute, but they were fitting a lot into a little space too. I ordered a black iced coffee. I asked what they used and they just told me it was a medium roast. I assume that means they're using a blend of some sort since you would tend to highlight a high end Single Origin coffee if somebody asked. In any event, service was friendly and efficient. The iced coffee was above average. Smooth. Drinkable. No aftertaste. But it didn't really have any of the flavors of a high end coffee used for iced coffee. Four Stars

The Bean Coffee Roasters is located off of Route 10 in a small plaza with a few other businesses. There's plenty of parking in the lot. The restaurant itself is pretty small, with only a few tables to eat at. Most of the people ahead of me in line were ordering their drinks/food to-go. I had seen a Raspberry White Chocolate Latte posted on their Instagram page as a special for Valentine's Day, and asked the girl behind the counter if she could make it for me. She happily checked to make sure they still had all the correct ingredients, and luckily they did! As someone who is not a huge coffee fan, I thought it tasted delicious! They also use coffee cubes in all of their iced coffee drinks, which I thought was pretty cool (no more watered down coffee!) In addition to coffee and tea, they also had a variety of smoothies on their menu, which all sounded good, in addition to breakfast sandwiches and some baked goods. I ordered a Bacon, Egg, and Cheese on a ciabatta roll, and it was absolutely amazing! There was only one employee working when I went, but she was friendly and efficient. The interior was nice and the menu was well placed however, I was not very impressed with my sandwich. I ended up getting the Caprese Panini, but when I got it, it was oozing o Out cheese because I think it needed a more substantial bread than I was given. With my unsweetened iced tea it came out to be about $14 which was not a bad amount, but the sandwich left a little bit to be desired. My friend got an egg sandwich and it looked much better so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing and we'll have to try out some other breakfast items.

So far, I have only tried the one latte, the jasmine peach latte, which had peach puree, house made jasmine syrup, house made white tea cold foam and dried peaches. It was probably the best latte I have ever had. While their specialty drinks are only available small & medium, their sizes are 16 oz, 20 oz, 24 oz, so the small is actually the equivalent of some shops' large. I have only heard good things about their baked goods/pastries and they both looked and sounded amazing. I can't wait to try one hopefully very soon! Overall it was as close to a perfect experience as you get. Must try for sure. Immediate top spot for me.

Friendly service at the counter, few tables inside to lounge at. My wife and I frequent the Last Drop in Monroe and this is ultra comparable. Very good pricing and kudos to them for using and making homemade syrups! I am a matcha guy so I get an iced matcha latte with vanilla cream cold brew. My wife has had the special Cherry Cold Brew which sells out quick and some lattes with cinnamon brown sugar, fantastic. I vow to get there early enough one of these days to try their blueberry muffins, always sells out quick. They have a host of other pastries as well, you are missing out if you don't try this place.
