This Starbucks drive through is extremely slow. We waited over 45 mins in line previously. I tried to use the Starbucks app to order my drink in advance but for over two weeks they continue to either be out of Soy milk, Carmel macchiato, or Chai or any other variety of syrups or substitute dairy products. They finally had what I wanted so I ordered my drink on the app. There was a huge line at the drive through and even a larger line inside were everyone pre ordered drinks on the ap. Everyone was crammed in there waiting for their drinks. This continues to happen week after week with long waits, lack of proper ingredients and the employees are scrambling. We are traveling and found this Starbucks close to our hotel so hit it up before leaving town. It was busy around 8 am and we were in a line for the drive through. The line was fast and the service was friendly and excellent. Drinks (iced chai tea/soy milk and dark roast with expresso were spot on. My husband commented that his coffee was t as hot as expected. He usually has to let it set for 30 minutes before it is cool enough for him to drink. He said his coffee was the perfect temperature that he could drink it right away. That, along with the bubbly personality at the pickup window added the extra star to this review. read more

Food is good here sometimes and the coffee is not. I didn't know how bad it was until I started going to other coffee shops. They're always out of stock with most food items. When they were closed and didn't have hot water, they didn't bother to update the app so I ordered and never received it since they were closed and it was paid for. So many times we tell them very light ice and there's nothing but ice in the cup barely drinks. As I read these reviews I was a little skeptical of going to this Starbucks but gave it a chance. The baristas were extremely nice and worked at a efficient pace. They did happen to get my drink order wrong but corrected it right away with no extra charges. All the other drinks we ordered were correct and for the slip up they offered us a free venti drink. On 7/20/24 my wife and I arrived in person to place a 2 drink order. We were told the drinks would take a while to make as they had run out. No problem, no harm no foul there. However, we waited 30 minutes from placing our order and sat. And sat. And sat. And sat. 5 or more customers had come in and received their drinks right in front of us. The staff continually just glanced at us as we waited, smiled, cleaned, and did literally anything other than help us for the drinks we paid for. Upon getting frustrated, I walked to the counter and was greeted by a tall older woman, with hair half-shaved on both sides, who stated "oops! We totally forgot" and placed her hand over her mouth in awe. We immediately left to avoid escalating as our frustration has welled up from this Starbucks making continual and perpetual mistakes. After we left, we called to get their names and instead I was aggressively greeted by the same older head half-shaved woman from earlier. She refused 3 times to give me her name, blamed the young African American girl working the counter, and then yelled at us "SIR! I AM STILL TALKING! You don't not get to interrupt me!" If the drive thru line extends towards the front of the building just go inside. You can even place an order through the app sitting in the drive thru line, walk inside and pick it up and still be waiting for drive-thru. That being said, inside they are quick, attentive and ensure you speak up because it can be a tad noisy as sound carries with their vaulted ceilings. Music plays, the baristas are lively with each other and occasionally with customers. I've been in here on a rainy Sunday afternoon and 0900 Tuesday morning. This location is the worst. They seem put out by customers, forgotten and waiting. I used to be a regular at my nearest Starbucks location when I lived in Nashville. They knew my name, order, and what I did for work. After I moved and the upcharge on almond milk went up exorbitantly, I eventually started to go only occasionally, and then usually for a double espresso. Starbucks Wilma Rudolph always has a forever drive through line; it's quicker to run in. I used to try getting drinks there but then was late for work. The customer "service" is poor, I once purchased yogurt and did not receive a spoon. There were no spoons out anywhere. Of all the people working, none of them asked me standing at the counter if I needed anything. I eventually had to shout to get someone's attention, and they acted so annoyed. Believe me, yes, I'd have preferred to receive a spoon when I first got my yogurt too! Now I make coffee at home and save money. I have a Starbucks gift card I received to use but the line is always so long, and I never want to deal with that again. read more

Worst experience we've ever had at a Starbucks. Firstly the Starbucks rewards system was down so we couldn't pay with the app. So lost out on our stars, SUPER UPSET. The stars rewards and Starbucks app is a huge incentive. There is nothing like a tall hot blonde in the middle or rural Tennessee to really start your morning off right. Now, I just blasted a Starbucks in Indiana earlier this week for ruining my daughter's whole entire life by selling out of the Grateful Dead-inspired Unicorn Frappe. But Tennessee redeemed the Starbucks' name with two words - Magnificent Beard. Yes, with 20 people in line waiting for their caffeinated concoctions, I didn't even notice that the barista failed to ask me my name; I was rather sidetracked with the display of sweet breads and pastries. As I munched my iced lemon bread - thinking about whatever was turning over in my brain at the time - I was brought back into the moment when the barista called out, "Magnificent Beard, your tall hot blonde is ready for you." It brought a smile to my face - as well as most others in line - as I saw the complement scrolled on the side of my cup. This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I've EVER been to! I pre-order my drink on the app and constantly get a wait time of 8-10 mins...ok, that's fine. However, when I show up 15 mins after that and my drink still isn't done, it's frustrating! Yes, it's a Starbucks, and as expected, the drinks are the same as anywhere else. I like this one though. You can tell the employees like the enviornment which comes through in their their level of friendly customer service. There is adequate parking, and a drive through. Without multiple visits here, I would be hard pressed to truly review the place, but when we stopped in for some coffee on our way out of town they were prompt and friendly. It looks like a pretty busy location, based on the lack of spots in the parking lot, but a nearby Buffalo Wild Wings lot filled in. (I'm not sure if its a shared lot or not). Its in a busy location so if you catch a rush it will be jammed full of people, and god forbid you go at night, but if you swing in during a slow period its pleasant. I've always loved Starbucks. I order the Mocha Frappe or a green iced tea (unsweetened). Both are always great. I will say the service is a lot better at the new location closer to Walgreens on Wilma Rudolph. A little secret most people don't know you can order the size "trenta" instead of grande, etc. It is a great deal bigger.
