I come to this location mostly for the great customer service I usually get from Faith which I've acknowledged to her several times. She's always happy and helpful and I appreciate her every time I come there. Today I had an outstanding customer service with Jenn. After walking in, I was greeted by her and after asking how many pumps of cane sugar was in a drink I was trying for the first time, she said 6 but would cut in half by 3 cause I didn't want it too sweet. After I got my drink and walked away I noticed it was too tart for my liking. I asked to have more sweetener put in which helped a little bit overall I wasn't crazy about it. She asked what made me get the drink and I said I usually order the same thing and just wanted to try something new. She did offer me a glass of water to try and take the tartness away which was very nice of her. I appreciate the great customer service I get from Faith and now Jenn. This Starbucks on average does a piss poor job. There are some folks that work there that do a great job but being a Starbucks it's too busy for the good people to do everything. We have had at least 10 messed up drinks over the last couple years here. Iced teas that weren't mixed right or improper proportions of the various ingredients, they put raspberry in a salted Carmel mocha once, They even "accidentally" put a few shots of toffee nut in an iced tea!!! What if we had a nut allergy to that stuff? It may seem petty to complain about this stuff, but at $4-$7 per drink times multiple drinks per visit, that adds up. We now go exclusively to the voorhees location where they make our drinks with care. read more

I normally order a customized drink due to allergies & the app doesn't work, so I go in and i get so nervous sometimes ordering bc of the alterations, but Jenn was absolutely awesome. This one's in the Gloucester Township shopping center on the corner, nice tables outside but you sit by the drive-through if the cars are backed up . They make a pretty good Cortado, which of course is not on the menu but it's basically a latte equal parts espresso and warm milk with no foam. read more

This is my go-to Starbucks while I am at work. Their employees are ALWAYS friendly and accurately take your order. No matter how long the drive-thru line the employees handle it pretty quickly. I have on occasion tried their pre-made sandwiches. My favorite is the egg salad, the arugula adds a nice depth to this classic. There is outside seating. Overall a great location. read more

This is considered my "local" starbucks. I've frequented this one numerous times over the years and I haven't had a bad experience. The place is filled with more tables and seats than most starbucks. They have 4 lazy boys which is nice to relax in. Since its located near CCC and Highland, i feel that there are a lot of students in here. I don't like that they don't brew blonde after a certain hour. The staff have always been nice to me. One time, i took my nephew here and he doesn't speak english but was learning. The staff was patient while he was practicing his english ordering a drink. The bathrooms are usually clean as well as the rest of the store. I've used the drive thru on numerous occasions and its good they offer it since the parking lot is a bit tight in that shopping center. read more

I really love this Starbucks! 1. It has a drive through which I feel is essential for busy days on the run and to not have to drag my cranky or sleepy kids in. Thank you for working the drive thru into your design. It definitely gives me an excuse to stop by more! 2. I feel like almost every Starbucks team is genuinely helpful and has excellent customer service...but I really like the team here. They crack jokes with customers and can carry on a good conversation. They are sweet and courteous. They make the atmosphere of this Starbucks more enjoyable. 3. The manager, Mel, took the time to find out exactly how I wanted my coffee ground for my cold brew. She even ground two samples so I could check out the coarseness before grinding the whole bag. She offered suggestions on other Starbucks coffee she has tried cold brew with and had good results. I can't wait to try the Kenya roast she recommended. I feel like personalizing the customers experience goes beyond wanting to give good customer service; it shows you care about your job and are passionate sharing it with others. I LOVE that. 4. The place is always spotless. I always see the employees making sure everything is neat, organized and filled. Thank you for that! This Starbucks is a quiet place to get a coffee and relax. They've got these big, comfy chairs lining the wall that you could sleep in if you're not careful. The associates were very nice and I was able to get a very delicious frap with no issue. Although the drive to Blackwood NJ was an adventure of itself, getting into the parking lot was no problem. As you got onto Blackwood Clementon Road, it's was easily visible and you could find the entrance to the very pig parking lot right then and there. There's also a Pizza Hut and a T-Mobile right nearby, if you're into pizza or you're checking out a new wireless carrier. The chairs are plenty and they are nice. Besides the usual coffee shop seating, they have these big airport lounge chairs. They have a greyish tint to them and are the type of chair you can catch 40 winks within 1 minute. Kudos for that. The associates were all very nice. I had my Frappuccino order within a few minutes with absolutely no hard time from the employees. For some reason, people have been saying on Twitter and other social media that the baristas at Starbucks and similar coffee shops judge you for your coffee order. Maybe if you add a whole bunch of shots or something, they might, but, I have never been "judged" by a barista for an order. I think their job is tough already with the various types of customers they deal with on a daily basis. A simple order every once and a while is probably a treat for them. I have been going to this Starbucks since I moved to this area 4 years ago. It has always been a warm and comfortable place to spend time with friends or alone with a book. They have recently redecorated and it is awful. Gone is "warm an comfortable". It has been replaced with stiff and uninviting. I no longer want to go there to sit with friends. I called them asking if they could bring out my coffee due to not being able to wait in the line the lady told me no and then hung up. 2 weeks ago. I did the same thing on a Saturday Morning asking if they could bring it out to me and the lady was VERY KIND and told me they were starting it that on that coming up Monday. I'm extremely upset. This is the only Starbucks location that I've been to that I was told that they stop serving dark/blonde roasts after noon. I almost always order a dark roast at Starbucks and am not a fan of their Pike Place roast. At every location apart from this one, my order doesn't cause any conflict. Been going to this Starbucks since it opened and the coffee was always great but lately it's been going down. The last 4months I have been going here the coffee is just not the same.
