Tried a new Starbucks today. And I must say it went well! Great customer service! I ordered a vanilla cream nitro, and it was delicious as usual. It wasn't too loud or crowded. It was perfect. Seating is descent inside with some outside seating. Parking can be challenging at times. Drive thru entrance loops around the back of the building, pick-up window is on the side. Limited amount of merchandise inside. Service is ok, but depends on the time of day. ***Located off highway 27 next to Wal-Mart, therefore prepare for heavy traffic with people running red lights and stop signs. read more

There was a time when I was hooked on Starbucks. I visited almost everyday. Now when I go it's very far in between visits. I felt for some tea this morning, not coffee. What I appreciate about Starbucks is the variety of teas they offer even though they are known for their variety of coffees. I ordered a simple green tea this morning which was perfect. It's light and very satisfying and gave me exactly what I was looking for. In comparison to other drive-thru lines, there's always a line so be prepared to wait. But the service here is always pleasurable. read more

We go to this location quite a lot as it is the closest one to us. Usually I'm driving and picking up stuff for other people that want coffee or something. I don't usually get anything as I'm not allowed caffeine in my diet and even decaf has caffeine in it. On this occasion I decided to get a strawberry acai refresher with half lemonade and half water. It turned out to be really excellent. Starbucks does have a lot of good items and we have had really excellent luck with their company for the most part through the years. If you're a fan of their products then I definitely recommend enjoying them. read more

Alright, this Starbucks has been getting better with promptness of ordering in person and mobile order. My drinks have been constantly fresh and great quality and the employees are not mad anymore and always cheerful and happy with each other. I have been liking the atmosphere too. Drive thru is still crazy but at least my mobile ordering is not taking 30 mins to be completely and the coffee is fresh. :) read more

This Starbucks is my go to in my area for drive through. Unfortunately, recently we experienced the longest drive through line ever. Patience is a virtue because when my turn at the window arrived, my coffee was on the house!! That's what I'm talking about! It's good to know that even with larger, chain establishments they still care about their individual consumers and are willing to make an error right. Good job Starbucks Clermont. This is a busy store next to Lowes and Walmart, so lot of traffic. I understand when its busy that it take few mins to sewrve a small cofee and a banana nut bread. After placing the order it took over 5 mins for one of the servers to come and tell me if i received my order. During thi swhole time 4 servers stood rigt infront of me standing there and chat to each other about their social life instead of working. The place was not even busy. Then the manager comes to me and says my orde was not placed before i did not order the banana nut bread. I told him i just paid $6.74 for two items. He goes back and confirms that I did order. All i wanted was a cup of coffee and a bread. Two serve this order it should take less than 2mins but i had to wait 7mins before anyone even payed attention. If you dont mind being ignored you have great time at this store. I know this review will not change anything for anyone. Have an amazing day. read more

Don't waste your time with this Starbucks. The service is horrible. They are so disorganized. They have the hardest time getting orders right. In the last 3 visit they spilt coffee in my car, took over 30 minutes to make my coffee, and today lost my order after making me wait 15 minutes. So frustrating read more

Branden saved the day the other two girls I spoke with first didn't seem to understand much about my order. But Branden did and rang me up correctly and remade my drink. He's an asset to your Starbucks and the only reason I'm giving four stars is because of him I would've given five but it took forever to get to the window. Let me just start out by saying that the only reason I have frequented this Starbucks is because it's literally right across the street from where I live. If I had all the time and money in the world, I would drive 20 miles out of my way to avoid this place! It's rare for me to get so frustrated by any business that I feel the need to leave them less than four stars, but after a year of dealing with this Starbucks I have to try to stop others from going to this particular store. Here are the reasons why I'm giving them two stars: 1. Their customer service is terrible! I've only ever encountered one nice barista at this Starbucks. I saw the guy once and then POOF! he was gone. Everyone else is rude and sometimes even a tad condescending. 2. They ALWAYS burn whatever pastry I ask them to warm up. I used to work at Starbucks and I promise you it's incredibly difficult to burn anything in that oven, as long as you know what you're doing. 3. On more than one occasion they have forgotten to even put espresso into my latte..... 4. Their one redeeming quality is that the store/bathroom is always pretty clean, which I always appreciate. I really, really wish this Starbucks would get their act together. They have a nice looking store and a good location. read more

Super quick. Although they are normally pretty busy they get to you in the line and get your drink out pretty fast. The WiFi isn't hard to jump on (thank goodness) and it's a nice spot to do my homework. Everyone that I've come across so far that works there is kind. Pleasant experience any time I visit my home Starbucks. Only complaint is they are out of sandwiches majority of times I have ordered. read more

My fiancé and I used to love this Starbucks. They were across the street from our apartment, friendly and incredibly welcoming. But recently, especially after their refurb, they have not been following Starbucks standards. We get the simplest drinks and almost every single day (especially when we go in the afternoon), it's completely wrong. We had to adjust our orders to add extra pumps to accommodate their mishaps and they still get it wrong. We end up going home and fixing it ourselves. read more

Starbucks is my all time favorite place for quality espresso, coffee and teas. This location does offer the option to do drive thru. I was not pleased with the efficiency of this location. I was the only customer in line. I ordered my usual blonde americano misto, extra hot. It took them longer than usual to make it . As I observed, I noticed the lack of urgency for good customer service. The baristas were too busy talking about their individual lives. read more

Fellow Yelpers, The reason for the 2 stars here is strictly for poor customer service skills. As the other yelpers said they are not friendly by any means. It has a totally different vibe in this store. Maybe 1 person is actually nice. Everyone else seems to be pissed off at the world or having a conversation with a fellow co worker so deep I could see Adele rolling in it. I would prefer to visit a different location. As a matter of fact I'm starting to now like Dunkin Donuts better. This place needs a totally new staff and better training. read more

Was there today again as I cross Ocala to Miami Fl. Once again a great experience. This store runs like clock work , always the same taste is there. I have held off on providing a review for this place just to see how multiple experiences would be, but I must say that the customer service is bad and the service is slow. Even the drive-through is slow. how could it be that if you are going to Starbucks to purchase one of the new drinks that they have, they do not have the materials for it. It's Starbucks, one of the smaller ones. Nice outside seating. There's about 4 comfy chairs and small tables with one long one. I'm po'd because they used to have sugar in a big sugar dispenser and now they have the packets which is a pain in the behind. That's why they only get 3 stars. read more

I really enjoy this little local Starbucks. There's a small amount of seating inside but also tables and chairs outside. The drive thru is easy to maneuver and I've always had friendly interactions with the staff. The majority of the time I always get my order right. Of course on this occasion my drink order was wrong but that's bound to happen from time to time. The good outweighs the bad here for sure. read more

Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to where I live. In the past three months there's been numerous times that the drive thru is closed with a sign taped to the speaker box. Next thing you know the espresso machine is broken again with a sign taped to the speaker box. Unreliable Starbucks shop. read more

If you like a stronger coffee taste, I would definitely recommend adding an extra shot or two of espresso to balance it out a bit more. Isabella at the drive thru was super kind and helpful when it came to recommending a drink based on the flavors I usually enjoy, and I appreciated that personalized touch. The overall experience was quick, friendly, and easy for a spontaneous coffee stop. This is a drive-through only location so no inside.

I went in between the breakfast & lunch rush and was the only customer at the time. They had 3-4 people working (or just standing around chatting) The cashier that rang me up was not friendly, I asked her why the prices of the matcha latte was the same for the small or large size? Mumbled something to me that I couldn't understand and looked bothered I was even asking a question, even tho the shop was dead empty. My drink ... was meh and overpriced. Even tho I stayed at the resort a week, I didn't bother to return here. Walked off campus to find better options, get fresh air, and not have terrible customer service.

I would say the slice could feed 2-3 people and I ate it in portions. The taste was rich and delicious. I also purchased the chicken cordon blue sandwich and I enjoyed that. I asked them to toast it for me and they did! Everyone working here was so kind and helpful. The convenience of this store (being located directly in the hotel) makes it so that I would definitely stop by again if I was staying here, however I think that the pricing is a bit predatory.
