The shop is very clean, well maintained, and has really cute décor. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. This store has incompetent staff. We have tried going several times to give them the benefit of the doubt but will no longer be returning. We mobile ordered at 8:40 and it gave a pickup time for 8:55. Arrived on time, and no one acknowledged anyone in the long line until 9:10. Staff was ignoring anyone in the store and was only concentrated on drive through orders. It's fine if you're busy, but why ignore those in line, especially those of us who have already paid? Nehissa was a literal ray of sunshine at the window, and I think my Golden Retriever wanted to jump out of the window to give her kisses! Lol. Cutest, sweetest establishment with laid back vibes and a quiet atmosphere. Came here to read one day and get away from social media. The staff was so kind and quick to retrieve my order. They had a drive-through, too, that is accessible if you're on the run. They also share space with Kelly's Ice Cream, if coffee is not your thing! Poor customer service; worse app I placed a mobile order through the app, and the payment went through, but the store didn't receive the order. When I explained the issue, the employee, Anne, told me that "the system sucks" and that she literally doesn't know anything about the app and couldn't help me and walked away. Thanks for not helping with drinks I paid for. Luckily, I found an email receipt, and another employee was kind enough to make the drinks I paid for. While I appreciate that, the lack of knowledge and dismissive attitude from Anne really soured the experience. I want to support local businesses, but with customer service like that, I can't recommend Foxtail West Winter Garden. read more

"We were excited to finally try this coffee shop since we live nearby in the Winter Garden area and always enjoy supporting local businesses. We visited around 1:30 PM, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The barista who assisted us seemed like she didn't want to be there and didn't even respond when we greeted her. Customer service is a big part of the coffee shop experience, and we've found staff at other local coffee shops to be much more welcoming and friendly. I came in a couple of weeks ago for the very first time. It smelled incredible from the outside so I had to walk in. I ordered a hot chai latte and a chocolate croissant. Nia was there helping me she is one fabulous barista. This place is very clean, very comfy and cozy and they have an incredible amount of items to choose from all at great prices. My chai tea latte was one of the best I've ever had. The chocolate croissant was amazing and so was Nia. Thank you for all your help Nia . I'll be coming back with family and friends soon. I thoroughly enjoyed this place. It was amazing a diamond in the rough. They had all sorts of goodies and I 100% recommend. We live about a mile from this location and have been meaning to check it out for a while. Arrived around 10am on a thirsday and it was fairly quiet with just a few people working in the location on their laptop. My husband opted for a cappuccino and I got the chai tea latte with almond milk. My husband said his cappuccino was OK. My chai tea latte was very hot when I first got it, so I had to wait about 15 minutes before I could actually take a drink without burning my tongue. I find their chai tea blend to be very heavy on the spiced side. It was good and Because they are located in a strip mall the parking lot is shared with other medical and or business offices, but they do have a drive-through that one can go through. read more

Foxtail Coffee is a great location for coffee and breakfast driven munchies. The staff is extremely friendly and professional and the atmosphere is hip and comfortable. They have very good coffee and it was a great experience. It was a nice break while I was on the west side of Orlando on business. Foxtail Coffee has become a nice sized chain of coffee shops in Florida. It started here in the Orlando, Florida area (Winter Park to be exact). They have also expanded into Georgia. I have to say that Foxtail Coffee is a great brand and is definitely a growing chain. I would definitely recommend a visit to this location. read more

This location is spacious and quiet, good for studying. I got a vanilla latte, it just tasted ok. I like how there's a restroom and free wifi with plenty of parking. The service is fast. The only thing I'd improve so far (besides the drink) is to clean the bathroom, there appears to be a lot of flies in there. read more

On the plus side this is one of the few location with a drive thru. Love the ambience and cozy feeling while I was there and got my usually coconut mocha cold brew. Arrived around 9 am on a Sunday and the drive thru was busy. We went inside and loved the painted wall! It's a huge location that also has a Kelly's ice cream counter inside. They also serve beer and wine! The staff got our food and drinks out fast even with how busy it was. We tried the ham and cheese croissant and the egg and turkey sausage bagel and both were good! We ordered our favorite drink- a cafe con leche with sweetened condensed milk and it was delicious! I can't wait to come back to have a beer here. read more

The ambiance is good. The barista was friendly. The coffee is good, but nothing exceptional, certainly not worth the high price. I only discovered later when I looked at the receipt that they added a tip to the bill without asking me if I wanted to add a 20% tip. Not good so I'm not a fan. read more

Lovely addition to the area! I've tried Foxtail Coffee at their downtown Winter garden location and this location has a similar vibe. (Calm, clean) The coffee is fresh and right now they have a bunch of seasonal flavors like Cookie Butter and Blueberry Cobbler. Great upgrade alternative to Starbucks. read more

Came by today and was presently surprised when the young lady told me they were opened yesterday 07.09.22. I missed the grand opening. Anywho! I ordered cafe con leche, chai latte, Turkey egg and cheese bagel along with a chocolate croissant. The coffee was delicious, not overly sweet. The chai had the right amount of spice. The bagel was not my favorite. The dish was heated up to order and just tasted stale. The croissant was delicious, chocolatey and flaky. Newest location in Winter Garden on West Colonial. This Foxtail is conveniently located next to two fitness studios so you can conviently indulge in the calories you've just burned off. All jokes aside, loving this Foxtail because it has a drive thru and it's never as busy as the closest Starbucks. I don't think it has as many food options though. There's ample seating inside if you're looking for a place to do a study group or maybe even some remote work. read more

After my order more 10min passed and NOTHING. Lastly the "barista" changed the garbage can and without washing her hands first, picked up the food in the oven to put in the bag and after kept making drinks.
