Nearly EVERYTHING sold out.

I can only comment on mobile ordering since that is the only way I get my orders now. This process has been improved upon over the past year or so. The app has simplified the ordering process and is usually accurate with the estimated prep time. Most of the time I just walk in and pick up my food and walk out. There have been a few times when I would order a sandwich and it would be out of stock but wasn't notified of this until after the order was placed but lately that hasn't happened. Now the biggest issue is the large amount of out of stock items shown before the order is placed. Why are almost all of the items out of stock at 930 am on the weekend? I guess I should have come in sooner. I ended up going to Panera today because nothing I wanted was in stock. I have observed how long the drive thru and lines are inside. Highly recommend mobile ordering ahead to speed things up.

Located just inside Kroger. Simple to find.

They are extremely slow and they never ever have any cakes, and I don't know why they are not friendly at all maybe a little rude.

No mocha of any kind. Thought I was at a real Starbucks. And their chip reader isn't working yet. No napkins out and the counter was dirty.

The place seems to be pretty cool, they have a decent area if you want to hang out and enjoy your drink. The space is small so it's not meant for a long stay. However, I was highly disappointed in the drink to ice ratio. I ordered a small Thai tea, I'm guessing the cup is between 8-12oz for the price of $4.99z The cup is mostly filled with ice. No exaggeration, 3 sips and I was done. If I was still in the area, I would've returned and complain in person. If I visit again, I'll be sure to order with light ice or no ice. I highly suggest you do the same. The large cup is $5.65. I really hope my experience is a one off but if it's not, inflation does not justify this expensive cup of ice with 3 sips of drink.

The place was filthy, like dirty chairs and tables, bugs in the floor, filthy... the menu screens weren't working, and there were very little products available. When I got to the counter to look at a paper menu, the gentleman just stood at the register and stared at me. No "hello" "how can I help you" nothing, just stared at me as I looked at the menu... it was awkward and uncomfortable so I left. Do better.

Been twice. NEVER GOING BACK! Worst waitress ever. Decided…read moreto give it another try since Elgin has no other breakfast/brunch dining choices. First time NO COFFEE....waitress laughed and said coffee machine broke. The food was served cold and bland; nothing special. Waitress never came around to see if we needed anything. Finally had to get up and go to counter to ask for assistance. Twice now the waitress either ignored us or was blind to us being there. Second time our food must have sat out waiting to be served and was cold and obviously dried out. Waitress was too busy chatting it up with another table, served three other tables that came in after us, talking on phone all whilst we sat ignored and waited ...watched ....waited ....waited and waited while our food sat waiting to be picked up and brought to our table. Absolutely unacceptable. Waitress needs training.

Unfortunately, this visit just wasn't it. We were greeted and told to sit anywhere, which was fine. A server came by to take our drink order, only to let us know they were out of both drinks we originally wanted. No big deal--we pivoted. But then my sweet tea came with Splenda and no spoon to stir it, and silverware never made an appearance at all. What really sealed it, though, was the service--or lack of it. Another server spent close to 20 minutes chatting with a table about something completely unrelated to the restaurant while we sat there unnoticed. During that time, three separate parties were seated after us and were promptly given menus, silverware, and attentive service. We were never checked on again. After sitting there watching everyone else be taken care of, it became pretty clear we weren't going to be served that day. So we got up and left. I always hate sharing experiences like this because I truly want local businesses to succeed. But service matters just as much as the food, and sadly, this visit missed the mark entirely.

Wow! My dad told me this place had him in a choke hold and now I see why. Came here on a whim while…read moremy bestie was in town. I was craving donuts and she was craving a funnel cake. We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and was kindly greeted. There were a few donuts left in the case and I chose the Biscoff, Oatmeal Pie, Classic Chocolate Sprinkle, and what looked like Churro with caramel swirl. I also got a funnel cake and 2 scoops of the Cappucino Crunch ice cream for my wife. The donuts were delicious!!! I had to stop myself from eating them in one sitting. They were not lying when they said they didn't need a fresh donut light! 30 minutes before closing and the donuts tasted so fresh! The Chocolate sprinkles was really good, can't go wrong with a classic. The donut itself (for all of them) was so fluffy and airy and had that delicious donut tatse. The chocolate frosting wasn't overly sweet and it had the perfect amount of sprinkles on it. The Oatmeal Pie donut was also really good. I like that they include an Oatmeal pie piece on there. The Biscoff donut had to me my fave out the bunch. It was packed with different textures and flavors. The white frosting was absolutely devine. I would say I would prefer the crispy pieces to be a bit more fresh to get that crunchy texture. I also thought this one tasted more like oatmeal pie than the actual oatmeal pie donut but they were both still delicious. The churro donut was perfectly seasoned with cinnamon and sugar. I would have loved more caramel sauce on that one but again, still delicious. Overall I truly enjoyed the vibe here. Everyone was so friendly. It very spacious so if you want to sit inside and enjoy your treats you can. They also have a variety of other things like hot foods, coffee, lemonade, and fried oreos. I will definitely be back to try more!

Definitely a spot you want to hang out and snap pics in. Now the donuts... SO good. The hot mini donuts were fresh, soft, and covered in powdered sugar perfection . The loaded funnel cake with cookies, chocolate drizzle, and powdered sugar was over-the-top in the best way -- sweet, crunchy, and totally worth it . Everything tasted fresh and made with care, and the presentation alone had me excited before the first bite. If you're craving something sweet and fun, this is definitely a must-stop spot! Catch them at Soda City or storefronts in Cola.
