So I placed a pick up order and went to go get it. Of course, you are not able to go inside, so I proceeded through the driveway. Once I get to the window, the woman bust through the window and yells out a price rudely and I say, I placed an order online. She says again, rudely, name please....and I give my name and then she says what?!?! Now I'm getting pissed! She goes to look again and says we are making it now. Ugh....ok, so I'm waiting. Now, when I placed my order, it had all of the fixin's and additions that I wanted to each drink, only to have her to come back and ask if I wanted those additions!?!? Well I paid for them, didn't I? This was the worst trip I've ever had. I don't argue with people handling my food. I would rather not get anything and leave and this was one of those times. It's easy to not be rude! Why can't everyone understand this???

It was the 17th and I decided the kids and I wanted our usual Starbucks fix of those delicious frappes before we headed out to go pick up a few things from the store. I decided I would use the mobile app as I do all the time and order ahead so I can bypass the line of equally excited people trying to get their fix as well. I ordered 3 frappes, 2 Carmel and 1 Carmel ribbon which came to 17.00 and some change (no biggie), happily paid! The app sent me notification that my order will be ready at 1217. As I drive up I notice the drive through line is back all the way to the entrance by the main road that doesn't affect me since I usually choose to Come in, as I find somewhere to Park and go in I notice several people standing along the wall waiting for their order as well. I proceed to the mobile order counter and notice it's empty, no big deal maybe they are running behind. As I am waiting I notice everyone's order is slowly being filled and leaving. I glance at my watch and notice it's now almost 1300 a far cry from the predicted time I was expecting. In my mind I'm wondering if maybe they lost my order but I didn't want to ask since I didn't want to seem impatient. Finally after seeing a customer who came in after I did and ordered at the counter receive his quite large order and leave, a young lady finally asked my name and said "I'm working on that order now" well umm ok so keep in mind I have never worked at Starbucks but is there only One person who fills mobile orders??? Anyways I received my first Carmel frappe and prob stood there another 10 minutes before I received the other two , ok if u have ever read any of my reviews presentation plays a big part in my opinion and well it was def not up to Par for the amount of waisted time I spent there (my stubbornness and inner fat girl prevented me from Just leaving without my fix, ugh the struggle is real). The frappes were good but not great they tend to vary on the days u order, I give them 3 stars!

The lady at the window was very friendly BUT the graham crumbles were left off of my S'mores Frapp! I'm not sure if they were out of what...but a courtesy warning would've been nice

For years this Starbucks have been making my coffee and I couldn't be more happy. They have the friendliest Baristas who are ALWAYS in a great mood and it has been a streak of great cups of coffee, lattes and more. I have to give credit where credit is due. I will be a customer as long as I'm here.

No organization! Placed an app order at 336pm then walked straight in the store. Didn't get my order until 4pm AFTER I went and asked about my order. By then, it had started melting. I saw a young lady place two drinks to the side never calls the customer's name. There was a young man making drinks who greeted me/us when I walked in the door but never acknowledged me again. I stood in the same spot. He couldn't say he didn't see me. He was the main one handing out drinks. I know "one monkey don't stop no show", but I will never go back to this location. Making drinks seems to be more of a priority then gettibg the drink to the customer waiting over 20 minutes for an order that should have you oit of the store in under 10 minutes.

Stopped in for a much needed espresso. I decided to try their new blonde espresso and was pleasantly surprised! It's a bit nuttier than my traditional favorite, worth the try! I also had a delicious piece of banana bread. While this location gets quite busy in the morning, the team is ALWAYS fast and friendly. Even if your not a Starbucks fan, give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed

The place seems to be pretty cool, they have a decent area if you want to hang out and enjoy your drink. The space is small so it's not meant for a long stay. However, I was highly disappointed in the drink to ice ratio. I ordered a small Thai tea, I'm guessing the cup is between 8-12oz for the price of $4.99z The cup is mostly filled with ice. No exaggeration, 3 sips and I was done. If I was still in the area, I would've returned and complain in person. If I visit again, I'll be sure to order with light ice or no ice. I highly suggest you do the same. The large cup is $5.65. I really hope my experience is a one off but if it's not, inflation does not justify this expensive cup of ice with 3 sips of drink.

The place was filthy, like dirty chairs and tables, bugs in the floor, filthy... the menu screens weren't working, and there were very little products available. No "hello" "how can I help you" nothing, just stared at me as I looked at the menu... it was awkward and uncomfortable so I left. Do better.

We arrived about 30 minutes before closing and was kindly greeted. There were a few donuts left in the case and I chose the Biscoff, Oatmeal Pie, Classic Chocolate Sprinkle, and what looked like Churro with caramel swirl. I also got a funnel cake and 2 scoops of the Cappucino Crunch ice cream for my wife. The donuts were delicious!!! I had to stop myself from eating them in one sitting. They were not lying when they said they didn't need a fresh donut light! 30 minutes before closing and the donuts tasted so fresh! The Chocolate sprinkles was really good, can't go wrong with a classic. The donut itself (for all of them) was so fluffy and airy and had that delicious donut tatse. The chocolate frosting wasn't overly sweet and it had the perfect amount of sprinkles on it. The Oatmeal Pie donut was also really good. I like that they include an Oatmeal pie piece on there. The Biscoff donut had to me my fave out the bunch. It was packed with different textures and flavors. The white frosting was absolutely devine. I would say I would prefer the crispy pieces to be a bit more fresh to get that crunchy texture. I also thought this one tasted more like oatmeal pie than the actual oatmeal pie donut but they were both still delicious. The churro donut was perfectly seasoned with cinnamon and sugar. I would have loved more caramel sauce on that one but again, still delicious. Overall I truly enjoyed the vibe here. Everyone was so friendly. It very spacious so if you want to sit inside and enjoy your treats you can. They also have a variety of other things like hot foods, coffee, lemonade, and fried oreos. I will definitely be back to try more!

Definitely a spot you want to hang out and snap pics in. Now the donuts... SO good. The hot mini donuts were fresh, soft, and covered in powdered sugar perfection . The loaded funnel cake with cookies, chocolate drizzle, and powdered sugar was over-the-top in the best way -- sweet, crunchy, and totally worth it . Everything tasted fresh and made with care, and the presentation alone had me excited before the first bite. If you're craving something sweet and fun, this is definitely a must-stop spot! We're currently staying in a wonderful lake house on Lake Wateree and my brother-in-law said there are no bougee (pronounced: Booh-Zhee) coffee shops for me at the lake. So, thanks to YELP, I found one. If it checks off at least three of these boxes, the coffee shop is perfectly "bougee" for me: *Iced White Chocolate Mocha *WiFi *Variety of pastries, including fancy fruit scones (at least blueberry with another berry, etc.), croissants (no repackaged items from costco please); *Sandwiches involving croissant or panini-style *Jazzy or calming music *Cool retro or vintage furniture - comfy couch a MUST...just overall, charming. And this place checks off beyond three for sure! I wish I took more photos, but I was too consumed with how much I was loving my experience here. It is a Christian-owned coffee shop too - first realizing that they were playing awesome Worship Music, and then seeing the decor hints of Love, Peace, Kindness, etc. And of course, the name of the shop: Lighthouse. Plus, the girl who served us confirmed it. The iced white chocolate mocha was terrific - normally I ask it with Oat Milk, but forgot. It was fab. The Panini though...OMg!! Delish. The bread was crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside, and the prosciutto ham combined with the Brie cheese was divine! You can order the panini in a few variety of ways btw. There was the big comfy couch, but it was barricaded due to Covid - but no biggie. The girls there are the sweetest! The shop in itself is located in such a cute village with other neighboring businesses/restaurants, and apartment building. I could totally live there and found myself daydreaming about walking over to get my bougee coffee experience. GO THERE NOW.
