I love Starbucks and this one is not one of my favorite places because it's always very busy, but they make my coffee pretty well every right time.The staff here are super friendly, even when they're super busy! This store is big, with a decent amount of tables and chairs to dine in and patio space for outside seatinf, it does have plenty of space for a small or big group, and offers free WiFi. There's also plenty of parking next door if it's not peak hours, there's street parking available, and mobile ordering for order ahead. They also have a well stocked merchandise shelf, if you ever want their cups, mugs, coffee beans, etc. There are also plenty of places to go get food at nearby and hang out at around the mall. Sometimes their music is a bit loud, along with the sound of people talking and chatting, so be prepared for a busy atmosphere. It gets busy here during peak hours, but otherwise it's a nice place to sit and do work or hang out for a bit. read more

Terrible experience here. I am a previous barista of 3 years and we got up to the kiosk to order and the barista on the other end who was an older white lady with blonde hair a shorter hair cut... she proceeds to say "hurry hurry" and was impatient the whole time taking our order. While I come here to take advantage of the free EV Charging in the nearby garage, the really friendly staff, overall cleanliness and consistently crafted drinks at this location makes it rise to the top like a good cappuccino foam (or a Nitro Cold Brew). I often hit this place in the early mornings since they open before the Sun rises and it's a great place to do some work, read or people watch. A steady stream of employees from the surrounding stores ramble in to pick up some work fuel and thus the line and wait times can be lengthy during the B'fast and Lunchtime rush hours. This location was definitely having some technical difficulties when we were there. One of their printers stopped working, therefore half the place was getting their orders and the other half weren't which created confusion. The staff provided an update for those waiting and worked as fast as they could to correct the issue. Nothing would defer me from visiting this location again. Things happen and they did the best they could to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Who doesn't love stopping for a coffee during a shopping outing?! read more

Fall is here. The pumpkin spice flavoring is back in force. This Easton location is a fine option to get the Fall specials. The layout can be a tad confusing as they have both a front and back door. As the back door faces a large lot, it is a frequently used option. Best bet would probably be to do a mobile order, sit and wait out the line in the less crowded side cafe. Perhaps another option would be to go to the Barnes and Noble Cafe that typically has a shorter line. The main issue is it is laid out like a location with a drive through, so the baristas have a lot of path crossing in making orders. read more

It's 2 days after Christmas and I opted to not work from the office today. I wanted to get a few hours in before heading to the mall and maybe catching a movie or doing some shopping/returns. Parking was super easy - after all, it was before 8 AM. But there are several parking lots and garages very close by. I walked right in and there was not wait to be served. My order is simple - large coffee. The barista serving me was incredibly pleasant. We had a short conversation while she poured my coffee. The fact that she put a smile on my face was appreciated! Plenty of seats to pick from. Most of them were empty. The other folks here all seemed to be doing what I was - laptop in hand, either working or playing. But just about everyone was there solo. The music wasn't too bad. I was right under a speaker, but it was not too loud to be distracting. It was a little cool - but then again, I'm ALWAYS FREEZING and the door was constantly opening and closing. I try to sit as far away from the door as possible - but this space is one wide open room. So it's time to do some work. Compared to Panera and other places I've worked from, this one is OK. I think I like the atmosphere of Panera better - especially if I get the spot by the fire place - but it, too, can get loud and crowded. Will I return? MAYBE. read more

Not sure about some of these awful credited reviews here. My Hot Americano was hot. It was well made. I just had to ask them to add some more hot water. Upon asking their staff Starbuck's persons nicely, they were helpful enough. i.e. Be humanly acting and you shall receive? I had to stay after them for simpler requests for the side half and half cream, the side plastic glass of ice water, etc... The Starbucks doesn't allow them to put it out like they had used to in order to save costs. They did finally accommodate. I'd return though. read more

5+ stars for service. I left my favorite reusable Starbucks drink tumbler here recently. I was devastated when I didn't realize this until after I had left Easton. I called the shop and the employee on the phone was able to locate my tumbler. I wasn't going to be able to get back to Easton for several days and the gracious employees here kept my tumbler safe and sound until I could come back to retrieve her. A great Starbucks location! They're quick, super friendly, and get drinks right. This place always seems to be "happening." A great stop to get a fix before heading into the Town Center. It's conveniently located inside Easton near plenty of parking. I particularly appreciate the manager here who was able to accommodate my request for several gift cards. Even though my transaction took a while to execute the manager always made me feel like there was no rush. A highly recommend location! every single time i put Mobil order in it's a WHOLE situation- the store manager is AWFUL - you will wait 20mins for your order while employees off clock come into store and mKe their own "free" drinks while paying customers standing there for 20mins waiting for a mobile order. i was told by the district store manager "Nicky" that this store manager has anxiety in "stressful fast paced" situations. But, the starbucks app doesn't give the option to add another square of butter to the buttered croissant (have searched many times) and the workers get an attitude if you ask for a square of butter. One of the best Starbucks in Cbus. Always friendly and accommodating, even when they get super busy. Always a great experience. Restaurant and bathrooms is usually clean. Sometimes trash cans are overflowing but overall they do a really good job. A good size for groups but be ready to fight for seats during prime weekend hours. read more

All right, there are at least three Starbucks in the sprawling mass of Easton, so let me start by clarifying which one I am sitting in. There is one with a drive-thru next to the Pier 1 off of Morse Crossing. There is one by the Macy's, which is this: http://www.yelp.com/biz/starbucks-coffee-company-columbus (although the review seems to be referring to a different location). There is also Starbucks coffee available at the Barnes and Noble Cafe. However, the Starbucks I am currently sitting at is next to the Williams-Sonoma and across from the Baby Gap and Lenscrafters. Can you tell that one of my pet peeves is when reviewers are careless about which location they post their review for? This is a very nice location. The baristas are friendly and quick to correct any errors. It is quite spacious, and is bigger than it seems from the outside. There are several nice cushy chairs and a sofa. Outlet access is somewhat limited since many of the tables are located in the center of the room, but there are a few tables which would be appropriate for studying with a laptop. I snagged the little table in the corner by the front window and spent most of the morning attempting to work on a paper. There is some mall traffic so you can people-watch at the same time. Wi-fi is only available free for two hours with an active Starbucks card, or through AT&T. If Easton had a blanket free wi-fi network, I would be here all the time. As it is, I'll be heading over to Caribou in Polaris once they kick me off the Starbucks network. read more

I'll be honest, this Starbucks isn't super exciting or special, but I have to give them four stars for accommodating my completely unreasonable and absolutely ridiculous request for what I wanted to order using my free drink reward. Remember that guy who ordered the $60 drink, except $55 of that drink was from espresso shots? Well.... my drink turns out would've cost $7 if I actually had to pay for it. I went at an off-hour so that I wouldn't inconvenience too many people, but I do apologize for anyone behind me in line who had to wait for me to give my needlessly complicated and obnoxious order. They didn't have everything that I wanted (no cookie crumbles?? COME ON!), but they did whatever they could to complete my request, so I left completely satisfied. The staff are friendly, there are plenty of seats inside, but also an outdoor patio for when the weather is nicer, and it's at a convenient location within Easton (just 30 second walk from the main indoor mall area!). While I am not a coffee or Starbucks person but when I some much needed caffeine I will stop here before work. One, It is much faster to park and walk in than to go through the drive thru in the mornings. There are times when the staff is more focus on the the drive thru line instead of the one or two people waiting in front of them. Two, who is on staff will affect the quality of product you ordered. There are some employees who know their stuff, work smoothly to produce a consistent and great latte. While their are a few it feels like a roulette game in whether or not if hacked up your name and your coffee. Three, the atmosphere is pretty good during my short visits. It was clean and well kept. me and my friend went to your establishment and had the worst experience one could have in a Starbucks. We went to go through the drive through but had to go inside because the line was too long. We went inside to see about 5 people waiting on drinks so we ordered. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks then when they didn't come out we ask how much longer and a rude employee said about another hour. As someone who works in food, I would completely understand if it was busy and they were hustling to get orders made, but the complete oppisite was happening. All four girls were walking moving incredibly slow with no sense of urgency. They never apologized for the wait and two of the girls were not working, they were standing laughing with the people next to them. My friend and I ended up leaving and going to our soccer game then coming back about an 1 later for them to just have finished out drinks. read more
