    Hazelnut latte with oatmilk

I recently tried a latte from upper cup coffee and it was very good. The coffee shop is cute and definitely a nice place to sit down and study or work while enjoying a cup of coffee. The place was very clean and the service was great. My latte was served with a cute little heart too! There is plenty of parking all around this shop. You should try this place out and you won't be disappointed!

Nice little coffee shop, when I walked in I felt the warm customer service. It was super easy to order and get your food and drink. I definitely recommend this coffee shop if you are in the area!!

Funky coffee shop in a nice area. At the time of writing this, the place is currently going through an interior wall paint update and the new colors are nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This location is big with many places to sit and plenty of outlets to work or study. The coffee is good and their prices for food is very decent. The art all over the place is interesting and confusing at the same time. Free wifi is always a big plus for coffee shops. This is a good choice to get your coffee fix!

Sooo came here to meet up with a colleague to grade papers and to close out our academic semester. Life of faculty!! Order: 12oz carmel latte Pros: Quite, spacious, latte was definitely good! Cons: There's just no character here. I love going to different coffee shops because of the ambiance and the uniqueness. There's just open tables and chairs in a big room. With 2 locations, I would love to see a lot more character built into these spaces.

On the positive Upper Cup is the throwback type of coffeeshop, the type I still prefer. Not the newish minimal decor posh type which is the standard now. It has the counterculture feel from 30-years ago, the type the sprouted up in the 90s copying the cafe esthetic of the 60s: street artsy, community oriented, a hangout with local rags and tabloids offered to read, community board, and good music. Everything but the sofas. On the negative the coffee and mocha are just so-so. Kind of goldilocks kind of not: not too good, not too bad, but not exactly just right. The barista when we came were in some sort of mood. They seem peeved at each other, ants in their pants, underwear up the crevice, got up at the wrong side of the gutter. They were noticeably short with us but it is all good. In the end, nice place to come read, work, or hang if you are in the area. It is in the cool, classic looking blue doorway downtown Gahanna.

I stopped in here this morning and got a pour over coffee. There are a few things that I love about this place first, there are so many different ways they make their coffee, I didn't even know some existed. Second, that have a big selection of coffee beans to choose from and a description of taste under them all. Third, they had a great selection of donuts and cinnamon rolls for cheap! They were decorated for Halloween and had wonderful cheery staff. The wait was a bit long as they were packed and pour over coffee takes a bit of time but I'll certainly be back!

The coffee here is delicious. It is very smooth and creamy. I had a latte and was not disappointed. The service is great and very efficient. Our order was ready in less than 5 minutes. The prices are also phenomenal.

Cute local coffee shop in the Creekside area of Gahanna. Parking is free in the garage and there was a good amount of seating available at noon on a Thursday. The Iced Caramel Latte I ordered was 5$ and the taste was pretty good. They had a display for baked goods that I had previously seen in other reviews but the cases was completely empty. Free wifi is offered but my phone would not connect. If you're in the Gahanna area grab yourself a drink or stop in to get some work down or to just relax!

It's in hidden in the plaza so you won't necessarily see it off the Main Street. Once you're inside it has a warm friendly vibe. You get to see the donut making first hand since it's an open kitchen. The menu has many created flavors for the chocolate , fruity, or seasonal lover. Not finding something you like, you can make your own. Think of Cold Stone but for donuts. I decided to go with a few of the created flavors, Honey Blue, Raspberry Beret, and the Mitch. They came piping hot out and were glazed and topped right in front of me. It was great but the icing didn't have a chance to set fully because the donut was so hot. I suggest to ask if you can have them wait a minute or two before putting on the glaze I love the story behind explaining who Donna is. I love learning the back story of any business. I really wanted to like Donna's Delicious Dozen given the great ratings and how much I love donuts,…read moreespecially mini donuts. Unfortunately, I have to say my experience was not the best. We came here on father's day as this location is quite far from us as we live on the West side of Columbus. While I had checked the website to ensure they were open before we drove to the store, upon arrival, they had posted a sign that they weren't taking walk-ins due to the online order volume they had. Still, we had driven all this way and they said we could still order online, so I did, expecting a much longer wait than usual. We ordered 6 donuts and a coffee and settled in to wait. The seating area has some basic tables and chairs and booths along the wall. The interior is very light and colorful, but I would still say this is likely more a place designed for pick up as the seating is more of an afterthought. I did appreciate that they noticed us waiting and tried to get us our order quickly - so the service is friendly when they have the help. As you can tell from the pictures people have posted, the donuts are presented quite nicely. They also were a bit bigger than I expected as I was expecting mini donuts and find these are smaller than a full sized donut, but larger than a mini-donut. Unfortunately, I feel the donuts may have been cooked in too hot of oil as they crumbled quite a bit with the outside separating from the interior. It was a bit oily and then the sweet toppings didn't quite adhere to the donut and made the flavor a bit off - so it wasn't quite there for me. I hope that this may be different experience than what others may have had given their high order volume and what I can imagine was a day they were short staffed being father's day, but I don't think I'll be making the trip out to visit this location again.

New location, same great service and taste!…read more I have tried donuts in many states and countries and I have yet to find one better than here. Well, if I'm honest there was this Amish stand at a farmers market in Central PA that had outstanding donuts, but they only sold them a few times a year and I have no idea how to find them! This trip, I got the big boy donut, a white icing cake donut, and a pretzel. The big boy donut is a huge glazed donut as big as your head. That's right, you can hold it up to your head and it will be just as large!!! This time, however, they put a twist on them and added icing to a few. I know, sweet on top of a sweet sugary donut seems like overkill, and it was. But come on, anyone willing to eat a donut as big as his head has no problem with something super duper sweet! The other items were equally good, and I liked their new larger location. They even added a few new items since I was last there like donut holes/bites. This place continues to reign as the donut king in my estimation, and the fact that they FINALLY accept credit cards now is a huge win.

We enjoy their products and welcome Resch's to Gahanna. We are highly confident Resch's would be even more successful if they took two actions: 1. Open for business at least by 7:00 a.m. 2. Offer the option of traditional no-filling Chocolate and Vanilla frosted Long John donuts. -- market data supports this and shows .... Based on: * Sampling of 100+ independent bakery hours across U.S. cities * Regional bakery association listings * Yelp/Google Business hour patterns * Known bakery business models A realistic, data‑grounded estimate is: Only about 10-15% of neighborhood bakeries open at 8:00 a.m. or later. Further market data shows... Bakeries that offer only filled Long Johns are extremely uncommon. Why unfilled Long Johns almost always remain on the menu * They serve the "less sweet" customer segment. * They pair well with coffee (important for morning sales). * They are cheaper to produce and have fewer failure points. * They are the "default bar donut" in many regions. Even bakeries that push filled varieties keep unfilled bars because they sell steadily and require no additional labor. --- Bottom-line conclusion Bakeries that offer only filled Long Johns are very rare -- probably under 5% of all bakeries. The overwhelming majority offer both, with filled varieties outnumbering unfilled but not replacing them.

It's a small shop by a gas station. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door and they were ready to take our order before we were ready to give it. I asked about a couple of the varieties in the display counter and those answers helped me make my selections. We ended up with 6 different varieties. A maple cream stick, donut stick, apple fritter, raspberry jelly filled, a buckeye donut (for my hubby) and a chocolate espresso donut (for me). The price was quite reasonable and the people working were very friendly. I also ended up getting a bag of coffee beans after talking with our server and getting her recommendations. She even gave me a sample of one of them they had brewed. We paid for our items and headed out. Several people came while we were there. In fact our friends missed getting to try the espresso donut because someone's that jumped in between us bought the last of them. After trying it when we got to our car I can see why! DELICIOUS!! Would go back for it alone. My husband didn't even wait until we got to the car to try his Buckeye donut and he loved it. Their apple fritter was better than one I bought earlier that morning from a bakery. I didn't think the raspberry jelly filled had nearly enough filling. It easily needed tripled. I say that as someone who worked for three years in a bakery and filled donuts.
