I usually go to the drive through their service is quick and their employees are friendly. The parking lot can be a little tricky. Finding the drive-through can be a challenge and I have missed the entrance for that several times. I'm a little embarrassed to admit it but the more you know. Their drive-through can get busy at peak times obviously. They do have a nice outdoor patio. They have a lot of disabled parking, which is fantastic. read more

The food person was only using 1 of 2 ovens mist the time and I had to ask for my food or it would have taken longer. First of all I must say I love the Starbucks brand and am usually very happy with my coffee and overall service and ambiance. Today I am being generous to give three stars. I have never been to this specific Starbucks, so I cannot say if this is an exception or that it was 7 PM on a weekday, so maybe things got too lax. I rushed inside the store and needed to use the restroom first. There were two unisex bathrooms and one was out of order so I used the other. It appeared that the lock was not working, but oh well. Just spread out on the toilet and relax I suppose. After that I went to the front counter to order. Usually always someone is standing there and can immediately take my order (at other Starbucks). No one was by the counter and all the employees were in the back talking (maybe helping drive-thru customers). After a few long moments a girl came up to the counter for me order. I ordered a tall Pike Place Roast with room for cream. Then I looked in the pastry case and saw only one scone. I asked if they had other flavors and the barista informed me that they have all three flavors in the back so I asked for a blueberry scone. As she made the coffee, when I asked for room for cream she ran out to the dining room and said that I don't want to use that cream. I suppose maybe it had been out all day. She brought out some cream from the refrigerator behind the counter. I then mentioned that I was actually looking for skim milk. Then she put the cream back in the refrigerator and pulled out a gallon of Dairyman's skim milk. It looked like caramel or something else had dropped all over the jug. She did not offer to put the milk in my coffee so I did it myself. The blueberry scone was still in the wrapper. Usually there is inventory in the pastry case and the barista puts it in a bag. I guess the wrapper proves that it is fresh. Then I proceeded to the coffee station to add my Splenda. I noticed that one napkin dispenser was out and needed to be restocked. Also, no cream, whole milk, or skim milk were out, but like I said, maybe because it was 7 PM on a weekday. The dining room in general was dirty. As I looked for a table to sit at, I noticed that almost all the tables were dirty and not wiped off. They were not busy and have never seen a Starbucks dining room so in disarray. I ate my scone (which was fresher than usual, because it was still in the wrapper) and drank some of my coffee. As I soon left, because the atmosphere was so unappealing I noticed fingerprints all over the front door. The only saving grace to this review was the quality of the product. It was a very good cup of Pike Place Roast ,the blueberry scone was fresh because it was still in the wrapper, and the server stopped me from using the cream in the dining room. Without these pluses, it would have been a two star review. Feeling disappointed. :(. read more

Time for an update of MY Sbux. Yes, this is a Starbucks so you know what they have to offer here and the general quality of the products. What makes this store stand out to me for more than just being in my neighborhood is as follows: 1. The baristas here are friendly and take time to make a consistent good drink everytime, rush time or slow time. 2. This store is clean and always being maintained well from the storefront, the bathrooms and especially the kitchen areas. 3. Reliable fast wifi with four of the most comfortable plush chairs to chill in. As the Yelp "Duke" and regular of this location the good folks here throw me some extra perks outside my Sbux reward card so they'll be keeping my business and get that vaunted 5th star from me. I stop by this location about 5x a week (yes I'm obsessed!) The staff is super friendly and knows me pretty well. They are always on top of the game and I never have to wait long - even if the line is wrapped around the building. Except for one time, and they gave me a FREE drink card to make up for it. The inside isn't huge and doesn't have a ton of space to work, but the chairs are comfy and there is a small space outside that you can sit. read more

I am still waiting here. It's been 20 minutes and I still don't have my drink. I am with 3 people, we each ordered a drink plus one to go. All of us ordered just black coffees either iced or hot, then one cap to go. Nothing insane or special or specific. So far two are out. Nothing even approaching the other two being ready. No one seems rushed -- apparently, this level of service is normal/acceptable. But hey, maybe you'll be lucky, as it also seems they are handing out drinks in a random order, as one person who got here 10 minutes ago just got hers. But maybe you have to know someone or something to get that kind of VIP treatment. (VIP meaning, again, only waiting 10 minutes for a coffee.) You also have to ask for basic things like sleeves for a cup of scalding hot coffee (if it is hurting your hand when you hand it to me, don't you think it might also hurt mine?) or straws for iced. In short: Only come here if you do not value the brief amount of time that you have to spend on this Earth. Or maybe if you want to get away from your wife, but she is the type to track your location so you can't just drive around without her asking questions. Offer to get her a coffee from here -- you should be guaranteed between 30-45 minutes of freedom, and if she checks, she will be able to see that, as unbelievable as it may seem, you really WERE at Starbucks for that long. read more

Smaller location,there are a few workers who are very sweet and one in particular had bright colored hair and was the nicest person I had ever met there. You can definitely tell the workers are a little burnt out sometimes as well,so if they could hire maybe one more individual or something to help them out I'm sure it would help greatly. read more

This is by far the worse Starbucks I have ever visited. It never fails. It does not matter what time of day it is or what day of the week it is. They consistently get my order wrong. This last time on Aug 10, there seemed to be one person working who knew what they were doing. The poor girl was running round fixing all the mistakes everyone else was making. The girl at the register went so far as to tell me they did not have the sandwich I ordered but there might be more in the back...did I want her to go check? ummm, yes. Then she came out with it, but said she had them but they are frozen so I can't have them?? What??? It was very frustrating. Not the best Starbucks I've been to. The location is sort of weird to get in and out of and there's usually a wait. I like to order ahead on the app and even then their wait times don't usually match the estimates. Sometimes they forget the drink toppings and stuff, which isn't the end of the world but also at the same time you paid for it and want it. Tastes fine tho, could be worse. read more

As others have mentioned, it's a Starbucks, but the folks here are wonderful. Always positive, always offering suggestions, always holding neat conversations. My preferred SBX in Columbus. The location has plenty of seating, and the drive through is nice if you're in a hurry. It is a little awkward if you don't know how to get around Crosswoods, but anyone who goes over to the Marcus Theatre or drives over to Sancus from High Street will be going past here on a regular basis. read more

Since a client is right around the corner from this location and I seriously needed caffeine (I was out of espresso at home - the horror!) I stopped by here for my spring favorite iced coffee. Meh. I felt like I was interrupting something and it wasn't even in a good way. There was no talking behind the counter. It was like they were even ignoring each other. The guy at the register just stared as I walked to the counter. No hi. No smile. I seriously felt so flustered I ordered wrong and had to correct it. It's an even better sign when an employee finally notices the two unattended patrons at the register and says, "oh, shoot." At this point, a Starbucks is a Starbucks. This one is pretty close to me so I frequent it a lot. I've never been disappointed with my food or drink, but that may be because I'm accustomed to what I like from the menu. What I really like about Starbucks that gets it such a good review from me is consistency and the rewards. I can always depend on getting what I want, exactly how I want it, almost whenever I want it. Plus the perks of rewards and free music with their app make it a fun place to visit. read more

I was planning on going to this location to study for class. It was a hot day, and I expected Starbucks to be chilly as usual, so I took a button up shirt just in case. When I entered, I was instantly sweating. The temperature outside was 72 degrees, but the inside of starbucks was hotter! Being surprised, I asked the cashier why it was so hot - whether their AC was broken or not (this has happened before). The cashier seemed surprised I asked and mentioned it had been freezing earlier. He said, "Someone probably turned the heat up." I would have preferred to sit outside, but it was also overcast and rainy. When I got my drink from a different barista, I asked them if they could change the AC. He told me, "We cannot control our temperatures. They control our thermostats from Seattle." I felt like this was inaccurate information, I couldn't handle the heat, so I left immediately. I don't feel like the situation was handled appropriately and I would like to know whether the barista was being truthful. I find it hard to believe that a building cannot control their own temperatures! read more
