This lady Brytin is the most rude person ive ever encountered at this location! She must be new but her attitude is horrible. For no reason I asked how her day was going and she completely ignored me waiting for payment. Is this how she treats all of her customers? This is the first time ever seeing her. She then purposely proceeded to mess up my drink I had to go back and had remade. I used to visit this location all the time when the nearby gym was my local. I was back in the area recently and stopped in again, and not much has changed, in the best way possible. This Starbucks is clean and comfortable, the coffee is consistently good, and the baristas are still the friendliest in the area. It was a nice reminder that I should make my way back more often. This is one of my favorite places to go when I need the comfort of a nice hot cup of a decaf white chocolate mocha, or a refreshing Java chip Frappuccino. I also love ordering stuff off of their breakfast menu, I have tried their Bacon Gouda sandwich, and their bacon gruyere cheese egg bites. My sandwiches and coffee always taste great. Popped into this one while waiting for my hotel room to be ready. Uber was able to drop me off right at the door, and when I went in I was greeted by the cashier. I used the bathroom first, and it was clean, and I like that they are gender neutral for easy use and no wait! Ordering was quick and easy - there was no line. My drink and oatmeal both came out fast. Seating was a little tight so it was a touch difficult to sit and also charge at the same time as there was an extension cord, but it forced me to have the cable go in the aisle, which I didn't love (tripping hazard!). The space was clean and well kept though! Wifi was in and out, but it was busy so not too surprising. Overall: A Easy space to get some work done while waiting for my room to be ready at the nearby hotel. read more

This is a really nice Starbucks! They have a good amount of tables inside and some outdoor seating as well. The chairs are super comfortable to sit on. (Bonus!!) I really love the theme they had going on: black, white, wood, and leather. The coffee bar was very clean too. All baristas and cashier workers were super lovely. I loved the fact that they seemed to know everyone that came in! I ordered an iced peach green tea, sweetened. And I must say it's the best PGT I've ever had. (I'm from San Diego!) This drink had the sweetness from the peach, BUT you could really taste the green tea. I was ecstatic about this. (Recommend if you're not wanting an espresso drink). Drinks came out fairly quick. Not a long wait. My aunt ordered a tall iced coffee with cream and a pump of caramel. She received hers and it tasted pretty plain, so she mentioned it and they added some caramel drizzle instead for further flavor. It was free of charge. They desperately need to fix their drive thru lane. I've been coming here every day for a year and a half and knew it was only a matter of time given the drive thru lane goes right through their parking lot that someone would back into me. Well that happened today. I drive a small car and while I was waiting in the drive thru lane had this very large van ram right into me. Person didn't look at all while backing up and rammed right in to my side of the car where I was sitting. The girl belittled me, called me names and tried to make me feel like a terrible person for her hitting me. I now have to be extremely inconvenienced in getting my vehicle fixed. It doesn't seem like her insurance is going to cover all the damage cost and she tried to play a victim of some sort to the police to take the heat off herself. No one should ever have to go through this just to get a cup of coffee. I now dont ever want to come here again because it was such a traumatic experience for me with everything that happened. read more

First time was the wrong coffee in tota, second time they put water in my dragon drink when lemonadd was asked and did no cold foam, third was today when the cold foam was chose not to be put on my order. I'm usually very happy with this Starbucks, but today I'm a little disappointed. I ordered a tall white chocolate mocha. Usually I order a grande but today I wasn't needing that much coffee. When she handed my drink to me, it felt really light. I opened it up and found out why. It wasn't full to the top. It is at least an inch and a quarter shy of the top. Very disappointed. Eventually they asked me to park, brought the drink to me, but it looked nothing like the drink is supposed to look. So I went inside, asked for them to check the way they made it again, she made a new one, it was different, but still not right! The lady (short blue hair) just said "this is how we make it". Wth? Sent my Daughter to get drinks. Both were made incorrectly. When she took them back the manager was rude and didn't want to remake the drink. She ended up remaking it but had an attitude. Then asked the customer to throw away the drink that was made wrong. What type of customer service is that? I go to the starbucks on 60th and Vasquez and they always are polite and helpful. I really love the staff at this Starbucks. Having worked at Starbucks myself at one point, I appreciate how busy things can be. I'm only giving 3 stars because they frequently mess up our drink orders. Our orders are typically pretty straightforward - latte with nondairy milk, etc. I have a dairy allergy and numerous times they've used regular milk. And sometimes they forget to give you all of your food order. I understand that mistakes happen but people, like myself, do have allergies to things like milk, coconut, almond, etc. More care should be taken or extensive training before someone can be a barista. This is how we avoided this at the store I worked at. read more

Unfortunately, this location made my latte with pure sugar/syrup and made it very challenging to drink, but I guess they thought I needed a sugar rush instead of just a little caffeine boost. Amazing. This Starbucks is angelic compared to the routine Starbucks I'd visit often before. An easy, no traffic and packed line. The drive thru was very pleasant. Ivan was very helpful and didn't lose his cool, like most baristas. I think they successfully mastered the strawberry Teavana Refresher Drink, which didn't end up looking like water with shoved strawberries. They collected small tips with a tip jar, and that was unus. But I thought they deserved it because they didn't mess up my order, and I left confident, knowing they took care of me. This place has all I need out of a Starbucks! Good service and friendly people. My husband gets his coffee and I like to get one of those "Protein Packs" with the hard-boiled egg, cheese, apple slices and grapes. But not every location has them. After a morning of travel, I was very grateful to find they did have them! On this particular day they were giving out samples, which is always nice. Coffee cake and their new cold brewed coffee. Also, this location is super convenient to the airport. Our flight got in early and we had two hours to kill before our parents' flight got in. Usually this place is great, no problems. However today I ordered my usual (coconut milk mocha macchiato) and when the barista at the window went to hand it to me I told her it was way to dark (looked like mud) and she agreed. She turned and told the barista who made it and she proceeded in a condescending voice that it was because of the mocha and she turned away. Was here a week or so ago and the quality of the coffee harken me back to what starbucks was 10-15 years ago... pretty damned ok coffee. I just want to say that this location absolutely nails it when it comes to accuracy, quickness, and courteous behavior. I concur with Steve R. I like it here because of the drive thru and proximity to my home. But I feel like my coffee tastes burnt more often then not. If I am close by, I prefer the Super Target location...but since I pass this Starbucks at least twice a day, they get my biz. read more
