I concur with Steve R. I like it here because of the drive thru and proximity to my home. But I feel like my coffee tastes burnt more often then not. If I am close by, I prefer the Super Target location...but since I pass this Starbucks at least twice a day, they get my biz. read more

Unfortunately I got into an accident that disabled my car this morning. Fortunately, it happened yards from this Starbucks. The girl behind the counter, Casey, was so sweet - she INSISTED on paying for my large hot chocolate to warm up (wouldn't even hear my argument to the contrary). In my life, I have been failed by many different Starbucks locations, but this one is definitely the one where I have had the best luck in. I have never had bad service here! It can get a little busy because of how close it is to DIA and it makes it not the most peaceful place to sit down in the world, but if you're looking for a quick Starbucks fix, this is a really good location to go to. read more

This is a fairly new Starbucks and I really like it overall. I like the way this store is set up inside, there are plenty of tables not next to the doors and an actual bar to sit at while you wait for drinks. There is a drive through. The staff are always very friendly and are willing to look up ingredients on drinks (sometimes I have to ask as I require gluten free foods/drinks). My only real complaint is that they don't have a really good shady area, the tables outside do have umbrellas, but in this heat and awning or porch type cover would be so much more appealing. read more

I live nearby and use their drive by window almost every day in the summer. I will say their customer service is always excellent! They may have made a few mistakes here and there but will quickly rectify it and with a smile. The other day, the line was fairly long and I had to wait longer than usual. When I pulled up (not complaining) they said that the coffee was on them and they apologized for long wait. I wasn't upset but it was a very nice gesture. I always find the baristas very nice and pleasant. I was a Starbucks Barista for many years back in college I know they have to deal with a lot of cranky people who complain a lot. I hope they know there are customers that appreciate their hard work and their great attitude. Keep the friendly service coming!! read more

3 hour flight got in to Denver and decided to drive out of our way to this Starbuck's location to get a coffee before we started on our 2.5 hour drive home. Advertised closing time on google, yelp and their front door was 11pm. At 10:30pm all lights were on - signage, menu, inside - and two employees could be seen walking around the store. Nobody answers at the drive thru menu board so we drive up to the window and have the employees walk by and ignore us. So we toot our horn only to be told with hand gestures that they are closed. According to Starbucks customer service they are supposed to stay open until their advertised time. Typical lazy and likely stoned millennial employees that we now find in this state more often than not. If we had know this was the BS we would encounter we would have stopped at the 24 hour Dunkin' Donuts on Pena before we left the airport. So glad I spend $200 on average a month with Starbucks. Guess I should change my preferred coffee shop to Dunkin' Donuts. read more

I had to stop and share some experiences (yes more than one) that makes me not want to hang at this Starbucks. They have some surly baristas with attitudes that do not really match up with the whole Starbucks vibe. I was in the drive thru where I shared my drink order. There was a diesel truck behind mine that was noisy, so the barista could not hear me well and asked me to repeat what I said. I spoke up in a louder tone and her response was a verbal WELL!!... (as though I was yelling). I had to explain that I was trying to be loud enough to hear her....Ugh. Then another visit (this time inside) I asked her to tell me about the breakfast sandwiches, and she told me to just look in the window and choose, rather than to help me with some options. After ordering, we waited and waited for our food. We realized that they left it at the bar at the end without announcing it was there... UGH 2. Maybe everyone 18 year old is over the mystique of working at Starbucks, and they are back to behaving like the employee who would rather have lye poured in their eyes than to work for a living at a coffee shop. Even so, there is something about being courteous to people, so as to encourage their business in the future. Starbucks, you may be everywhere but there really is some other options. read more

Not sure why this location has good reviews. Moved to the area about a year ago and been to this location 6 times. Every time the staff could care less about having a job or even caring about basic customer service. Every time the drinks weren't made right and the one time I got a sandwich the bread tasted like it had been out for a couple days. The last straw was the other day when my drinks were bad (shocker), so we handed them back and said forget it. The employee (unfortunately don't have a name but he looks like teen wolf just hitting puberty) hangs out the window and starts harassing my wife and niece. Sad to say this wasn't the only bad employee at this location. The first time I went here my drink was wrong and a different employee refused to make a new one or even comp me for it. Save yourself the hassle of this place they only hire incompetent morons. read more

These baristas are utterly incompetent. I'm shocked honestly. My husband and I stood at the counter while the staff of 6 walked by us multiple times, making eye contact yet never offering to help. When someone finally approached the register she was rude. I ordered a donut which she pulled out of a plastic bag and broke the donut while dumping it into the brown Starbucks bag...presentation clearly isn't a strong suit for this location. I put a bottle of their water on the counter and right before I went to pay she asked if I also wanted the water...nope just want to leave it here for you! They forgot my husbands sandwich. They served my drink without a holder around it so I had to add it myself. Didn't ask for names for our drinks. All other Starbucks have standards and this one is sorely lacking. read more

This Starbucks is Amazing! I frequent this Starbucks as it is on my way to work. I always enjoy interacting with the baristas as everybody is so friendly. It's located in a growing area so it can be very busy at times--as a customer, I can't say it's ever palpable with wait times or negative attitudes which really impresses me! Especially the "long-timers" like Preston and Levi. Drive thru can be wrapped (old fast food term-not sure anybody in the industry uses it nowadays) and you don't see the last car, but the crew always seems to move people through both efficiently and pleasantly. There was a time I had gotten an incorrect drink but actually enjoyed it more than what I usually order! Plus, we're only human! Highly recommended! read more

There is a more than serious fly problem at this Starbucks, they're everywhere. The fly trap inconspicuously hidden above the duct work covered in dead flies shows someone is making an effort, but it's not a solution. This is probably the only two star Starbucks around. read more

I stopped at this Starbucks as I was traveling from California back to Michigan. This was the most unfriendly Starbucks I have been to in all my travels....I have been to many Starbucks all over the US. I ordered two vente extra extra caramel macchiatos. The cashier was very personable and friendly and said "no problem." When it was time for the actual drinks to be made the extra caramel request got lost somewhere in the communication. I asked the girl to please put a bit more caramel in the drinks. She stated," there is extra caramel in them" with a very defensive, snotty attitude. I stated "you can just take off the lid and drop a glob in the cup, thats what the other Starbucks do." (The drizzle tip takes forever and is hard to squeeze to get extra out) She said she would do it the first drink as she grabbed it and proceeded to put more caramel on it, but not the other and walked away. I waited for the second drink and she just set it on the counter without the extra and made no eye contact and walked away. I waited as I thought she was getting the caramel to fix the other drink. After a few minutes of being totally ignored, a young man who was working with her said, "Do you need something?" I stated I needed extra caramel in the second drink as well. He grabbed the drink from the counter and huffed under his breath and gave me the extra caramel and said "We will do it this time, but we're not suppose to do this." NOT SUPPOSE TO DO THIS?! I THOUGHT STARBUCKS WAS ALL ABOUT MAKING YOUR DRINK as you like it or they remake it? HUMM...NOT SURE WHY ALL THE HASSLE? THE WHO ORDEAL JUST TO GET TWO DRINKS TOOK 20 MINUTES. I guess I could understand the attutude if I was being rude, but I was simply asking for more caramel. I even offered to pay extra if there was a problem with having extra caramel. I won't be stopping there on my way back to California that's for sure! read more
