That said, the pizza itself was really good. The crust was thick, salty, and a bit oily in that satisfying way, and the ingredients tasted fresh. One thing to note is the portion size, don't underestimate it. Even a small Detroit-style pizza is dense and can easily feed 2-4 people. I checked the order confirmation, and saw the handwritten note on the box claiming the pizza was Gluten / Glutron Free. Then I devoured with abandon. I cannot overstate how incredible the Glutron (or Gluten) Free pizza crust was. Even the Gluten Free model was superior to the actual Naples glutened pizza I ate those many years ago.
