The inside reminds me of "chic retro" vibes- pretty chill- there was some sort of cool printer on the wall that drew pictures which was interesting, and there was a clock on the wall that was made up of different moving parts that was pretty cool! The server was super nice, and I ordered the "Salted Honey" latte- ($6 for a small 16 oz iced- but I get it's more fancy ingredients which taste better so I don't mind) sea salt with fancy honey whole milk latte-absolutely loved it! I completely forgot to have them put sugar in it as I like my latte with a ton of sugar, but they have a bar there with lids and simple syrup so I just added some which was also good! :) sat for few minutes- went around 1 pm there was only like 4 customers which was nice- I'm not a fan of loud spaces. there are a good amount of chairs and tables so I was able to find a seat- I will definitely be coming here again! just will get here early to find parking!

It was quite well attended and I chose a cozy spot in the back. The cake pop was a nice treat later in the day. It's a lovely little place and they really should advertise more and perhaps add some more delightful more well baked types of muffins or something to do list to go with their coffee. I didn't get a drink this time like I normally do at coffee shops on road trips because I was more hungry than thirsty. I got the spinach & feta pastry and the chocolate croissant. I know neither compares to Nouvé in Lexington or Andersen & Maillard in CPH I still absolutely loved both items.

The food options are delicious, build your own breakfast sandwich, avocado toast, or a chicken sandwich. There's also pastries you can pick up .. maybe a pumpkin croissant. The Brazilian cheese roll is crunchy and then soft inside- it's always a good staple. I've never been let down on my purchase here! The owners are also some of the nicest people. Emma, Jayden, and Carolina are always delight.

So it couldn't be an ordinary grocery store cake. So I drove the hour and selected the chocolate cake with raspberry filling and Italian cream frosting. It sat on my counter for 2 days before the birthday. What a fantastic cake! It was so moist, not overly sweet or gritty. The raspberry was delightful. This will now be my go to for every cake need.
