Walked in during the afternoon. I've never been to this Starbucks before so I was hesitant about it. I usually get a venti black iced coffee no classic because I out my own sweetener in it, that's it easy drink to make. When I walked up to the counter the lady was quick to get my order and I also ordered a lemon cake but for some reason while I was ordering I felt rushed. I ignored it. I got my drink then left but when I tasted my coffee it clearly had about 5 pumps of classic. Way to mess my order up yall. read more

Costumer service is decent but drinks are SLOPPY and gross. Visiting from Washington and have been a handful of times. Today will be my last visit at this Starbucks, I actually threw my drink away. It was not blended and my first sip was straight syrup. read more

I love stopping by to grab a flavored coffee. There's not many choices around Copperas Cove to get something like this unless you make it at home yourself. The staff here is friendly and great with helping out when I'm curious about new products and suggestions. On May 09, 2012 I went to the Starbuck in Copperas Cove to try the New(Summer) Venti Chocolate Cookie Crumble Frappuccino. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thur to get something that was ok. On May 10, 2012 I went to the same Starbucks and ordered a Venti Double Chocolaty Chip Frappuccino. After 10 minutes of waiting I saw 4 of the 5 employees playing around and the head into the back room. After a few more minutes the 2 people that came in after me got their orders and left. I walked up to the one person working and asked about my drink (its a chocolate milk). She told me that the printer did not print out my label and so did not know what I ordered (nice to let people wait and then ask). I gave her my receipt and she started my order. Now as if waiting 20 minutes was not bad I took a sip and found that she make it with lots of ice that was not blended and that she did not wash out the last order which was cinnamon. -David read more

SB has a bring your empty SB coffee bag in exchange for a tall coffee program. Yesterday I asked if they could make it cold and they said no problem now today they're saying they can't do that. I'm debating rather i wanna go back there because this store in Copperas Cove can't get their act together. This isn't my 1st encounter with them where they gave me problems. I had to wait almost 15 minutes one time because they weren't ready at 5am then they have gotten my order wrong a couple of more times after that. We know what to expect when going to a Starbucks that's why we pay more more. I honestly HATE AND LOATHE this Starbucks. I given it too many chances and I'm finally done. I'm the only one in the drive thru and no one in lobby, takes nearly 15 minutes for a refresher and banana bread. The staff thinks it's a party all the time playing music ready for a rave or 80s throw back; this changes depending on who is on staff, seen it first hand. Really? Staff are rude and seem put out when having to wait on a customer. Dirty lobby. Splashes of coffee and whatever else is always on chairs, floor, and walls. We pay more, we should be getting more. Sad I have to drive to a different town in order to enjoy Starbucks. read more

As Pacific NW natives, we are big users of SBs. We know what service at SB SHOULD look like. This place is unbelievably BAD. We went here 3 days in a row. One of our party of only 3 people did not get her coffee 2 days in a row. When she finally got served, it was a wrong order and smaller size than she paid for both times. They took her cash to add to her card, gave no receipt , then failed to credit her card. It took lots of time to get it straightened out. No apologies, just snarky attitude. I do like this starbucks, though all three (soon to be four) in this area is good to me. I come here a lot, and the number of times that they have gotten my drink right and it has tasted perfect outweighs the times that it has really just sucked and tasted watery or like crap. Generally the tables are clean and the trash doesn't overflow. They get a lot of business here. The drive thru is almost always packed, and sometimes they are slow (depends on the person). They have always been friendly towards me and when I come through (though Fort Hood Street's store is a lot more engaging with you). I'd still keep coming here though, no doubt. read more

Starbucks is the same for the most part as every other Starbucks . What makes this place different is the annoying number of people behind the counter that aren't helping customers but socializing with each other. Sure they are friendly enough once you get their attention and I'm sure customers who go every day get better treatment but as someone who's not a regular I don't feel much incentive to do so. Cost way to much to go to be annoyed to just get a run of the mill coffee beverage. read more

Well if you've been to one Starbucks, you've essentially been to them all. I have never been a fan of expensive coffees and lattes but to each their own. Every time I've been there the experience is decent, but nothing particularly memorable. they do give veterans a free cup of coffee on Veterans day, so I thank them for that. read more

I LOVE Starbucks. I moved to Copperas Cove and I've been nothing but disappointed with this Starbucks. I 100% understand that COVID has made it difficult for businesses but this Starbucks puts a lot of headache on themselves. Drive through line is always forever long and slow. The tipping point for me was I placed a mobile order and the lii ok by was closed. However a Starbucks employee was running orders to customers outside which I though was great. I parked and came to the door. No response. I decided to call and ask if they stopped running orders outside and they gave be some bogus story that they only did it for one person because she had kids with her and somewhere to be. First, that was a lie because they served three different people that I witnessed. Secondly, I have places to be? Why is it that those people were served but I wasn't? If their lobby isn't open TURN OFF THE MOBILE ORDERING! Very simple way to avoid confusion. Bottom line, avoid this Starbucks at any cost. It's not worth waiting for. Was going to study at This location because it's close to home. Unfortunately the only area with open outlets is the couch area. Which was covered in food crumbs all over the seats and tables. The abundance of flies was absolutely insane. The minute I sat down I had a minimum of 6 flies pestering the heck out of me. I used to go to this Starbucks a lot about a year back. I returned back to town a few months ago and each time I have less of a desire to come back to it. This is the only Starbucks in this town so I also don't have much options to choose from. Today, I spent 17mins on the drive thru with 3 cars still in front of me that hadn't ordered yet. Not one single car moved for those 17 mins. I finally got tired of waiting and I drove off. I can't spend my entire lunch period waiting on a Starbucks line just to get a quick pick me up. Starbucks needs to either get better staff or open up another store because the wait is ridiculous. Side note: most of the cars that got there after me drove off as well. read more

I am diabetic I order sugar free and did not get it this was first time my order was wrong as far sugar free goes. Also prior they have got my size wrong many times. But Cute little shop and friendly employee's also they have replace those drink with free ones. read more

Me and some friends just went to this Starbucks to get coffee. Our order was straight forward and the barista finally got it down. We pulled up and waited behind a car that was already at the window for at least 10 minutes. Then we pull up to the window and we get handed our two snacks. Another 5 minutes goes by and finally we get ONE of our drinks. Then we get told the other one would be just a minute. Another 10 minutes goes by and I finally get our final drink. The barista was very apologetic but me and my friends thought it was pretty ridiculous to be in line for a total of 30 minutes for two drinks and two snacks. Just disappointed. read more

I don't mind waiting for a coffee if it is what I ordered and turns out good but at this place it's pretty ridiculous. Each time I pull up there, there might be one or two cars in front of me yet the wait is 15-20 minutes and each car got one coffee. Then when I pull up they normally get my order wrong or make it terriblyso the long wait wasn't worth it by any means and the people never apologize if they make a mistake or take the time to make you feel like a customer they kind of ignore you. Come here almost every night before I start my shift and the staff is awesome. They always know what I want but always offer something else. When one of the employees left I was a little sad because I used to see her almost everyday. It's always very clean inside and they got me into the point system and I've earned free food and drinks already. I'm officially a gold card member ;-). read more
