This place is straight up trash. Went there at ten, and they ran out of everything I requested!! The chocolate icing donut didn't even taste like a donut. I took a bite of each one to see if I was tripped and they tasted old and not like a genuine donut. Their kolaches were the only decent thing. Will not be returning to this place. Every time I come here I have an amazing experience!!! I prefer this location to the other. The ladies are always sweet and when I have my little ones they throw in extra donuts even kolaches. If you go early in the morning the donuts just melt in your mouth. My donuts never last until the next day. They're too good too wait that long. I come here almost everyday for donuts before work. I order the SAME thing everyday and I have to say, I may have to pick another place. The donuts are good but the service... The amount of times they get my order wrong is astounding. I hate nuts on any of my foods, it's a good snack not a topping, so tell me why half of my sprinkle donut one day was covered in nuts? I order the exact same thing 4 days a week so why do they constantly get it wrong in a multitude of ways even after confirming? There was a day I didn't even get the amount of donuts I paid for! I can't even go back after I find out sometimes because I will be to far towards my job when I realize and I would be late if I turned around. The donuts here are pretty good. Just make sure that you eat them the same day as they will not be good the next day. The price is okay and the donuts are decent. The staff is always friendly and quick. We don't go here often (usually getting something on our way to Houston every couple of months) but when we do we are never disappointed. read more

Donuts are a rare treat for our family. We only get them a couple of times a year so when we do we want them to be good. This place has the same name as the one on Clear Creek in Killeen. DO NOT BE FOOLED!! We've been here 4 times and every time we leave disappointed. This morning we gave it one last try and we will not be back. One of the donuts is so soggy on one side that it's as if it was sitting in liquid. At 9am all of our donuts seem to be day old. NOT worth the money (or my wasted time, gas and drive to get there). Went in this morning to buy some donuts, and was not pleased at all! The lady who took my order (wish I knew her name) was very rude! From the time we walked in the door, we were not greeted with a smile, hello, welcome, nothing! She had an attitude the whole time....except when it was time to take my money of course. Then I got "Have a nice day". Their donuts are always good, but that is the only reason they got a star from me. If I choose your shop to buy donuts from, than I deserve an awesome attitude, friendly conversation, and for u to have a smile on your face. There are other donuts shops around town who have the same quality of donuts, and who know how to treat their customers. I have heard from others that they have experienced the same thing on their visits as well. Such a shame! Definitely will choose another donut shop from now on! read more
