you walk inside to be efficient, and you stand there for a very long time because they put the mobile orders and the drive thru before you. they have no coaching on how to handle all customers. and when you ask where your coffee is after standing their for 15 minutes, you get quipped at. I've never been to a Starbucks which such poor customer service. read more

This is not only the worst Starbucks but the worst coffee shop ever. It was incredibly slow but worse there was no coffee in my cappuccino. Not a drop. When I complained the barrister rejected my complaint until I proved there was no coffee only hot milk by pouring it out. Then he reluctantly made me another cappuccino with no coffee in it. By this time I got frustrated and left. What a waste of money. Please don't go here! read more

This Starbucks is inside the grocery store which is great, I ordered a venti hot white mocha with an extra shot and as usual it's the same. I also bought 5 of their mugs as souvenirs for our friends back home, they didn't put them in bags though, anyways i also didn't have the energy to ask since i have to drive another 7.5hrs back to Vegas. Overall though experience was ok, nice staff by the way. :-) read more

Starbucks in Cortez tried to tell me that the macchiato I ordered was ok.. It had white clumps in it and tasted a bit sour.. Told them to remake it and they insisted that it was ok and that soy usually clumps up when hot coffee is poured over it.. Told them that I have never had a Mach with clumps. When they remade.. Viola! there were no clumps and tasted better I then told them this is how it's suppose to look.. read more

HORRIBLE customer service!! I was carrying my 7 Month old while I ordered a venti frapachino, venti white mocha and a classic oatmeal to which I was served a venti frap with no straw so I politely asked for one and the lady replied with "sorry we don't carry those" okay.... So I grabbed my oatmeal and realized it wasn't ready yet because it was full of water and none of the nuts/berries and brown sugar we're with it (which normally those are all in a little Baggie for you to take with youthe oatmeal) so again I politely asked for the add Ins and the older lady rolled her eyes, grabbed them and placed them on the counter...she didn't bother to put them next to the oatmeal or better yet put them in a bag for me like EVERY SINGLE other Starbucks does. NOT worth your time. Your better off supporting local coffee shops. read more

We arrived first thing in the morning when the 2 women working were trying to get everything for the day ready and help their early morning customers. They were cheerful, proficient and my latte was not handed to me until the barista was sure it was just right. I appreciate that kind of care to detail. read more

Awful. Worst representation of Starbucks EVER!!! Stood as the 2nd person in line for at eight minutes as the barista tried to figure out what a salted caramel mocha was and how to put it in the computer. She kept giggling ( even though she's at least 50) like it was funny to everyone waiting that she didn't know how to do her job. Finally was able to order and then waited another ten minutes for my drink, which tasted awful...so frustrating. read more

This Starbucks is always running out of stuff. Especially the ingredients for the feature drinks. The lattes are a hit or miss its just a crap shoot. Overall its just your basic overrrated Starbucks. If you really want a good latte head down the road to The Silver Bean, they have a drive-thru to boot! read more
