You can tell there's been a change in management between this time last year and now. The drive through staff is extremely friendly and very efficient. Last year I had to wait 30 minutes (not exaggerating) for a drink in the drive through. This year I started going again for some seasonal drinks and it takes no more than 10 minutes even with an extremely long line, and often it's around 5 minutes. The staff asks you how you are, are polite, and drinks are served quickly. You get the feeling that they respect your time and enjoy their job! I rarely tip baristas but I have started because of the kind and efficient service. It is so rare to find. read more

The drive-through wait was over 15 minutes before even taking an order. We sat for ten minutes as the car next in line to order before we had to leave because of time constraints with our required destination arrival time. This is the second time in a week that we left the drive-through line because it didn't move at all. Also, when we did go inside to order earlier this week, we ordered two shots of espresso over ice and received some sort of drink with milk. We had to go to the local Giant Eagle Starbucks to get the drink made correctly. We paid for two drinks--only one correct and not from this location. As frequent 'Bucks shoppers, we have not been impressed with the service of this location. read more

I would only go to Starbucks if I absolutely need some java. Case and point being on the the Turnpike and needing some caffeine. I mean who wants to pay a ridiculous price for a regular cup of Joe. This place annoyed me even more because there was a freakin long line that went outside of the little shop and when I finally got my coffee it tasted horrible. I stopped by today for my normal coffee on the way to work, a Venti Sweet Cream Cold Brew. I pay and was informed that they were out of cold brew and that's not a big deal I can pick something else. The girl working the drive thru suggested an Iced Americano with sweet cream and I just want to say this will now be my go to coffee. Every time I have been to this Starbucks the workers have been pleasant and friendly and service though the drive thru gets backed up has been nothing but exceptional. If you are going to go to a Starbucks, this is the one to go to. The Baristas are very friendly and will get to know you very quickly. If you like to walk in somewhere that "everybody knows your name" this is the place to go. I only wish that corporate Starbucks would start to roast some lighter roast coffees but this is no fault of this location. read more

Quick and easy, just a little annoying that they have no bathroom inside of the store itself. A little over crowded at 12:00 AM, which is pretty surprising. Definitely worth a stop if you need a caffeine boost for the road. read more

As a frequent Starbucks visitor I have noticed longer and longer wait times in the drive thru. I understand they can be swamped and sometimes I do go inside because it's quicker but other times when I have a sleeping baby in the car that's just not possible (because you never wake a sleeping baby!) I've had to leave the line multiple times recently because it's just been too long and I have to be other places. I usually just go down the street a little more to the Wexford one because they are super fast. read more

This is the WORST Starbucks stop I've ever been to. It's unfortunate because the workers are friendly, but seem to have trouble moving along. I've started going to another store because I'd be just trying to get a coffee before work (like most people) and sitting there for at least 10 minutes before even making it to the window! My request and complaint is the drive thru has a huge pot hole - car tires fall in and hard to get out without gassing a little almost hitting the car in front. please starbucks inform cranberry township to have this fixed asap. Wish I could give negative stars. Placed a mobile order today & waited 30 minutes only to be told they were out of the drink I ordered. On top of it, they gave me a drink card worth $4.... less than what I paid for a drink I didn't get! Manager couldn't even rectify the situation. Theives. Ended up calling Starbucks customer care who apologized profusely for this locations inability to follow procedures and my experience. They were able to refund me entirely. This location has gone from bad to worse. Living in Cran Twp; I (used to) visit this location up to 5x/week. No more! The line for this drive thru sometime wraps all around the building. And you're not saving any time if you decide to park it and just go in. Waiting 15+ minutes for a latte? No more. I've heard " sorry we are out of that" more times than I can count. Really? This Starbucks is hit or miss. I went there today and waited 10+ minutes for a Frappuccino. Derek and and few others were talking about a weekend camping trip and how they were going to "be drunk in the woods." Another employee had to ask several times for chocolate chip refills while another employee danced around with a mop. The Starbucks is dirty, with sugar all over the counter, tables dirty, and wrappers everywhere. The staff seems to give the drive-thru people precedence over those who come into the store. The drinks are usually pretty good, but not worth the premium price for subpar service. read more

The coffee is fine (assuming they're not out of what you wanted to order), but the customer service here is absolutely atrocious. It seems the baristas only come to work to stand behind the counter and gab while annoyed customers stand around awkwardly waiting for their drinks. Every time I come here I end up standing around for at least 3 minutes until someone finally acknowledges my presence and I can get my drink (I always mobile order- forget trying to order at the counter or drive thru, you'll wait an eternity). Once they do finally realize someone is there waiting for the drink they ordered, they're usually completely irritated that you would dare interrupt their conversation to get your coffee! Add to all of this that the store is filthy- just get your coffee fix elsewhere. read more

after catching a movie my husband and I wanted a coffee.. we passed the sheetz to go to Starbucks.. well do yourself a favor. go to sheetz ! not only will you save yourself about 4 bucks you will get better HOT coffee.. our coffee was slightly warmer than room temperature ! the kid at the drive thru was not pleasant and clearly could care less about his job ! maybe our expectations of hot coffee were too out of sight. read more
