Went to Starbucks on Main St. today and they got my drink order wrong. And the lady working the drive-thru was not personable at all. Doesn't seem like you would want that person being the face of your business if you want repeat customers, but since it's Starbucks, it doesn't really matter because people will continue to buy from them but maybe just choose a different location. read more

I was told today that manager Sandy instructed employees to no longer give out pup cups. I was told I could not even purchase the small sized whipped cream that my pup loves. I spend a lot of money at this establishment on a weekly basis but will no longer be going to Starbucks. Can they get any cheaper than trying to save a penny on whipped cream. read more

I love this one and my favorite barista Sarah is always amazing and friendly! Every time I get a drink there it is really good, coffee tastes fresh and the time I wait for it to be done isn't long at all, they are very quick in the drive thru. People working are so friendly and are awesome. one time I was in there and an older couple came in drunk and started yelling that the girl did not greet them correctly and they wanted to speak to the manager and started up a big fight. I've never had a problem with quality from this site, only speed and I don't know if I can even blame the baristas when this is the only Starbucks nearby to hit. I don't even bother going here anymore though, there is never a point in time when the drive-through isn't backed up and a line out the door. I've gone through the drive thru three times in the last two weeks, along with a coffee I would order a sandwich. First was a BBQ Brisket I get to work and find a $7.00 grill cheese, no brisket in sight. Second time I ordered bacon turkey egg breakfast sandwich I get to work no bacon and a half slice of turkey tucked one edge of my meal. Third time I ordered another BBQ brisket thinking the first time was a mistake get to work maybe a teaspoon brisket. All I can say is RUDE! I stop often after work to get my daughter the Pink Drink with a seperate cup of ice. You would think I just asked them for all the money in the drawer. Happy tone quickly changes. I'm sure they think I do this to get more which you do, but honestly the ice melts on the way home. I will go out of my way to the one by the mall. Let me start by saying I do not usually write reviews and starbucks is not my normal morning coffee stop.The other day my sister had a gift card for Starbucks and we decided to get morning coffee. we were in the drive through and she asked what I wanted and I made an offhand joking comment about ordering just a large cream and sugar being inadequate and that somehow the sugar had to be some special variety only found in certain parts of the world.To my surprise when I received my drink,handwritten on the side of my cup it read "cream and special sugar". We all got a good laugh and the coffee was great.The girl who waited on us name was Bliss and her customer service skills were excellent.Thanks for the great service and a good laugh I'll be back for more. read more

Although the drinks are decent like at any starbucks, time management and quality make this one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Honestly, this would probably be a 1 star review had the staff not been friendly and polite. On one occasion I recall ordering a strawberry smoothie and waiting over 7 minutes to get it, despite the fact that I was the only customer inside (there were people at the drivethru). It's terribly awkward having to aimlessly wander around the small store, looking at all the kitsch cluttering their product shelves, hoping to some fake deity that you don't miss a meeting or appointment because of the slow wait times.
