My doctor's office is nearby, sometimes I stop by this Starbucks to grab a couple drinks. The service has always been incredibly friendly and attentive. Several staff members always greet you when you walk in the door, whether it's calm or busy. The interior is very open and has high ceilings, not intimate, and has tons of windows, kind of like an industrial loft. I like it. They do have a patio, for when it's nice out. I do love that they have Pride Flag hanging in the store. I will always patronize a business that is inclusive and supportive of equity and equality for marginalized communities. Let me start by saying that I KNOW some will think this is a silly review. That's fine. I'm a Starbucks Gold member and visit various Starbucks stores multiple times a week. When the barista asks my name, I always reply J-O-N so they spell it correctly. So this is either someone who isn't paying attention to her customers or misspelled my name on purpose. Both possibilities represent poor customer service. Again, I know it seems silly to many people, but for those who get their names misspelled frequently, they understand my annoyance. Worst customer service from Starbucks yet to see unfortunately Attitude up the ying yang if u know what I mean Especially the manager's you would think they would have a smile on their faces but they look so miserable Workers are all so unwelcoming We walked in and I was so excited to see how nice the place is but to my luck a rude chick aka the manager yelling at me to stop filming like ok if you have an issue you can nicely come up to me and tell me not yell it out loud with the biggest attitude like someone just died and causing a scene in front of other people. So unprofessional I definitely walked out without buying anything that's for sure to get treated with that kind of mentality and attitude. Even the barista doesn't know how to make eye contact (all he did was roll his eyes looking so miserable) he couldn't even fake smile or have a welcoming vibe towards my mom when she didn't even do or say anything Never coming back here that's for sure thank you CP for hiring rude horrible people to work in such great places where people all they want to do is enjoy the new modern look or a store while trying to order a drink like normal people. Was extremely rude about the whole mask issue. Was a wearing my mask, correctly but it fell down for a brief moment I was told several times they would need me to wear one of their own mask. I understand the need to require proper mask wearing, I do not understand how employees find it appropriate to be rude in the process of communication with customers. read more

Homeboy Gage at the drive through is the best! My sister had ordered online, and then got a separate order at the drive through for me. When we got to the window he gave her her order and she said "I also got the one for Cassie" but he didn't know my name because it wasn't an online order, she was just an idiot.
