They were out of chocolate croissants and blueberry muffins at10:45 am!! What miffs me the most is for the past six months, the Dyson hand dryers have been out of order in the restrooms. You can certainly leave some paper towels there, replace them or repair them. C'mon Starbucks, you do charge an arm and a leg for a cup of coffee. Do something please. I am a frequent Starbucks Patron and today was definitely a day that will change that, at least for this location. As I am typing this review, its has been over 20 mins of waiting for 2 simple menu item drinks. Definitely not helping in the pick me up on a busy day. *update-took 27 mins for a refresher and what was supposed to be a iced drink that they made hot. Usually I looove Starbucks but this location isn't on the highest of my recommendations. I will stop here if I absolutely have to, but next time I think I would rather go across the street to the gas station for the same quality coffee, lot less cost, and a lot less attitude. The woman at the drive through had such a wonderful attitude with the woman I. Front of us with the cruise, but my husband offered to order for me and she was very snippy with him. So... Arrived to the drive through order screen (boyfriend was ordering) and first thing we were told in an irritating tone "BOGO is over". We were clueless about what she was talking about so my boyfriend said "okay?" And again.... They said "BOGO is over" loud and this time in high volume tone. My boyfriend proceed to say "that's fine" , he began ordering. We finished ordering at 6:03pm. When we got to the window, my boyfriend paid with the Starbucks app for our four drinks. Barista then asked if we had ordered a mango dragon fruit refresher, my boyfriend said "yes" (because we did order that drink). Barista then asked to pay $5 for the drink which threw us off because she had already charged us for our drinks. My boyfriend then showed the receipt on the mobile app and the barista said "oh you said yes to the mango dragon fruit order". At that point we were not sure if she was being serious with us... my boyfriend then repeated himself and said "no you just scanned my card on the app for my drinks". Barista stepped away and began making brings. We waited ten minutes then we asked if the drinks were ready. Another barista responded "no sweetie". As we continued to wait, barista asked if we mobile ordered. My boyfriend repeated himself again "no I ordered on the drive through window and paid on the app". The barista then said it was weird because she didn't see anything. After 3 minutes they finally said they were going to make our drinks. We finally got our drinks at 6:19 pm... I then asked the barista for the name of the barista that was originally helping us. She had a confused look on her face and said "oh I don't know, she's a borrowed partner" I said it was okay, I still wanted her name. She then said "I think it's Sarah" . I proceed to ask her to double check that for me (which she refused to do) and said her name was Sarah. So would like to say, Amy, i thank you for you help although it looked more force than willing. "Sarah" I understand you might have been burnt out from the "BOGO" promotion going on, but don't take it out on customers... please do better. I will say though, I will be taking this further with corporate and hope it's a kerning lesson and this never happens to anyone else. read more

Slow even for Starbucks, but then, the drive-through line was crazy. I went inside and still waited awhile. Got a caramel macchiato for Sweetie. (What do people think when I order that? Or when they see me walking her Yorkie? Oh, well.) She is not a huge Starbucks fan but they are convenient. I usually get something, just for a caffeine fix. Didn't this time. Service was okay. Prices are kinda high. The drinks are good not great. But, as with other monster chains, they're hard to avoid. read more

I love everything about this starbucks! The store is very spacious and they have a ton of product for sale. The baristas are super fast when making your drinks which is a huge plus because it can be busy. The fact that their super quik means no long lines to wait in either. My favorite go to drink is the Caramel brule hot which comes with two shots--energy for the rest of the day! I also love the vanilla bean and caramel macchiatto. The store is always very clean. The location is perfect, right outside of the mall and with a lot of parking space. I will definitely return. read more

I was passing this Starbucks on my way out of Target and my toddler, who has health problems, starting to breathe heavily. So we sat down in a chair so I could get her to calm down and an employee came out and said "we're clearly closed" i explained the situation and asked if she could please help and could my daughter please have a cup of water. The employee rolled her eyes at me and said "no we're closed" I understand they were closed and she was probably tired. But she could have made a horrible experience for a child better its disgusting that a person like this is allowed to function is society. read more

This is my own little Cheers~ everyone knows my name! The staff is really excellent & friendly here. They take the time to look at you, not through you, which I must say is quite refreshing. Most of the baristas even remember my order~ how cool is that? The seating is really good here too: They've got spots for large groups, cozy couples and small friend gatherings. There's even outside seating when weather permits. The music here is ever-changing and Wi-fi is free of charge. It's located outside Westfield Mall (the old Southlake Mall) next to the Tilted Kilt & Kohl's. (Just off Mississippi & US 30). Not to bad to get to but parking can be tight sometimes. The only negative for me is the lack of Vegan food options. As far as desserts~ nothing! The oatmeal (made with soy), some granola bars & snackage are the only vegan foods here since they got rid of the noodle bento box :( read more

I ordered a drink with no ice.. and this is what I got. Every other Starbucks I've been to, has still filled up the drink. The amount of money I've spent with Starbucks, while keeping up with their rewards, this was a slap in the face. I will never be going back to this Starbucks. Thank God I am ONLY here on vacation. I'm a fan of most Starbucks locations, and this one is no exception. The baristas are friendly, the coffee is excellent, and the service is fast. The only reason that I don't give this location 5 stars is that their recent remodel has made the dining experience decidedly less friendly and distinctly more corporate. They removed a lot of the "comfy" chairs and seating that used to grace the dining room and replaced them with tiny round tables and hard (albeit cushioned) benches that make it uncomfortable to sit in for more than an hour or so. This has been happening at a lot of the Starbucks locations in my area. It feels to me like they are trying to create a more "business-friendly" atmosphere where people can gather for short meetings. It does not feel like a "friendly local coffee shop" where I can relax with my friends as it once did. That disappoints me. read more

This Starbucks is always busy but the staff is polite and still manages to remember who the regulars are--including our drinks. The interior seating could be better. Always feels a little cramped. There is outdoor seating for the warmer days. Music here has never been obnoxious and the coffee is always good. read more

This is the SLOWEST Starbucks I have ever been to!! I placed an order for pick when I was 8 minutes away. I have now been waiting for over 38 minutes for my coffee!!! I literally could have gone to Kohl's, bought a coffee maker, driven home and made my own in less time! I have come here b4 but this is the first for me to check in and writing a review. Well this was a fantastic day to choose to Yelp! Came the wife and treated her to a drink and sweet for taking good care of me while I was sick for a couple of days. Thought I continue with a hot tea to complete my healing and was cheerfully met at the counter by Eric. As soon as I ask for tea but not sure of which one...he brought the whole tea display from behind the counter to the very front for me to see! Eric was not only cordial during the time that he was serving us but afterwards came over to our table and performed an espresso art for us! What a treat...my wife and I were just discussing ourselves learning to do such a thing, especially since I have been looking for an espresso machine online for half of the day. On my way down south, none of the Starbucks at the oasis were open so I came off 65 and used the app to hunt this down. I went through the drive thru, so it was my entire experience however, I did take note the were extremely friendly and the service was fast. I will probably skip the oasis on my trips down south a couple times a year and seek this location out. Would highly recommend. read more

If you want a coffee, honestly just avoid the Starbucks out here. Constantly have problems with simple things like light ice. Even better, I have only a half hour lunch so I preordered my drink to save time. I was blatantly ignored I tried saying excuse me fairly loud only to continue to be ignored. I drink Starbucks nearly everyday and this is my FAVORITE store. In the morning rush, the staff is friendly and orders are dishes out fairly quickly. My orders are almost always prepared to my likely and follow instructions and if not the staff is more than willing to replace or offer another item. Keep going you guys rock!! read more

This Starbucks is not the best I understand that they have to do some things differently but this was very bad. I had a mobile order and we went through the drive way because they didn't say anything to me while I was waiting outside because there wasn't a sign to tell anyone 1 at a time. When I went through the drive through they had 3/5 drinks wrong and forgot a cake pop. One drink was missing an important part and the other wasn't sweetened and the last was hot instead of iced. I double checked the order and it was all correct. We went in to get it fixed and they just have a bigger size of the same thing still missing stuff and they were extremely rude. The person that was in there before us was very angry too. I don't recommend going to this Starbucks. read more

Expensive but good, damn good so why would I complain? I will wake up in he middle of the night thinking about the macchiato I had there with the toffee chips. It was fabulous.
