First time I went in they gave me a cold sandwich! And I don't mean warm maybe it's been out no I mean they gave me a ICE COLD sandwich. Whatever I gave them another try and I ordered through the app I ordered two items a coffee and a sandwich , I got there when my order was supposed to be ready and it wasn't , no big deal I can wait , they took another 10 minutes to give me my coffee and another 10 minutes passed by I had to ask one of the things workers about my second item and she said "it should be right out" so I WAITED another 10 mins (I'm here 30 minutes now for my app order) and finally the lady working on sandwiches asks me what I'm waiting for and I told her and she said "oh yeah I don't have that item" so AFTER waiting 30 minutes they tell me they don't have it !! The unpleasant and impatient girl in the drive-through, whose name was Brianna, had no tolerance when I asked her to wait a moment, and she kept asking, "What else?" I still needed time, and it didn't even take that long to place my order. She rushed me through scanning my points because she knew I had enough and at the end, my points weren't even used, which I thought was really insulting given that she was talking to a coworker and not paying any attention at all. They have or had 2 male baristas that have provided excellent customer service, wished i had their names to recognize their professionalism, amazing customer service & caring personalities. I wish them the best in their careers and for them to be successful. However, the rest of the staff that I have personally dealt with lacks professionalism, respect, customer service & communication skills. This issue begins with Management because they've allowed these behaviors from their staff & have done an awful job hiring some of their employees. After today's incident, I reached out directly to Starbucks and got a reimbursement. To the barista that screamed at me, I hope you change your ways for your own good because that attitude won't get you very far. Hopefully there's improvement with this store, in the future. So I live a min away from this Starbucks and it's so sad how long they take. I was maybe thinking they're super understaffed and I think it's okay at times but when I got to the front to pay the worker there was working at a slow pace. When I got my drink it was watered down, it was not a frappe anymore and the sweet girl taking the orders was so kind told me to keep it and made me another one herself. She was helping the other worker and taking orders now she was working fast paced. PROPS to her, even though she didn't make my drink right. I felt bad cause she was working hard. I love this Starbucks location more than the Cecil location! Fast service, friendly employees, long drive thru, and did I mention FRIENDLY employees?? They always greet their customers and are super friendly when you leave. AND one night, I came in 30 mins before they close and guess what? Their doors were still open unlike the Cecil location. The employees didn't even look bothered that I came in so late (and I know that can be annoying). They were happy to help me and that's what I loved. I always, alwaysssss order a green tea latte and it is either filled to the brim with ice and I get a good 3 sips out of it, the matcha is gathered at the bottom or it taste like nothing .. Today, I ordered a venti iced green tea latte with easy ice, whole milk and an extra scoop of matcha powder.. I grabbed my order put it in my cupholder then drove home without looking at it. I have never left a negative review on Yelp until today. I had the most awful customer service experience at this location by a worker named Asia. She was the rudest employee along with the rest of the evening staff. I waited for over 20 minutes as I watched all other customers get their drinks. When I asked for the second time politely if my drink was being made the girl named Asia scoffed at me and told me that they are working on it. Another 10 minutes goes by and at this point I am annoyed when she tells me that they ran out of dragonfruit and couldn't make my drink and proceeded to tell me rudely to get back in line if I wanted a refund. Mind you, I saw her and the other staff make 4 other dragonfruit refresher drinks for other customers who ordered after me. No apologies for the wait or offering alternatives and she goes back to making other drinks. I get it, you're busy, but the amount of rudeness to a customer who just waited 30+ minutes is ridiculous. Wasted my time. To the rude af employee, Asia, I hope you get proper training and relearn basic customer service etiquettes. Clean, spacious & nice staff! Stopped here on a Saturday morning to pick-up our mobile order. Our order w/ drinks & food was ready when we got there & in the time the app said. As we left however, one of our drinks slipped out of our hands & spilled on a table & all on the floor. The team were so great & assured us so kindly that we did not need to worry. Honestly I never complain but I ordered a Mocha frappucino and got a Vanilla bean. How do you even mix that up ? The colors of the drink are nothing near the same, and the Tag on the drink literally said mocha on it but the drink was vanilla. It said NO whip and had whip cream which wasn't a big deal just annoyed at the fact that I wanted coffee and got something completely different. I get it if it was the first time but something happens almost everytime I go.
