Love this Starbucks but I noticed recently that it has its days where they are still really good on getting your order done but they aren't that great with customer service. Usually they're nice people here but today I went with a huge order which in their defense is difficult when they're busy. Although, when I ordered they gave me 1 thing wrong no big deal we just mentioned it and waited. The part that upset me was that one of the girl employees decided to say "they waited just for that". We were not upset or rude at the moment but that comment showed that they have no respect for customers. We still left telling them thank you but with that I will choose the other Starbucks instead so that they do not feel so pressured to say comments. read more

The drinks are definitely made better here than at the other location in town but service is incredibly slow. We ordered for pickup through the app (two drinks and a sandwhich) at 5:10. We arrived at the location at 5:15.. and it's currently 5:42 and we have not received our items. If it weren't for the fact that we payed online already I would have asked for a refund and went to McDonald's for coffee. read more

Six people in here and they are SO slow!!! Ordered an iced coffee and got two pieces of ice in it....ordering your grande drink in a venti cup and asking for extra cold foam does not mean I want more drink! I want the extra room for the extra cold foam!!! They also forgot the third drink we had and had to go ask for it. There was some girl, I'm guessing a manager, who was walking around pretending to be useful but was not managing her people if she was actually helping her people wouldn't be so slow to get orders out. This is the same problem the other Starbucks location in Delano has, a manager who obviously does not know how to manage. If I can order the same drink every day and get a different version of it each time, that means you need to train your people on consistency! Your wait times should not be so long with you have 2 customers in the store and 3 cars in the drive thru and 6 people working! read more

Service is horrible I have been in line for one hour. I finally left my husband in drive threw and walk inside to see how busy they really were and there was 1 CUSTOMER INSIDE!! 1 wat the heck and they had only 2 employees!! So I went back in the car threw drive threw finally made it to window 1 hour and 10 minutes later!! This is real time! And the employee Danny had horrible attitude! What a disappointment!! I am a fan of Starbucks. I used to enjoy spending my nights at this Starbucks with my friends studying and doing homework. There are a handful of employees at this location specially that have terrible attitudes and will not listen to what you have to say. I was just there yesterday with my friend and she ordered a hot chocolate and never received her order, she went to ask if her order was coming up anytime soon and they told her it should be ready soon and it had already been over 20 minutes since she had ordered her drink. They never gave her the drink so she had to reorder it once again she did no get her darn drink!!! She had to place her order 3 times! It was ridiculous. read more

Starbucks on Woollomes ave is HORRIBLE I cannot believe how long they took for 1 car on drive through and went I asked for a hot coffee they did not want to brew more coffee. I asked for another hot coffee they add whip cream to my coffee and she she passed me the coffee the lid was not shut right and spilled all of my freaking car!! By far the worst service they don't deserve a star! read more

The most horrible customer service I have ever received at a Starbucks. I understand when you're busy and you want to get through the day I worked in the food industry before. But yet there is a line between good customer service and just plain rude. Kenia was the person taking orders and she said there was no food it plain bagels and no whipped cream. Then I asked for a bagel with cream cheese but there was no cream cheese only butter. So she walks away and I see something better in the fridge section so I tried to tell her I didn't want the bagel but all she said rudely was I'll be right there. Then I seen her trying to put a bagel in the oven and I told her I didn't want it she slammed it down and threw the tongs. She came back and look so frustrated. It's not my fault that they didn't have anything and my order had to be altered. So after taking the rest of the lines order she runs out and said she is gonna go to lunch and looking all pissed. If you can't handle the industry don't be in it. Don't take your frustration out on customers. The rest of the workers were nice very friendly. read more
