Please! - please - all servers get rid of the damn gloves. Your bathroom is far away and so hand washing is an issue- While I get that, you need to fix this. We all get that the gloves are a farcical element added to make us feel like you are doing the right thing. I have taken 3 parties there in the last month and I am going to stop. The patio is packed. No one at the has masks on. I Completely understand that things are difficult now but these are elementary steps.The issue is this: all wait staff should stay away as often as possible, do not wear gloves, wash your hands in a station that is convenient for wait staff. Keep washing your hands. Do not wear gloves. Honestly? Until I see specifics that you get a clue about how to distance, wash your hands, keep the mask on, and get rid of the stupid gloves, I will not be taking any other people to #lebiblioquet . ... I'm not going to even mention the birthday party and the loud music and the sparklers and no one with masks and loads of alcohol and honestly? This locations awful. I have an office staff of 12 that order here, and today will be our last time. There is always something wrong in our order...one of the drinks we have here is actually curdled and a couple drinks the staff doesn't know. Here's a little advice-if a guest orders a drink that you don't know, maybe you should ask what it is. Chances are the customer has most likely been there longer than you. Yes it's a Starbucks but it's a beautiful neighborhood Starbucks and the baristas are polite and efficient and I like that. The seating area here is just gorgeous, with an open air concept to enjoy a 65 degree Saturday in January. Though it's not my favorite coffee in the world, it's consistent and a nice place to sit outside on a beautiful day. read more

The coffee may the the same at all Starbucks however not all Starbucks are the same. I appreciate how the staff at the Fillmore Starbucks in Cherry Creek gets to know its regular customers. Low turnover and attention to detail along with fast service make it a treat to stop in a pick up a coffee, even if you are the eighth person in line. read more

Never thought I'd be reviewing a Starbucks, but I thought this location deserved a shoutout for being an usual one. Of course, it being located in Cherry Creek, it had to be nice, right? My girlfriend and I were in the neighborhood and killing time after dinner before a movie one night and just came upon this place. Unlike some locations that are understandably set up for just getting your coffee to go, this Starbucks was so much more inviting with its open air patio with tables, lounge chairs, and a fire going. We had no trouble finding a little corner for us and ended up staying longer than intended. read more

Ok, here's the 411 on this Starbucks. As of late (early 2012) it is often having problems with its refrigerated section up front with the box lunches. I am not a fan of frozen eggs in my protein box. They often run through their meals, too, as this is a busy location. The crowd here is business-ish, so finding a seat is often difficult, as the tables and chars are frequently occupied by people working on their laptops. During the warm months you can take advantage of the plethora of outdoor seating. The patrons and staff are all friendly. It seems like no matter who is working, they are always happy to take/give me my order. They have parking on the left side of the building, where Einstein's used to be and soon to be a new taco spot. read more

10/10 the best starbucks I've ever gone to! I go every Wednesday on my lunch break and they have the best service! I love the workers so much they are always fast at getting your order and super friendly! They always recommend drinks for me and I always end up liking a new drink every week! So before when i used to work every day in cherry creek i would go by at least twice a week at around 10am and had to wait like 10 15 min for a coffee :| BUT the staff is always nice :) before i stop going there frequently, they had memorized my order which as a server myself i find as an effort added to your job. I am a faithful Starbucks patron for 30 years+, grew up near Seattle where the essence of the company began. Tonight, I had an experience unlike the typical. The store closes at 9:00. There were roughly 20 patrons present. I was sitting in the section just to the left of the counter as you walk in. To denounce that I was freeloading... I purchased a Venti Americano, popcorn, a protein pack and a bottled water. I was working near the corner at the window, when at 8:10, the staff put all the chairs in that area up on top of the tables. Within and instant, it was clear my business was not valued and I was being ushered out. Keep in mind, it wasn't 8:45 or 8:50, it was literally 8:10. The other patron packed up and left. I packed up and decided to comment to what appeared to be the manager on staff. Rather than empathy and apology, I was told "yeah, she is just going to be cleaning the floors on that side". Again, 8:10... So there is no mistake in my commentary, I run a 60+ million dollar business in Denver. If one of my employees ever closed prematurely or gave some illogical reason for why they were completely closing off a section despite patrons currently sitting in the section, there would be immediate performance issues being addressed. I love Starbucks, but this experience was completely unacceptable and I can't believe management would be ok with it. It is not normal for me to comment in this fashion, but this one simply needs to be addressed. read more
