They always make my coffee perfectly and are super fast! I've never had them mess up an order and they have way more high protein options food-wise than your typical coffee shop or fast food restaurant. All COVID protocols are accounted for. Disclaimer: I am not a coffee drinker but instead, a tea drinker. However, everyone knows of Starbucks coffee and as best I can determine, it is good coffee. So to write a review about Starbucks, I need to concentrate on this particular store. It is located at the very heart of Cherry Creek North-- awesome location. It is nicely sized and has a large outdoor patio with heat lamps. All very nice. The interior is roomy and welcoming. In other words, it is a nice Starbucks to patronize. This is the "touristy" Starbucks of CCN. On the weekends, suburban mommies emerge from their SUV's, toting not only their bloated shopping bags, but their overindulged offspring. They behave like locusts - gulping $5 coffee creations and devouring the just thawed low-fat muffins Starbucks unloads by the frozen truckload, which are nearly as big as their silicone injected....oh sorry, got distracted. If you go early, before 9 AM, you can avoid all this tumult; but why would you when you can observe the merchandise behind your mirrored shades on the sun-splashed patio? It can be entertaining, in a Margaret Mead or Hugh Heffner kind of way, you pick. Seriously, this Starbucks has one of the best patios for people watching in all of Denver. Fillmore and 2nd is ground zero for reviewing the peacocks on display, not only from the Ranch, but also the international fashion victims from all corners of the globe who use the mall and boutique shops as their personal clearance center. On weekdays it is a much more native and compliant kind of crowd that calls: office drones from the investment houses and banks, laptops in tow, retail clerks on their 15 minute coffee and cig breaks, discharged masters of the universe pouring over every word in their newspapers for hours on end, realtors yammering on their smartphones, and of course the weekly meetings of the first wives clubs, who peevishly gossip about their never-enough maintenance agreements. All this is undeniably worth the price of admission: one Grande Carmel macchiato, extra hot please! That's why I love it here. read more

Best oven setting for the artisan sandwiches. They make them just perfect. While I'll never give Starbucks 5 stars until they stop selling "peaches and cream" muffins without the cream, this particular location is pretty darn close. While other coffee shops go overboard on the sweet side of things, Starbucks offers a welcome variety. Getting their artisan sandwiches baked properly though in their powerful Turbochef oven has been a challenge - until now. The staff here is always friendly, upbeat and professional. Better yet, they apparently took the time to find out what is the best setting for the oven to bake the sandwiches just right. No cheese spilling into the bag. No burned crust, no half warm sandwich. I'm visiting from out of town, and was leaving Denver this morning headed up to Breckenridge. I stopped into this Starbucks briefly after checking out of my hotel. From the second I walked in, everyone was so happy and helpful. I wish I would have caught his name, but to the guy with colorful hair- your personality just shines! (Starbs big wigs- Give this boy a raise.) He was the most joyful, authentic, happy person I've encountered in a long time. And major bonus points to him for making THE BEST toasted white chocolate mocha I've ever had! Best Starbucks location I've been to! read more

I travel a great deal and have literally visited over 200 Starbucks all across the country. So when I say "I know my Starbucks" I have some street creds to back that up. Out of all those hundreds of locations, this one has the nicest outdoor patio I have ever experienced. Why you ask? * It's huge. * The furniture is extremely comfortable. * It has a beautiful contemporary fireplace that is a pleasure it watch but also supplies heat on those cool Denver days. Fellow Yelper John V. has posted an excellent pic. * Speaking of heat, there are also overhead heaters to help keep the chill away. * Lots of folks tie their dogs up while they go in for their latte. They appreciate that they can easily see them from inside. * Finally it's an excellent location for people watching. Coffee was awesome. However the lady at the register taking my order was very rude. She clearly hates her job. Usually Starbucks employees are so happy and nice but I was next in line and she just stared at me without even a hello. Just widened her eyes like "are you gonna order". Everyone else was cheerful and nice but this girl is not a nice or happy person. read more

I've been to MANY Starbucks in my life and this was probably the filthiest one I've ever set foot in. The floors were sticky and grimy and the tables clearly hadn't been wiped down in HOURS, perhaps all day. The trash bins were heaping with garbage and the chairs were disgusting. The outside patio, which would normally be rather charming because they have nice furniture and a fire pit, was equally third-world. The employees were chatting with one another and ignoring customers. We walked in to order and there was no line but it took almost 5 minutes for service. Mind you, there were 4 people working at 6:30 PM and we were literally 2 of maybe 5 people total in the store (customers). Avoid this location unless you want to be ignored and maybe contract a virus from the garbage and filth floating around and sticking to all of the furniture. read more

I am definitely *not* a Starbucks fanatic, but they were the only coffee shop open after 8 PM in Cherry Creek...glad they were!,the place was enticing as it was due to the large outdoor seating area they had. lots of wicker sofas with. cushions and tables...obviously they had lighting and it appeared heating units up a nice for those cool nights? But despite the cool, and rather large outdoor seating area, what made this one really special was the incredibly courteous and fun workers. the guy who took our order was incredible knowledgeable and way more helpful than I have ever experienced at a Starbucks. Two of us ordered custom roast coffees so he showed us the new machine which brewed beans at different temperature water based on the roast you chose. it was a fresh, customized coffee made to order. never seen or heard of it before. I just came to this starbucks in between a doctor's appointment and dinner. I loved the remodel they did. It created so much more space because they have a huge seating area outside. It's set up with heated lamps and firepits. And some really comfy couches. It's great for the Coloradan who likes to be out but not cooped up inside a coffee shop. I came when it was slow so the baristas were nice. They were out of my drink but made an even better selection as a replacement. I like when people give me options. The only reason why this isn't a 5 star is because using the ladies room was a little taxing. It's down a ways in the neighboring building and it was like a maze to find. I know it's not their fault but when you drink a lot of tea and water, you just gotta go. I can't wait to return. read more

Love that they offer adult beverages here. Stopped in to enjoy a beverage, light snack, and enjoyed it all on the outdoor seating area. They are also kid friendly as we got our daughter a kids steamed milk. Overall a great location and the outdoor seating is wonderful with excellent shading. We will be back. read more

I usually don't go to Starbucks but in this occasion I was looking for a simple americano. As most Starbucks are the same and usually differentiate themselves in customer service and overall care for the store. I came up to a friendly looking person and asked if this was the place to put in my order. Backing up a little bit this store is a little confusing as two entrances to the cashiers area and not clear which was to go. The individual waved his hand and barely made eye contact. As I was not sure I asked again and finally answered me in one word "yes." I put in my order and again got the sense that I was bothering his day with my order. I met his attention and asked him his name (Collin). I tried one more time to engage in some sort of reply. It just a final grunt after he took me name. Too bad and another shot against chain stores and lack of customer service and training. At least I got some coffee. read more

Very congested today, with very slow service My soy chai was terrible and watery. If I'm paying $5 for a chai I want it to be perfect. They gave me a typical, snotty, moron look, as I asked for a replacement. This is usually a stupid idea anyway, as if they didn't make it right the first time, it means they don't know what they are doing. I get a chai daily in several different Starbucks locations, including Denver and New York City, and they are usually awesome read more

One employee starts yelling me because im pull a little my mask to the front because the employee that took my order they can't understand me. He was more tah 6 feet behind the glass. Follow act he walked outside without mask. Some people don't understand the protocol and the way to communicate with the customers. Very bad experience. read more

After a wonderful Cherry Creek Lunch Club a group of still wanted to hang out and chit chat and we opted for the Starbucks in the center of Cherry Creek. One of the bigger Starbucks I've scene. Great indoor seating area and an even bigger and better patio outside. This has to be the best Cherry Creek viewing area in town. Sit on the patio and watch the Cherry Creek crowd strut on by with their Coach bags (I want one), designer shoes (one day), and labeled dresses (getting one soon). It's a cat walk of gorgeous people enjoying Cherry Creek and all that the area has to offer. Drinks are on point with every other Starbucks and the Barista's are warm and friendly. I may be that future person with a lap top on the patio watching the world go by in the near future, watch out for me. read more

Then I asked how he was gonna make iced coffee, and he said he had ice only for iced coffee. WTF???? Am I not buy an expensive bottle of water here that isn't even that cold? So rude and shady. There is lots of seating at this particular 'bucks, but the place is super popular, so it is still not that easy to find a place to sit down and enjoy your coffee. I almost wish there was an "actively consuming starbucks products section" that was separated from the, "I plan to camp here for several hours on laptop section". The outdoor patio is rather nice, and is a prime location for watching the shiny patrons of Cherry Creek walking by. My coffee was serve quickly and tasted good. A minor complaint, either the prices are a bit higher here, or they did not give me my starbucks card discount when I purchased my beverage. I will admit that I love me some Starbucks, but this one leaves me underwhelmed. I do like their patio seating and that I can keep an eye on the puppy dog if I need to tie him up outside to get my drink, but they've always been painfully slow whenever I come here. Granted they may be slower in the summer with all of the iced beverages, but they were churning out one drink every 4 minutes or so. The baristas were nice, but it seemed like they spend more time gabbing with each other than making beverages. I'm going with 3 stars because I like the patio and they do get the drinks right - even if you start to feel like you're in the DMV. read more

I'm not usually super into chain coffee places, but I got a gift card from a friend. The staff were super friendly and quick. The main things that surprised me were how big this Starbucks is and the amenities they offer. They have a large patio and even have a fire pit! This new location is awesome. It is huge and offers lots of space without feeling over crowded. Apparently they have a nice sitting area outside in the summer with a fireplace as well. Definitely an upgrade to all the renovations being done in cherry creek north. This is close to my salon so it is super easy to walk to. Only complaint was the customer service. The two people working on the very slow evening I went in did not want to be at work. But oh well. Other than that my drink was good and it was made fast! read more

During this year's Cherry Creek Arts Festival, we stopped in here numerous times for breakfast and coffee. The staff was friendly each time, but orders did take quite a while to be filled. It was a holiday weekend, and a large festival was going on outside the doors, so that is certainly understandable. However, on one day in particular, they had completely run out of ice. This was disappointing as coffee shops in the area are at a minimum, and our group was really looking forward to having an ice coffee. The other Starbucks at 3rd and Clayton was out as well. Overall, good service, nice location, and great outdoor patio. read more

This place is located in the heart of Cherry Creek. I love the layout of the cafe. There are plenty of seating options available with three Couch areas offered. Restrooms are shared with other building suites and is somewhat challenging to find. The staff is friendly and expeditious. Parking is definitely a challenge. read more

This place rules. Great coffee, tasty food and friendly baristas. Special points go to the two dudes who were manning the counter last night; they gave me a little "public service" discount and thanked me personally for doing what I do. How cool of them; but those cats deserve our appreciation for tolerating the snotty milfs and the too-cool douches who populate CC North. Bit of advice for anyone who has yet to patronize this location: get there early, especially on weekends, for the seats are a commodity here. They go fast. Then, enjoy the view.
