I've been a patron of this business for about a year with no problems. Today, I was reprimanded for bringing my son's service animal while grabbing a pickup order!? There was also an aggressive pitbull barking from a truck with OPEN windows outside the restaurant. I told the employee this, and he just looked and walked away. l've visited this Starbucks location several times, and while most of the staff are friendly, l've occasionally had issues with my drink not being made consistently. I completely understand that mistakes can happen, and whenever I've asked for a remake, l've always done so politely. However, during my most recent visit at the drive-thru, I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Jasmine. When she handed me my drink, she asked "is this right?" in a tone that came across as sarcastic or rude. After I pointed out that the drink appeared to be made incorrectly, she responded in a dismissive and unprofessional way and mentioned that I "always complain" about my drink, which I found unfair, as I've only ever asked for corrections when something was clearly off, she also did not fix it and left it with almost no milk. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a nearly $7 drink to be made correctly, and l've always tried to be respectful in my interactions. This particular experience stood out because of the attitude I received, which didn't reflect the otherwise positive service l've had from other team members. read more

I wish I could rate this SB a ZERO. Stuff is so expensive nowadays, it'd be nice if what you ordered was maybe a tiny bit remotely fresh. This is a "destination spot" so it's very busy- I get that- however, what I don't get is when you know you've got 14 cars in the drive thru, why would you make a frozen beverage the minute it's ordered before the customer gets to the speaker to let you know they've got a mobile order?? I ordered a frappe and by the time we got to the window it was entirely melted. After spending 22 minutes in the drive thru, I wasn't about to go inside to have them spend another 22 minutes making it again. Do yourself a favor and go literally *anywhere* else. read more

We love us a nice Starbucks! We came visit this Starbucks while on vacation in Destin, FL. The line was quick and I was able to redden my stars with no issue to get a free drink. The staff at this location was also very nice and accommodating. We got 2 pink drinks with peach juice and vanilla sweet cream cold foam on top, 2 vanilla bean Frappuccino with caramel drizzle on top. We also got for unicorn cake pops for the kids! Overall, love this place and we receive 5 star service every time and at every location. read more

We went through drive-through to order a single Venti coffee. They couldn't hear us through the drive through speaker so we pulled forward and waited a long time to get to the window. Once we got there we tried to again place our order. The girl told us she could've take our order though the window. What?! How hard is it to say "Ok, one Venti coffee coming up. Instead she said it would mess up our count. We it messed up something alright. I messed up me never returning to that Starbucks. One thing I learned in business, never turn down money. My wife and I are Destin resident who live nearby. We used to really like this store but will not likely come as often because of a new and inconvenient policy of hiding straws, stirring stick and Splenda beyond the reach of customers. If they are busy (and they are a busy store) you have to wait to get somebody's attention and then wait for a silly straw! Furthermore, train your staff not to refer to a customer disrespectfully as LOVE, DARLING or BUDDY. read more

I visited this location on October 19th mid-morning. I ordered an iced coffee and went to pay with a $50 bill. The woman at the register said, don't you have anything smaller, or a card or anything? I said no. She said she "can't break a $50 just for a $5 drink." She did not even give an excuse of not having change (even though this transaction would not remove all her small bills. It would be two $20s and a $5.) She would not let me pay with a $50 so I left. I don't understand the problem with paying with a $50 bill. I imagine they have ways to check larger bills. We mobile ordered and it was ready quickly. The staff was friendly but we go to a coffee shot for good tasting coffee and ours was not so I give only 2 stars.. One drink was a latte and the other a caramel macchiato. Both tasted nasty. No flavor in the macchiato. Very disappointing and will choose to go elsewhere next time. read more

Worst Starbucks I have been to. They offered online order and Outside pickup, but then told us after 15 minutes of waiting, to get in the long drive through line. And of course by the time we made it to the window (30 mins later) our coffee was cold!! I asked them to please make another since it was 45 MINUTE COLD COFFEE. I'm a huge Starbucks fan and a past employee to the corporation but my trip to this store was not enjoyable. Mainly for the fact that the woman with purple hair left me at the register waiting for a good few minutes. I stayed patient for the time being but my main problem was the lack of customer care and the amount of time it took for my drink to be made. I didn't complain at the time but when I went back to get my partners drink to-go the same woman I mentioned before barely acknowledged me and yet again they took quite a long time for my drink to be made. It seemed as if no one was worried about mine or the family's order before my own. On the bright side both drinks were both made very well.
