We got a pack of four doughnuts and my favorite was the honey glazed and blueberry hill. They were so crispy and delicious, that we went back on our last day, so we could bring some home. The staff didn't seem very welcoming, and the interactions felt rushed. Since not all of the doughnut flavors were visible, we asked if a specific one was available, and it felt like our question was more of an inconvenience than anything else. We also noticed similar interactions with other customers while we were there. Our coffee order wasn't prepared quite right either, and the overall experience just didn't have the friendly, upbeat atmosphere we've come to expect from Parlor. We'll definitely continue visiting Parlor Doughnuts because the food is consistently excellent, but this particular location didn't leave the same impression that Jacksonville has.
