Haven't been to this Starbucks in a very long time. Not because I don't like it here but just because I havent had time. Also I am not a big fan of the parking lot lol this is why I park where the Snack Shack (shhhh) I ordered the CARAMEL BRULEE with extra BRULEE (of course) The customer service here is great!! I am pretty sure the Starbucks employee's name was Bret? He was energetic considering I was half asleep and needed my coffee lol but he made me want to come back.. Which I will! There is also a side door you can walk out of, which is just a short walk back to Snack Shack where I parked my car. Also near the side door is where all the goodies are such as the vanilla, cup sleeves, stirrers and napkins. Why do I even bother to go to Starbucks anymore? On Thanksgiving, I ordered 3 coffee via mobile order. When I got there, I realized my order was still not ready yet. No biggie. After getting my 2 drinks, my 3rd drink finally came out....but it wasn't edible. The worker put "not available" and put 5 dollars and 25 cents in my cup. As I was asking them what this money was for and if I can order another drink, the barista cuts me off and says "we don't have that drink here and that's your refund" HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I feel like they should have asked me if I wanted to order something else OR block that drink off your mobile order section so people don't order it. I will not return to this location. read more

A very busy intersection and so the parking lot is one way. Supposedly. This Starbucks has a different layout from ones I've seen before. I think it was a converted home. A very small downstairs sitting area with only two tables in addition to the usual counters and coolers with sandwiches and pastries. Upstairs seating area is a lot bigger, if you're okay with stairs. Staff seemed friendly enough and while I sat there with my coffee and breakfast sandwich, they took care of customers quickly while they kibbitzed. There is no drive through. read more

Yesterday was my first time at this Starbucks, just a day before Thanksgiving. My companion ordered two venti blond coffees, being advised by two baristas that that particular coffee choice offered the maximum caffeine, as she indicated she needed exactly that. I ordered a venti hot chocolate and dark chocolate Graham crackers - a non coffee drinker although an ally to coffee drinkers. The baristas, from ordering to receipt of my hot chocolate were friendly, full of the holiday cheer, and made me want to brave the cold morning to revisit them again today. Starbucks hot chocolate goes well with banana bread, strawberries and early morning breakfast conversation back at home with dear relatives on our holiday visit. What a terrible place. They're rude and dismissive. I had an issue with my order and after 25 minutes of waiting I finally asked and they basically blamed it on another customer taking my order. It was so hard to park here. This Starbucks is fairly busy (especially on Sunday). Since the parking lot is on the corner of an intersection maneuvering around is a real pain. Besides that though this is a good Starbucks. Service is pretty quick and the building looks great. As long as you have the patience to find parking feel free to utilize this Starbucks. read more

I really like this starbucks, the building is super cute, and the staff is very friendly. I've read some of the reviews and I cannot agree with them. I've never had a problem here and I frequent this starbucks because it is close to where I work. The coffee counter is downstairs but upstairs they have a separate floor with tables and sofas so it's great to sit, have a cup of coffee and read. My negative about this starbucks is that the parking lot tends to be full and its difficult to get out of it depending on what direction your heading since its a highly traveled road. There isn't a lot to say about Starbucks so far as their offerings go, because they're pretty consistent across the chain. The only thing to comment on then is the service and the actual store. As for the Dresher store, something changed a couple of months ago and all of the faces I had become accustomed to seeing turned over in a time period of what seemed like overnight. The new people are efficient and nice, but they're a little less personable than the former employees. I have not had any issues with the service otherwise -- they've been prompt and accurate with my drink orders. As for the store itself, it's generally clean and there is ample seating upstairs. They have a variety of table sizes as well as the over sized armchairs, so sitting there during a lunch break reading or knitting is very inviting. People seem to "fight" over the outlets as there aren't many available. The parking is horrendous. People make their own spots and park in the handicapped spaces. I've even seen people drive up on the grass next to the dumpsters. Some people tend to camp out in their cars there and have phone conversations or check email -- this is not the place for that. People also don't abide by the "one way" directive, so that makes things worse. I would say one out of seven times I go there I give up on finding a spot and drive down the road to the Maple Glen location. The parking situation is what it is -- it's not a deterrent, but it's definitely an inconvenience. read more

Other than the very limited parking (as every other reviewer has noted) this is a great Starbucks. I've never had a problem with the staff and surprisingly never had my order messed up. The staff seems to be knowledgeable of all the new Starbucks products coming out and are very attentive to every customer. I'd say this is the product of a great manager, but I never actually see the manager around working with the staff, so it must just be great personalities on their part. I've never stuck around to lounge around in the upstairs but it does make a cozy workspace if one is needed. Stop by this Starbucks and you won't be disappointed. read more

I've been coming to this location almost everyday for the past two years. I really miss the old crew, It's just not the same. It used to be one nice cooperative happy team. No more smiles, no more heys, it's just simply order, grab, and go, which is fine too but only if my drinks are prepped the right way. I want my coffees fresh not burnt. My iced teas should be shaken all the time not only upon request, right? my drinks should be served in clean cups, not all sticky and overflowing right? A little better than your basic run of the mill Starbucks as there is good parking out front and a large and comfortable second floor lounge with natural light. Perfect for lounge lizarding, so be ye frog or toad you can raise your body temp with a nice latte and some sunlight on a chilly morning. read more

I visited this store on 08/28/18 6:30 am , restroom was dirty , toilet papers was all over the floor, there was no soup to wash hand. The girl gave me dark roast coffee tested like water, I asked her is it dark roast, she moved her head up and down, because she was on the phone texting or searching, she was on the phone texting, when I entered the store also. This place needs to be shut down or fixed unless Starbucks likes to runes it's name by this few. read more

I'm not sure why i haven't written a review before. This is my go to spit to pick up my morning. Staff know me by name and my order. It's nice to have a real conversation versus knowing people are being completely fake because their boss may be there. They always ask how you are and it always feel genuine. As for the drinks, I'm never disappointed. They care if they get your order right. I order a Carmel drink every time and they're pretty good with making sure the Carmel isn't everywhere. I placed a mobile order yesterday just to get home and realize one of my refrigerated drinks (evolution) was expired a month ago! I return to the store today to tell them and the barista offered to give me a refund and a new drink. A lady behind me tells me to go and get my drink. I tell her I'm waiting for my money to be refunded I'll get it after. She's tell me no, go get my drink. The barista then tells me this lady is the manager (Sheryl). She then proceeds to be rude and tell me I can either get a refund or another drink with a horrible tone and attitude being prejudice more than likely because of my race and trying to get me out the store. I'm now irritated and grab another drink. As I'm getting my drink she proceeds to introduce everyone to her family as if I was taking to long and THAT was more important than my situation. Her costumer service was horrible. I should've just gotten a refund but I didn't want to be around anymore negativity. I will NEVER return to this Starbucks and yet it's down the street from my office. I guess anyone can be a manager these days. Horrible! read more
