I really do love Starbucks coffee and food items. The people who work there are usually all very friendly and helpful. The stores I visit are clean and the quality of the coffee is always good. I go to this Starbucks A LOT during the week and the workers are very friendly. They greet me by name and somehow however they make the iced blonde vanilla latte is ELITE! It's like whoever is making it just adds a little extra pizzazz it is delicious. My dog loves getting a puppucino, too. I feel safe hopping in to pick up a mobile order- people stay spaced out fairly well and there isn't seating available right now because of Covid. A great stop! read more

I love Starbucks and this place is a nice location overall. 4/5 stars if you go to order from this location in person but for ordering online for delivery I give it 0/5 because they do not allow you to modify your drinks the way you want it. The purpose of being able to doordash things is to get what you want at the time and place without needing to actually go to the place and if I can't get what I want to be delivered to where I am then there's no point I ordering it. There's really no point in having a delivery service for this location if you don't allow the drinks to be modified. That's the only reason I even like Starbucks is they way we can modify our drinks to fit our liking. read more

Visiting the area and stopping in at a Java staple. This location has no drive thru and is located on a busy street- use street parking as there is no dedicated side or backlot parking. Extremely fun/nice barista staff. Cons: manager pulled staff to take a "quiz" in front of waiting customers- definitely took away from the great impression! Purchased a new tumbler. Barista asked to fill it with drink and I agreed, only to find out later they never removed the paper insert instructions and plastic! . Double check next time! read more

Great Starbucks located in Downtown Duluth. I don't think there are any others in town... I think all the others are Caribou. Oh wait, I think Target Miller Hill "technically" has a Starbucks too. But I like this downtown location. Large windows, on a corner (like nearly every other SBUX).... and friendly staff. Plenty of tables and chairs here, so always a good number of customers using the complimentary WiFi or chatting it up. Small bone to pick: ordered a tall Blonde roast, and it wasn't even lukewarm. I dont like starbucks' so I'm getting that out of the way before I start. This post has nothing to do with the franchise, but more on the quality of the product and service. My partner and I went in to get some nice warm drinks so that we could wait for our event to start. We decided to come and get a peppermint mocha and a chai tea latte. The mocha was very delicious and so was the latte, though pricey (but can't argue with that since its a franchise). The lady at the register was quite nice, and so was the one service the drinks. I will give it a 2 (other than the fact that I think that this chain could produce cheaper coffee) because, though it is quite nice inside, I am not a fan of the atmosphere within. One male employee was stocking food and, unbeknownst to me, I was in his way. When I asked him if I was in his way and apologized I got a rather rude remark back, letting me know I WAS in his way with very much attitude. Now, this was before we ordered, so I was rather close to leaving, but decided to stay since I brushed it off as no big deal. My big beef with this place, other than that incident, was the fact that all the homeless people come in through the side door. Two homeless men entered the bathroom together, which is the time I decided to leave. They hovered around the restroom until then, which is where we were sitting near. I think this place should have a key for restroom use not a code, which makes it easier to access for these people... I don't think I'll be returning, there are many more coffee shops in the area. read more

I ordered an iced latte, they must've not put the normal amount of espresso because it was white, like milk. Tasted like plain milk too. I was expecting a regular, plain latte, with espresso you know, but it just tasted like watered down milk. read more

I Love my Starbucks, and am flexible with it being busy, but this last visit was a disaster. I've been here quite a few times in the past and have never been overly impressed with the staff but the past weekend went beyond just "eh" staff. Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning, the beverage cooler was filled with gallons of milk. The bakery case was filled with boxes of smoothie mix. The bakery item Sunday morning was still frozen (with hardly any options left). The girl on bar had to remake the 4 drinks before us. The girl on register, after ordering one of our drinks as a dark roast, she turned around and tried getting coffee out of the dark roast and when she realized it was empty, she moved her body to block us from seeing she was putting in whatever ever was left from the other light and decaf pots. Needless to say, it was understaff and what was staffed where ill-trained. And the management of bakery and milk order was clearly poorly executed. read more

Overall I like it here. The smoothies are decent and is a nice place to stop before work or on break. It'd get four stars, except there's one guy who works there that freaked out on me for not asking him name?? It was busy and I didn't want to hold up the line so I quickly ordered. He then snottily replied "my names "blank" by the way". I believe he said something else but I can't quite remember. It seems like whenever I go in there he has a bad attitude, although that could just be his personality. Otherwise the place is always very clean considering how many people go through and everyone else is friendly. read more
