They have many different pour over methods and apparatus! They have lots of unique and delicious flavors of coffee from different regions of the world! It has that welcoming, open window feel where you can grab a drink to go or sit and relax. They've clearly put thought into making it inviting. The coffee is excellent. I ordered a vanilla latte and it was super smooth with the perfect amount of flavor. I love that they make some of their syrups in house, you can really taste the difference. It feels thoughtful and high quality. The staff is friendly, patient, and helpful with recommendations. Overall just a really pleasant experience from start to finish. I also had the option of toast or a pancake. I always love me some decent rye toast, but today was a day to mix it up, and the pancake was nice, and not too big. I also liked that there was an option for blueberry syrup, or Maple syrup. The other item ordered was the Greek Omelet, my wife truly enjoyed it, and they also cooked her hash-browns to order which she appreciated (she likes them really, really crispy).
